Hanako is most likely the one who got the Ultimate talent Devilman was meant to acquire in his ceremony.
They're interesting, Devilman claims that after a while the Ultimates will be forgotten as their talents get "obsolete", how no one would recognize him even if he is deemed prestigious by Kumiko + EOS. At the other hand, we have Hanako whom in her bio she writes how she wants to be remembered. "The girl who shouldn't exist" "Please remember that someone like me existed", could it be that her excellence at a bunch of areas led her to feel like nothing at all, nothing that could be unique to her as a Jack of all trades master of none?
Plus by "shouldn't exist", during the interlude, devilman says gods cant be made out of humans, that he couldnt end like the other person who got his meant to be Ultimate. Hanako took a different path, she accepted people treating her as a deity as that would make her feel less useless.
"Sorry for leaving so abruptly" This makes me think Hanako suicided without thinking about it twice, being in pain confined with her own mind she decided to create a lasting impression to those whom she spent time with: killing herself, that way she would remain in history. (Sadly, her "murder" is still a mystery not unveiled)
Why in pain and confined? EOS and everyone had big expectations for her, she couldnt dissapoint them. Hanako forced herself to become a "perfect being", at the cost of her sanity. At the end, the duties were too much for her to handle.
Some of the sentences must be towards Denshi: "Hopefully you'll be happy some day." - "Don't cry" - "I'll be waiting for you then". Denshi is deppresed, he doesnt sleep AND hates doing so cuz he has nightmares of her ghost. Hanako wishes for him to be happy, and when the time comes to meet him once again.
I could talk about the "Hard work will never betray u" line and connect it with Devilman, but im kinfa lazyyyyyy... thisbwas harx to write cuz i haf to be careful orb not spoilingb devilmans name.... . . Heartless Deceit btw.

- Arcades are always their go-to for anniversaries and special days cuz it was their first date !! <33
- Akira wins the prizes for Tomoya but sometimes he’ll get her smth if he tries hard enough
- Akira didn’t rlly take the whole ‘invitation to the arcade as a date’ thing srsly until mid-date Tomoya holds her hand and spend the rest of the time holding hands. It took her maybe 15 minutes of holding hands to realize it was an actual date.
- Since they both lit don’t have preferences for date spots they sometimes have no idea where to go. These sort of nights usually end up with Tomoya just making dinner for them and they cuddle while watching movies.
- Akira drags Yumeo to malls and high-quality florists/bakeries/clothing stores to get the twins a gift. He’d be lost wandering the big areas without her help.
- Tomoya uses Shion as a model to practice hairstyling to do Akira’s hair on the nights where he wants to take her to a fancy restaurant and Shion asks for Tomoya’s opinion on like…676237972973 different types of chocolates for Yumeo.
- At said fancy restaurant, they split the bill and Tomoya always greets her with a kiss on the hand right as she gets out of the car.
- Tomoya is Akira’s walking shopping-bag-carrier as she walks around manga stores trying to find new Shoujo manga to read.
- Tendency to just. Lean on each other no matter where they are or what date
- At cast parties with fancy wear, they’re usually the ones who end up away from the party talking to each other. Tomoya can’t keep his eyes off her and Akira gets flustered by it.
- If they go out for a walk, Akira may find a bunny and take a moment to pet it because it reminds her of Tomoya.

I’m not sure how to interpret this. I’ll take this as a chance to ramble about Akimoya and Katsuhiko third wheel
Akira and Tomoya get together before Katsuhide can, and Katsuhiko is the ONLY one incredibly confused. He’s talking with Hide or Iza in the same room as Akimoya and while they’re holding hands, he doesn’t understand why Hide comments how he knew they’d get together or how iza teases how two strangers were able to realize their feelings faster before two long-life friends.
“It isn’t appropriate to assume a bond beyond friendly feelings just because they’re the opposing gender as the other, Hide.”
“…Ah, you mean you and Arakawa?”
Hell even Tomoya assumed Katsuhide were dating before them. He just thought Hide was a-okay with his bf having short-term feelings for a pretty lady. I mean, Akira didn’t bash him for thinking Iza was pretty too in the prologue because she is. Isn’t that how feelings work???????
