you've already succeeded. You have everything. You have all you desire, you have all that you want and you feel fulfilled. You feel content. There's this lightness in your heart and despite the weight resembling a feather it brims with content and peace, as though there's a calm wave enveloping you, hugging you, caressing through the locks of your hair and allowing you to melt into the strange warmth it brings you, the comfort that lies within its deep waters. Sorry if this question was already asked, but I was kind of curious about the process of how you do your readings. I know you can't give away all your secrets, but generally what do you do when you are doing a reading? How do you prepare to tap into the energy? Do you plan out what you're going to do before hand or do you just make it up and do whatever you feel the need to while in the reading? Just curious lol since everyone does readings differently.

about the process, if it’s personal/commissions firstly i try to connect with the person as much as possible by reading the information they gave me; i also trust the universe that they will tell me only things i can/should say! my higher chakras are pretty activated so i have a strong intuition and guidance without trying much? since childhood that is; so trust in what you get as answer is very important, because if you don’t trust your own thoughts then you don’t trust what universe is giving as well;
well, and then for example while looking at the question & focusing on the energies i shuffle the cards - it takes time since i don’t have like.. actual tarot cards but the answers i get seem to be pretty correct, from what others told me! for the time i asked for personal astrology mini readings, i just connected to the person and just replied with whatever random thoughts that came to my mind while writing - i was shocked when i was told i was right since i didn’t analyze the signs too much, only a bit, nor used my cards.
for preparation all i really do is making sure i’m not distracted with other thoughts or personal anxieties. so i make sure to eat, or wash my face - basically make myself comfortable! then i can fully focus on the reading ^^ i don’t really do meditation because i’m.. let’s just say i don’t feel safe doing it..
i know lots of readers channel after long meditation and so on, but for me, my intuition works best when i write down the first ever thought i got, from that thought i get other messages and basically ‘’channel while writing’’. i don’t first channel and then write everything down, but do it while writing so i hope my readings aren’t too messy ><
How can I go out of the body?
— natinhaaa This question gets asked so much so i just decided to try my best at doing a master post on Astral Projection. That way we can throw all the basics out there. Astral Projection or Out-of-body Experience(OBE) is when the conscious mind separates from the Physical Body and moves into the Astral Body to experience. We technically Astral Project every single of night of our lives as we go to sleep and enter into the Dream state. However most of us just don’t remember this as we’re usually unconscious. So saying you can’t astral project is a lie because EVERYONE can do it, we do it every single day. Some people enjoy learning to Astral Project consciously and this is what we’re going to talk about…
When you astral project you are consciously aware of things you encounter while out of your physical body. Some people can astral project naturally and others are still torn by the fear of Astral Projection and find the inability to let go. We are attached by a silver/gold cord to our body so when we dream we can easily go back into our body when we wake up. There is never a chance of death from learning Astral Projection, you are entirely completely safe. “There are two general schools of thought on the nature of astral projection. These can broadly be defined as the mystical model and the phasing model.
The Phasing Model, which was defined by Robert Monroe, holds the belief that it is impossible to actually leave your body in the truest sense of the word, and that the astral planes and the physical world are merely points on the long spectrum of consciousness. When a person projects, they actually “phase” into another area of consciousness and the locales it contains. This can be likened to tuning a radio to another station. One of the initial signposts representing a phase shift away from physical reality has been labeled the state of focus 10 (mind awake/body asleep). This viewpoint can be seen as a logical progression of the philosophy that external reality is actually an internally created state
The Mystical Model includes a large variety of belief systems and astral maps, but they are tied together by their belief that astral projection takes place outside of the actual physical body. In this model, a more subtle energy body is believed to carry the consciousness outside of the physical body. In their book Projection of the Astral Body, Carrington and Muldoon detail how consciousness is transferred into a secondary “energy” body (the etheric body) to allow travel into the astral planes. This idea is also described by other authors such as Robert Peterson in his book Out of Body Experiences: How to have them and what to expect (chapters 5, 17, 22), and Robert Bruce in his book Astral Dynamics (pages 31-33, 404-410, 538). Bruce expanded on this idea in his book Astral Dynamics, stating that higher planes of existence are reached through the progressive projection of subtler energy bodies from previous projected bodies (pages 33-42). The subtle body is attached to the physical body by means of an energetic connection which usually takes the appearance of a silver cord ‘plugging’ into the chakra system like an umbilical cord. Robert Peterson describes this in chapter 13 of his book Out of Body Experiences, Robert Bruce in his book Astral Dynamics (pages 27, 52-53, 84, 397-403,544) and by Carrington and Muldoon in their book Projection of the Astral Body.“
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HOW TO GO OUT OF BODY STEP BY STEP There are many techniques out there but i thought it would be fascinating to write about the Monroe technique since he was one of the first people to discover Astral Projection. Robert Allan Monroe (1915 - 1995) was a psychic researcher and author of Journeys Out of the Body, a 1971 book that popularized the expression “out-of-body experience” (also called astral projection). Monroe was a conservative Virginia businessman who had his first out-of-body experiences in 1958. After much experimentation, he founded The Monroe Institute, a “nonprofit education and research organization devoted to the exploration of human consciousness” and developed a method he called Hemi-Sync (hemispherical synchronization) to induce mental states that are favorable for inducing out-of-body experiences. Hemi-Sync is a system which aims to balance the brain waves of both of the brain’s hemispheres or lobes through cooperative processing of auditory stimulus. The stimulus, together with meditative instruction, is provided via headphones. The method is based on a concept known as binaural beats.
Step One:
Relax the body. According to Monroe, “the ability to relax is the first prerequisite, perhaps even the first step itself” to having an OBE. (out of body experience). This includes both physical and mental relaxation. Monroe does not suggest a method of attaining this relaxation, although progressive muscle relaxation, coupled with deep breathing exercises (inhale 1, exhale 2, inhale 3… until about 50 or 100) are known to work well.
Step Two:
Enter the state bordering sleep. This is known as the hypnogogic state. Once again, Monroe doesn’t recommend any method of doing this. One way is to hold your forearm up, while keeping your upper arm on the bed, or ground. As you start to fall asleep, your arm will fall, and you will awaken again. With practice you can learn to control the hypnogogic state without using your arm. Another method is to concentrate on an object. When other images start to enter your thoughts, you have entered the hypnogogic state. Passively watch these images. This will also help you maintain this state of near-sleep. Monroe calls this Condition A.
Step Three:
Deepen this state. Begin to clear your mind. Observe your field of vision through your closed eyelids at the blackness in front of your. After a while you may start to notice light patterns. These are simply neural discharges. They have no specific effect. Ignore them. When they cease, one has entered what Monroe calls Condition B. From here, one must enter an even deeper state of relaxation which Monroe calls Condition C– a state of such relaxation that you lose all awareness of the body and sensory stimulation. You are almost in a void in which your only source of stimulation will be your own thoughts.
The ideal state for leaving your body is Condition D. This is Condition C when it is voluntarily induced from a rested and refreshed condition and is not the effect of normal fatigue. To achieve Condition D, Monroe suggests that you practice entering it in the morning just as you are getting up, or after a short nap.
Step Four:
Enter a state of Vibration. This is the most important part of the technique, and also the most vague. Many projectors have noted these vibrations at the onset of projection. They can be experienced as a mild tingling, or as if electricity is being shot through the body. Their cause is a mystery. It may actually be the astral body trying to leave the physical body.
For entering into the vibrational state, he offers the following directions:
1. Remove all jewelry or other items that might be touching your skin.
2. Darken the room so that no light can be seen through your eyelids, but do not shut out all light.
3. Lie down with your body along a north-south axis, with your head pointed toward magnetic north.
4. Loosen all clothing, but keep covered so that you are slightly warmer than what might normally be comfortable.
5. Be sure you are in a location where, and at a time when, there will be absolutely no noise to disturb you.
6. Enter a state of relaxation.
7. Give yourself the mental suggestion that you will remember all that occurs during the upcoming session that will be beneficial to your well being. Repeat this five times.
8. As your breathe, concentrate on the void in front of you.
9. Select a point a foot away from your forehead, then change your point of mental reference to six feet.
10. Turn the point 90 degrees upward by drawing an imaginary line parallel to your body axis up above you head. Focus there and reach out for the vibrations at that point and bring them back into your body.
Even if you don’t know what these vibrations are, you will know when you have achieved contact with them.
Step Five:
Learn to control the vibrational state. Practice controlling them by mentally pushing them into your head, down to your toes, making them surge throughout your entire body, and producing vibrational waves from head to foot. To produce this wave effect, concentrate on the vibrations and mentally push a wave out of your head and guide it down your body. Practice this until you can induce these waves on command. Once you have control of the vibrational state, you are ready to leave the body.
Step Six:
Begin with a partial separation. The key here is thought control. Keep your mind firmly focused on the idea of leaving the body. Do not let it wander. Stray thoughts might cause you to lose control of the state.
Now having entered the vibrational state, begin exploring the OBE by releasing a hand or a foot of the “second body”. Monroe suggests that you extend a limb until it comes in contact with a familiar object, such as a wall near your bed. Then push it through the object. Return the limb by placing it back in to coincidence with the physical one, decrease the vibrational rate, and then terminate the experiment. Lie quietly until you have fully returned to normal. This exercise will prepare you for full separation.
Step Seven:
Dissociate yourself from the body. Monroe suggests two methods for this. One method is to lift out of the body. To do this, think about getting lighter and lighter after entering the vibrational state. Think about how nice it would be to float upward. Keep this thought in mind at all costs and let no extraneous thoughts interrupt it. An OBE will occur naturally at this point.
Another method is the “Rotation Method” or “roll-out” technique. When you have achieved the vibrational state, try to roll over as if you were turning over in bed. Do not attempt to roll over physically. Try to twist your body from the top and virtually roll over into your second body right out of your physical self. At this point, you will be out of the body, but next to it. Think of floating upward, and you should find yourself floating above the body.

Did i mention you need to let go? That is truthfully the only way to get past the fear of Astral Travel. You can’t fight the resistance that builds from the ego-mind you have to put yourself in a pure state of meditation and Let go by relaxing and being at peace. If you dont lose the fear, you can’t astral project consciously it’s really as simple as that. I keep getting stuck in Sleep Paralysis? This is not demons or negative “entities” this is merely the jumping off point. I personally believe when we’re in the sleep paralysis state the reason we have hallucinations and frightening visions is because we’re moreso in a 4th dimensional state of consciousness (the world of thoughts). So when your body is anchored in that state it is actually the easiest time to try to separate from your body and perform astral projection. Rather than fight the fear go further and pop out on the other side ;) How do we *see* when we’re astral projecting if we don’t have our physical eyes? This is because you are seeing within your Mind’s eye during Astral Projection. Did you know your pineal gland has rods and cones just like your eyes? The pineal gland also emits light and produces melatonin which regulates your sleep cycles. “the interior of the pineal gland actually has retinal tissue composed of rods and cones (photoreceptors) inside its interior lining just like the eye, and is even wired into the visual cortex in the brain. “The photoreceptors of the retina strongly resemble the cells of the pineal gland”. hello pile one<3 Guys don’t worry too much. The transition is already happening behind the scenes! But I see you feeling a bit of discomfort because of this transition. Things have ‘slowed down’ in your 3D - at least that’s how it appears to you. But the universe or rather the law works in fact really quickly for you. You might feel bored or dissatisfied with your everyday life. You may feel disengaged, apathetic or unmotivated – maybe life has become dull. Are you disappointed that it takes ‘so long’? Don’t worry, you feeling closed off from the world is the work of your higher self/of yourself. You’re meant to take the time to reevaluate how your dream life shall look like - to find that deeper meaning or sense of direction. You might want to manifest that picture perfect life everyone wants to have right now but is that really what you truly want? Use your discernment to decide on what is truly important to you, and don't be afraid to say ‘no’ to mainstream things that are just hyped on social media that don't align with your future path. At this time you are turning your attention and your energy internally, to realign to this new phase of your life. You want to be grounded within when you start your new life. While you may need to decline some very alluring opportunities, you do so knowing you will be in a better position to say ‘yes’ to the opportunities that are a better fit for you!
This is a very important step for you and you know that you need to be ready to take responsibility for your actions and stand accountable for the ensuing ‘consequences’. Try to be aware of the impact your decisions will have on your well-being and the well-being of others. Choose consciously by connecting with your inner guidance system (your intuition) and asking for the answer that is most in alignment with the highest good of all. Hello pile two <3 I see you facing ‘challenging’ decisions regarding your dream life, but you are unclear about which option to take. You might have two or more possibilities in your mind right now that may seem equally good – or equally bad – and you are stumped about which will lead you to the best outcome. You know you need to make a change or transition in your life but are reluctant to do so. I know it’s really annoying when you’re stuck with a difficult decision and afraid to proceed but this indecisiveness and lack of ‘action’ (mental action) may make the situation worse in a way - stagnation/delaying your dream life. You may hope that the issue will go away on its own and you won’t need to wrangle with this difficult decision. Or you may try to fool yourself into thinking you can put up with it, even when you know deep in your heart it is time to move on. It is natural to want to avoid discomfort, but sometimes you must push beyond your comfort zone so you can evolve as a person. That discomfort can be a positive sign that growth is happening, so feel into that energy and let it encourage you to keep moving forward and expanding yourself.
You know it’s not the manifestations that take a long time - no, manifestation can be instant but it’s us or rather our mind that sometimes needs time to grow into that state in which we are able to receive those manifestations. Try to practice more patience (for yourself) and don’t be too hard on yourself. You are like a delicate little seedling that can grow into a strong tree who can withstand any storms. Give yourself time to grow and space to unfold/evolve into your highest version. Don’t cling stubbornly onto something (or someone) that might not serve you - you or your life might even turn out into something ‘better’ (for you), you’re just not aware of these possibilities yet! Keep an open mind on how your dream life can turn out but stay overall persistent with the fact that you only deserve the best.
Use both your head (your mind and the intellect) and your heart (your feelings and intuition) to choose the path that is most in alignment with your higher self. It’s important that you make a decision once you feel that you have all the needed information. Right now you’re asked to be more critical overall and I feel like you should focus more on your dream life - it seems your daily life is quite hectic. For example, lay down, listen to your favorite songs and think about how your dream life shall look like, imagine yourself living it, let your thoughts flow -you might come up with different scenarios that are more fulfilling. While deciding to manifest something, ask yourself who does benefit from it the most? Remember, your goal is to be happy - not anyone else but YOU - so what would make you truly happy? Think about it. I see a bit of turmoil deep within you, blocked emotions or anxiety maybe? I think your words sometimes contradict your actions in a way. Be careful with who you involve yourself with and with who you want to involve yourself with from now on.
If you struggle in your 3D with your finances, relationships or with your health right now - I see this quickly coming to an end! (spoiler alert: I see you being that independant, skilled, wealthy and attractive queen/king hehe) Again, the message comes in strongly that you cling onto something right now that is not ideal nor the best for your growth - please try to keep your eyes open for other possibilities and potential issues. You know that certain break-ups or separations are a part of life - sometimes we’re clinging onto people or situationships (friendships?) out of emotional attachment that aren’t serving us anymore, but something better and emotionally more fulfilling is waiting for us out there. Try to accept this and don’t resist the change.
Something that might help you, is to work on finding closure with your 3D. Make a clean cut (emotionally) and leave it behind (mentally). Maybe even show gratitude towards yourself like ’I’m grateful that I was able to withstand all that I went through and I’m ready now to move on to something better.’ Wherever you are on your journey, know that only YOU can find the keys to your solution and only you can find it WITHIN yourself (- in other words: you are the key to everything). Get in touch with your feminine side regardless of gender (elegance, sensuality, fertility, creative expression, nurturing yourself and others), connect with people who make you feel good and connect more with nature to ground your energy and to be in flow with the earth. For example, take a trip to your favorite natural setting, be it a forest, beach, mountain or lake, and sit for a couple of minutes, hours or even days to breathe in the energy that surrounds you while marveling in the beauty of your surroundings. Allow yourself the time and the space to enter a different frame of mind. When you do this, you can reach higher planes of consciousness!
Connect with your senses through taste, touch, sound, smell and sight that maybe remind you of your dream life. Draw on these senses to experience pleasure and deep fulfillment! Treat yourself to a day spa, enjoy a fine restaurant or spend more time with people you love. Discover different approaches to expressing yourself creatively, be it through painting, music, drama or other art forms (that may enable you to access this hidden part of yourself). Also, you might feel a strong urge to nurture and care for others, from a place of loving compassion and support and in doing so you, too, receive benefit!
Surround yourself with life’s pleasures to feel comfort. You are in a period of growth, in which all you have dreamed of is now coming to fruition !! You are the creator of all, you gave birth to all those things, now be ready to receive them.

Hello pile three <3 I see you thinking a lot about your dream life and you’ve already invested a lot of time and effort into this ‘long term project’ of yours. On this journey, you had to learn to focus your efforts where they are most important and you worked hard at nurturing this idea/thought (of your dream life) in your mind. While you may feel impatient with the ‘slower progress’, I want you to know that if you keep at it, all your goals will come into fruition!
I think right now it’s important that you practice what you’ve learned - don’t overdo it, if you're tired because you keep exhausting yourself, try to focus on only the most important aspects. You might be the type to do things intensively but in that way you won't be able to keep doing that for long, you will exhaust yourself until you stop completely. The key here is balance! You don’t need to listen to subliminals, meditate all day long, think about your dream life 24/7 or be perfect, no. It’s about learning to persist in a way that you can keep up with for a long time. It’s your personal journey. You are not necessarily looking for quick wins. You might also want to make sure you are putting your attention on the right areas instead of wasting time and effort on tasks that will not deliver any value. Be careful of activities in your daily life that just drain your energy and make it hard for you to keep up with the things you love/that are important to you. Maybe try to step back from your day-to-day operations and look at the bigger picture. You know, your dream life is already being custom-made for you RIGHT NOW. Celebrate what you have created and assess your progress so far. Are you on track? Are you focused on the right tasks for your goal?
To be honest, you might actually be quite frustrated right now, you may even feel concerned that your efforts will go unrewarded. But darling, I promise you, what I see here is that you’ve made GREAT progress so far - even if you can’t ‘see’ it right now. Nothing you did was wasted effort, okay?
Keep going but in a way that is sustainable for you. Because I see that your manifestations will come to you out of the blue!! You will be kinda surprised but deep down you will have known that it was the right time. You’re meant to stay open and be ready to embrace anything coming your way, okay? It is with a curious mind that you will discover new aspects of life and yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised, i promise you. Be ready to dream the impossible dream, and explore the magic of your fullest potential, even if it seems out of reach right now! Prepare your mind and trust your intuition. Try to look for synchronicities and signs (ex. angel numbers), they will guide you on your path - tho they may come from unexpected places, or they may not even make sense to your rational mind. It is like following ‘intuitive breadcrumbs’ – one intuitive clue leads you to the next thing, and the next, and the next. And before you know it, you have found yourself in a place of full alignment, happiness and bliss - living your dream life. All by trusting your intuition and going with the flow!
I don't know what your current life looks like right now and what exactly you’re going through but I see you leaving behind a tumultuous situation (life), and moving towards a more peaceful and supportive environment. As of right now, you are in a state of transition. At times you might still feel sad to leave behind what is so familiar to you. However, you know this move is essential for your growth and personal development. The sadness over what you ‘lose’ or release will soon be replaced by greater mental clarity and a renewed acceptance of change. You are heading towards a much better position in life, as long as you are willing to evolve and shed whatever you no longer need. Do not dwell on what gets left behind. Instead, use this as an opportunity for changing your beliefs about yourself, moving away from whom you used to be and towards whom you want to be.
Also, you’re being asked to reflect on any emotional or mental baggage you may carry as you move from one phase to the next. This heavy weight from the past you’re carrying as you move forward is slowing your personal/mental growth a bit down - it’s nothing extreme though. Try to decide what you need to take with you and what you can leave behind. In your childhood, you self expression was limited because of self limiting beliefs because of dominant/strict and oppressive people around you. Now, reality shifting gives you the boost and the chance to be yourself - to express your emotions freely, to show your creativity, sensuality and desire without shame. You will move into a very direct energy. I feel like you will change a lot but the thing is… that you will become a “version of yourself” that is closer to your true self than you’ve ever been in the past. But I feel like at first you will act a bit extreme… like setting someone free who has been captured for a long time, the desire will be strong and you might do things you wouldn’t normally do…but just for the experience. This will be a time of finding out who you are or rather who you really want to be. Over time, you will settle down a bit and ground yourself. You will turn everything upside-down - all your belief systems, mindset and habits - questioning them and revising them. I think you will turn out a bit more quirky and ‘weird’ so to speak but that’s just how you are and that’s totally fine <3 I feel like in the past you tried to fit in and restricted yourself to be approved by society/family. You will judge yourself a lot less. And I think you will even start doing stuff that shocks the people around you - on purpose… it’s feels like in act of revenge to the people who restricted you all this time and that’s what I mean with “extreme” - you do the exact opposite of what you’ve been told to do in your past - but that is not really ‘you’, it's something you’ll do to come to peace with your past self and to heal your emotional wounds and afterwards you will calm down again and settle down in your true self.
Also, I feel like you will struggle with balancing all parts of your life - including your other realities. You will neglect some parts and at the same time focus too much on other things. Self love will be a theme you have to work on - it’s true you have different sides to yourself and other people will judge you for them. That's why it’s important that you give yourself the love and the protection you need and long for.
You will become a free spirit who acts a bit reckless. But it’s like… you're like a child that learns self expression now - you’ll take baby steps, make mistakes from time to time and you’ll have to try again differently. Please be supportive of yourself - it’s a time to learn to judge yourself less and you will struggle with this from time to time. Deep down you have a child-like energy and you always forced yourself to seem mature. It’s almost like…you have to learn to be a child again - even if society doesn't like it.
Because you’ll change and your perspective of life will change, you will need to cut off some relationships/friendships/habits etc. You will struggle with trying to avoid this, but over time the clashes will become more and more prominent and you only strain yourself while trying to keep these connections alive. It seems you are quite stubborn lol.
Another problem will be that you still suffer from emotional insecurity which leads to coldness or dependence or bottled up feelings. You have to nurture yourself a whole lot. Show yourself more compassion especially to the ‘dark side’ of yourself.
I also think you will struggle with the material realm. I don’t mean being poor … in fact I see you becoming quite affluent and receiving many opportunities - starting a new life (you manifested it <3). But you struggle with dealing with money in a healthy way - you seem too lost in your head. You need to ground yourself more. It seems that trustworthiness, reliability and routine work will be required from you in your life. The work may seem dull, but they will pay off eventually. You must see all your tasks through to the end.
Other negative side effects through reality shifting seem to be random headaches and having to deal with weird habits that you formed in your DRs and that seem super random to the people in your CR. Also, I think there is a possibility that you even take on trauma from your DR self - you seem like someone who is easily affected by your surroundings. You might need to script that you don’t take on the trauma from your DRs. Please be safe.

hello pile two~ I’m sorry but you guys will become even weirder to your CR surroundings lmao. I don’t know if you’ve been perceived as a weirdo before but experiences with reality shifting will make you even more unique and otherworldly. Honestly, this is great, I love weird people cuz they are usually the best people to hang around with. I see you as someone who is young at heart with an undying curiosity about life. You are the type of people who shine a light on the people around you - you open their minds - and this will even be more the case while being a reality shifter. Your presence will be contagious. But some people are not comfortable with the ‘higher truth’ you’re sharing and embodying and some will even block your energy. You will become more eccentric wanting to go to faraway lands, to expand your worldview while having a blast. You will be more and more enthusiastic and almost insane (from a normal person point of view). While being a reality shifter you will heal, forget and move on. Your CR won’t affect you that much anymore. You will transform and be open to change. You will renew yourself. You will lose yourself in your research. You will develop your ideas and explore them rigorously and yet also playfully. You will build a new mental foundation - in regards to how you will see this world - like a philosopher.You won’t fear any taboos anymore - there will be only curiosity left.
Honestly, it feels like you’re high 24/7 lmao. I think you will also experience a third eye chakra and crown chakra awakening. And those chakras will be a bit overactive at times which will lead to certain side effects. For the third eye chakra, you might get random visions or vivid dreams, start having a scarily accurate intuition and become more fearless in a way, there will be a sense that colors are brighter and your environment sharper which might overwhelm you at first and you might feel that you change on a fundamental level which you can’t really put into words. I also see chaotic behavior… For the crown chakra, I see you getting more detached - you might gravitate toward secluded moments - which also leads to you becoming more disconnected from friends and family. Your mind will become more calmer (less overthinking) and therefore the need to speak will reduce too. Life just won’t affect you as easily in a negative way. I also see you getting less hungry and you not wanting as much sleep as before.
The people around you (in your CR) will definitely notice the change. I’m not sure if you were a people pleaser or just more ‘needy’ in a way but this will stop. I see people not liking that you get more independant because they were so used to you depending on them and them having the upper hand. At the beginning there might be a lot of weird and awkward moments between the people you are close with right now. They will start treating you differently, I also see cheating or betrayal happening maybe from a friend you thought you were close with but it was actually a toxic connection you’ll realize you don’t really need them anymore. I see you losing feelings for some people and I see you ending certain connections and certain habits that didn’t serve you anymore. And even though it will be easier for you to close certain chapters, you might struggle at times a bit with feelings of regret (for ending a friendship etc) or dwelling in the past memories that were precious to you.
As I said before, you will feel less the need to communicate or to share your thoughts. You will be more still as you become more at peace with yourself. This will be weird to you at first. Because I think in the past you wanted to be understood by the people around you, you wanted approval and appreciation for who you are and for how you think which might have led to you often oversharing personal information/thoughts or being too ‘intense’ when you liked a person and wanted to get close to them - maybe you appeared ‘emotionally slutty’ in a way and this will stop completely. You will be more balanced and more moderate - there will be less excessive behavior. You will learn to be strong and silent - be still and allow the enemy to reveal themselves. It will be time to go into a battle against ignorance and cruelty - and to start holding people accountable. You will need to reflect more because if you think you are brave enough to face them (those people), you must also be brave enough to face yourself first.
The tremendous change in your CR might overwhelm you. There might be a sense of resistance or you feeling frustrated/angry in the face of it (the change) - don’t succumb to feeling powerless - because the opposite is true. The change is happening for the better. You need to shed your old skin (your old life that doesn't serve you anymore).
Idk if you are also in law of assumptions and manifesting but I also see that you guys get more wealthy/financially abundant in your CR. I get different messages here, so not all of them might be for you. For some of you, it might trigger family disputes because some people close to you might get jealous or envious OR you might have to step into a position of being a provider for your family which you are not used to OR it could also be that you are a bit overwhelmed with the amount of abundance you manifested and you need learn first how to handle so much money healthily - you know dealing with the material realm might not be one of your strong points and this might even be more the case after being so insanely spiritually enlightened.
Another big struggle will be being forgetful in your CR - like you forgetting to drink water or to remember certain dates especially if you shift often and for long periods of time - getting used to your daily CR life will always be a bit of a struggle in the first few hours/days after the shift.
As you feel so high on experiencing different stuff as a reality shifter, I also see you neglecting you CR self a bit. As I said before, you might eat and sleep less and kinda lose the connection to your physical body in your CR. You will overwork your mind a bit and it might lead to burnout or weakening of the immune system. I see you having to learn again to appreciate your physical body more. I mean … I know that your mind is powerful af but your body is your vessel in your CR - it’s like one of your tools! So please take care of it and don’t get lost too much in your head.

oh dear… pile three, you guys are my problem children lmao. THis is the longest reading out of all three piles. I don’t want to put you down or anything, there is just a lot going in this reading here. Honestly, it’s a mess… and I think this is kinda a representation of your life as a reality shifter (in the beginning). I feel like you unconsciously have a victim mindset right now. Do you like suffering or experiencing pain??
Anyways, the energy I read is not set in stone, see this as me making you aware of the potential struggles and use this to take measurements against it! If you’re aware of it, you can change it. To be honest, I hope this reading opens your eyes….
First of all, regarding side effects from shifting, I see you guys seeing random things from your DR at times, often being (too) tired to function in your CR, neglecting your CR self, experiencing random dizziness and I also see your mental health suffering a bit - at least at the beginning of your life as a reality shifter.
Overall, I see you getting more rebellious, ruthless, even provaktive in your life/CR. I think there will be a theme of feeling unique or superior to others in your CR because ‘you're a reality shifter’. But honestlyyy, it feels like it comes from a place of loneliness/not being understood.
Even if you experience really cool and satisfying stuff in your DRs (because you scripted it), I see you being really unsatisfied with your CR life. Like there are still unresolved issues that even reality shifting won’t solve. You might have used reality shifting as a coping mechanism at first to escape your ‘shitty’ CR life. I see you comparing the life of your DRs with that of your CR - which increases the negativity within you. You will be too distracted by the unsatisfying side of your CR. You will reject your CR in a way, and therefore often feel out of place. I see a really critical mindset and perfectionism. You don’t realize or you don’t want to realize that your life is a reflection of your consciousness! You’re sometimes really stubborn. You will have to learn that your attitude to your life is the problem - too much judging and categorizing things in ‘good’ and ‘bad’.
I see you taking lot’s of risks and gambling with life/with the people of your CR (because of your overconfidence and superiority complex). You will also struggle with a negative view of love. You will get hurt because of the risks you take especially in your love life - when you’re in love your behavior seems to be a bit toxic but you love the highs of being in love or maybe the highs of being in a toxic relationship…? (That’s what I mean with a victim mentality and enjoying suffering.)
Because you start to become more ruthless and reckless with yourself and with the people around you, there will be a lot of struggles with the people in your life. You will need to be more aware of the consequences of your action (-> cause and effect). I see you lacking accountability, being dishonest - I mean you already seem pretty secretive and closed off but this will increase even more. You will be biased and as i said before, compare your CR with your DRs. You also will be indecisive in your CR and delaying or postponing making decisions for your life/CR.
Unhealthy materialism or financial struggles could be a theme that wears you down as well. You might want to overindulge in your CR as you do in your DRs but it doesn’t seem possible to you in your CR and that makes you feel that ‘this is unfair’ or something like that. You also seem to be the type to struggle with accepting help.
As you close off more, you will also get more lonely and I see you being impatient to get back to your DRs asap. Honestly, there seems to be a lot of emotional insecurity going on. You being cold or you bottling up your feelings, dependending too much on your DRs, not trusting others anymore especially your family members - ‘they won't understand me anyways’ - kind of mindset. I see you not letting others get close to you anymore which leads to heart ache, grief, feelings of separation or rejection. Your family or your close friends might start worrying about you but they are not sure how to approach you because they don’t really know what's going on.
Overall, reality shifting and the gap/difference between those realities might leave you feeling confused - like a lack of clarity and feelings of injustice and hostility towards others. You’re unhealthily focused on the lack within your CR - ‘there needs to be something more’- mindset. You’re being greedy and as I said your mental health will really suffer. You’ll get more moody and jealous for no reason. You persist in wanting to use your head over your heart but this makes everything worse! I mean you are dealing with reality shifting for god's sake why are you still persisting on using ‘human logic’!? You’ll be very unclear of your values and belief systems towards others and not really staying true to yourself- like your closing yourself off to your current reality… like almost hiding your real self. This creates a huge imbalance and lack of harmony and of course dysfunctional communication in your daily life in your CR. Gosh, I really want to get all of those limiting beliefs out of your head…It's like super frustrating…
I see your life being really chaotic and messy. But this happens for a reason. Funnily, I got the panther energy for you and the panther is the type to not stand seeing your growth or energy stagnate. Instead, it pounces into your life and causes all kinds of havoc… with the ultimate intention of bringing us toward a more fulfilling life. It’s unexpected, uncomfortable and sometimes feels devastating, but after all the dust clears it’s easy to see the panther's wisdom at work. Those experiences will lead you to a brighter place. You need to get rid of all your self-destructive habits. This will be like an annihilation of all the unnecessary stuff in your CR - like a purging. And that’s why it will feel very intense. You seem to be a very stubborn individual who more often than not rejects ‘change’ and because of that the universe has to use force on you to get you back on track. You struggle with surrendering, and that leads you to feeling stuck in your life/3D. You need to learn to look at things from a different perspective to bring balance into your life. Don’t reject the people that are close to you - if you want to be understood, you need to communicate. Don’t dwell in state of lack or self-pity. You are more powerful than that.
You need to allow yourself more kindness and you need to be more in a state of ’perfect’ acceptance - accept everyone and everything as it is, move on and work on your attitude. Be tranquil, merge deeply with the essence of oneness and acceptance. There is a saying ‘When you give up being a perfectionist, life is suddenly perfect.’ and this reminds me of the concept of the law of assumption.
Being a perfectionist, you criticize your 3D (CR) and want to change it forcefully, but this doesn't make sense from a law of assumption POV. Because they say that your 4D is your only real reality and the 3D is only a reflection of your consciousness as of now. - There is no need to try to change the 3D, you must first change the 4D (your assumption of your 3D/your attitude of the 3D) to induce change in your 3D.
The advice here is that you need to learn that you really deserve better circumstances, now is the time to manifest indulgence, opulence, comfort and self sufficiency in your life. Build up trust in yourself and genuine confidence. Practice patience and be more practical about your needs and desires. Release your resistance to change and your need for perfectionism. Start making your dreams a reality or rather make your dream life come true! Approach this in a pragmatic manner and keep your feet on the ground. Think about how your dream life (in your CR) should look like and commit to this new version! And regarding you being closed off to your CR life, consider meditating on your current situation for clarity but don’t ignore the things(/people) in front of you that may help you! Learn to accept help, life doesn’t need to be hard and you don’t need to suffer through it alone.Look inward, listen to your inner voice, access the unconscious - you have all you need within you.

unworthy — If a person or thing is unworthy of something good, they believe they do not deserve it.
many of us get in that position of finally wanting to do something better for ourselves and start to manifest what we truly want but that feeling of empowerment becomes overshadowed by the feeling of unworthiness.
feelings of unworthiness can linger from time to time and impact our lives, they trap and imprison us from fulfilling any sense of individuality.
why do we feel this way?
this certain feeling can stem from many things e.g past situations, i know i felt unworthy for a long time because my self-worth depended on others
many people feel unworthy because they compare themselves to others and their own personal achievements or they feel used to settling because it became uncomfortable for them to want the best for themselves.
with these situations we take them with us to later punish ourselves with. for example i might wear a crop top and get laughed at, with this experience i take it with me and decide to never wear a crop top again.
how to stop feeling this way?
IDENTIFYING WITH THE INNER MAN.
when we feel unworthy it’s because we identify and think from, feel from and assume from our limited selves.
when we identify with the inner man, the inner man that has no form. the inner man that has no shame, no guilt, no sense of unworthiness and gives itself everything it so desires we can easily express what we want without an unwanted feeling in its presence.
the inner man is completely free. you allow that inner man to explore. you allow yourself to experience what it feels like to not be chained down to past experiences & past feelings.
I am told, "God is in heaven and does whatever He pleases." God speaks and says, "If I were hungry I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it."
Do not be afraid but IDENTIFY yourself FULLY with the INNER MAN. The immortal you. The one that can do ANYTHING it wants. The one who owns the world and all that is in it. how to identify with the ‘inner man?’
when i say inner man, i don’t mean to turn this into some quick technique in “hopes” of identifying with the inner man, don’t overcomplicate and rather just be.
ASK YOURSELF: how would i feel if i was finally free? idk how you would feel because i am not you. this is your own personal realised feeling.
what i like to do is visualise running into the ocean and jumping in. i feel the coldness of the water, i feel the cold winds brushing past me. to me this is freedom.

and my personal note to you is, don’t hold back because you’re so used to familiar patterns. you deserve to go above and beyond and dive deeper into things you want. yes, even when youre scared, even when you feel unworthy.
you are not a feeling, you are not a state, you are simply your imagination occupying states that you can simply leave & enter again.
you as the inner man are invincible. free. the inner man doesn’t ask for permission, the inner doesn’t fret about ‘is it mine?’ ‘am i doing if right?’ ‘am i worthy of this’ it just DOES WHATEVER IT WANTS TO DO.

everything is easier once you stop forcing control but allow yourself to just BE. identifying with the inner man enables you to no longer worry because everything is being taken care of.
