Just a random Chris Brookes appreciation post. Been a fan of this guy for so long now and I always find myself admiring the little things he does. Whether it’s how he seems to take extra care with everyone in the ring but still put on incredible matches, or how much he loves and gives to the wrestling industry. He’s my favourite for so many more reasons but this guy deserves more credit in my book. Also he’s a fucking adorable human beanpole. But another thing I’ve only just noticed is how built/well defined this man is, I’ve never noticed it before until a few days ago. Like okay we see you.

Letting yourself relax is important. Take a nice bath with candles and music or take a nice shower to calm down. Take as much time as you need.

3. Turn on a comfort movie/tv show

Bury yourself in blankets, make a hot drink, and turn on something you know makes you feel better. It will give yourself a chance to take your mind off of things

4. Talk to someone

Sometimes talking about things helps. Go to a trusted friend or trusted family member and tell them about whats worrying you. I’m here for anyone who wants to talk

5. Take a nap

If you feel like you can a nap might be good for you to recharge and take a break from all thats going on in the world

6. Do some meditation

If meditation works for you there are hundreds of youtube links or apps that help with anxiety and other mental health issues

7. Exercise

Sometimes going for a run or working out can take your mind off of things. It’s also good for the body

8. Buy some comfort food

Who cares if its fast food or frozen or whatever. If it makes you feel better now is a time to buy it for yourself. You deserve nice things and to be happy

9. Listen to music

Similar to movies and tv, music is great for getting your mind off of unwanted thoughts
