I’ve been thinking about what would have changed in this era of cartoons, so far I’ve thought of a few things

—Boxten and Poppy are best friends, they always seen playing together or holding hands. They’ve also been aged down to be closer to teenagers

—Glisten is a collector of all things beautiful, I’ve made him less self absorbed but he’s still kind of vain. I feel he would have been controversial because he’s so feminine, so I toned down his design and role in the show

—Sprout is a gardener and only bakes things as a hobby, Cosmo is the baker of the cast. They’re still friends but Cosmo is the one who makes the best treats

—Vee probably wouldn’t have a game show, she’s more like the really smart friend that every show needs. I think she does really like playing games with the others as a substitute for her game shows

—Looey doesn’t have self esteem issues anymore, he’s just more emotional. I don’t want to get rid of it completely, so I made Looey react more extreme at smaller things such as crying if he makes a mistake

—Shrimpo lives underwater, he’s less of a cooked shrimp and more alive. The other toons have to use a submarine or water suit to meet him, sometimes he comes out of the water. Shrimpo is also more of a character now, he’s not a bully but he’s very grumpy and angry which can come off as bullying. He might be very rude but he learns his lessen at the end

She looks radical as ever!

I had this Bfdi Nine gijinka drawing rotting away in my laptop for a while and I decided to finish it:

I've drawn my Nine gijinka before but not in their eldritch form. Nine's eldritch form is a cockatrice because Nine is obsessed with keeping some sun-glasses on at all times and cockatrices are said to be able to kill you if they look at you (and the Japanese word for Nine sounds similar to the world for suffering) so I thought a cockatrice would be perfect and would make more sense for the Bfdi Nine than a Medusa or Nine-Tailed Fox, since roosters and dragons are said to be proud in a good way (especially roosters) and cockatrices are rooster dragons basically, and Nine fits with that way more than the other two since Nine has this cool person persona going on. (But the medusa and nine-tailed fox ideas would also be pretty good)

(Btw my algebralien gijinka's have more eldritch forms and more regular forms, and they can change the level of eldritch in their forms to whatever is needed or is more comfortable or how they feel, what makes sense for the situation etc.)

I honestly think I started making this drawing last year and then I just procrastinated and forgot to finish it lol.

I might change some things about the colors on the design like the tail for example, also some of the feathers were supposed to shine the gradient colors but I forgot to draw that, and the dragon wing doesn't always have that gradient on it, only when showing off or gathering energy or using their powers especially if it's something harder to do with their powers, kinda like how Xerneas (the pokemon) dosen't have their antlers yellow and rainbow unless in battle or when gathering or using their life energy powers. I might apply this to their tail and those gradient feathers I talked about earlier as well, or the spikes on the tail, but idk. The default color for the dragon wing webbing is the light blue on it.
