A state is your beliefs, your attitude and where you dwell. Thoughts and actions are determined by your state. There are infinite states. Everyone, including you, is always in a state, whether it be desired or not. But remember that you can ALWAYS change states no matter what. In fact, states change often within a day! Keep in mind, states are NOT emotions! You don’t need emotions to manifest, you just need to be in the state that matches you having your desire. Lastly, techniques don't manifest but your state does.

- state of love ⋆ state of hate
- state of wealth ⋆ state of poverty
- state of health ⋆ state of sickness
- state of stupidity ⋆ state of intelligence
- state of being married ⋆ state of being divorced
- etc …

Look at your 3D reality; external reality. What do you see? Whatever you see, whether it’s undesired or desired, is your state. Use your physical reality (3D) as a guide to see what states you are in. You can also check your inner conversations to see what state it implies.
Let’s identify your state as of right now regarding your desire. I want you to be completely honest — don’t be defensive and don’t make any excuses: What are your thoughts usually? Are you the person that has your desires and naturally thinks like: "I am so grateful for having what I want, etc." OR are you the person that is trying to get their desire and naturally thinks like: "I did all these methods, I affirmed, it should work. but where is it? why isn't it working? let me watch more videos on how to manifest, let me ask blogs for help, etc." — As I said before, thoughts and actions like the ones above are determined by your state. It doesn't matter if you did SATs, it doesn’t matter if you affirmed for 1 hour, it doesn’t matter what technique you used, because if you are still in the state of lack then it only means that you are ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR DESIRE; and when you are in a state of lack, your desires will not show up in the 3D, because as within, so without.
But hey, don’t beat yourself up if you have been persisting in the state of lack. It’s okay. Let’s focus on changing states!
❝ Don't condemn yourself for the state into which you have fallen. If you don't like it, move into another. Don't feel sorry for yourself, for if you do, you will make the state a habit and remain there for the rest of your days on earth. Instead, you can believe this doctrine and move out of any state. ❞ - Neville Goddard

1. PICK A STATE ⌵
- Have a clear goal in mind and know what state is connected with having it. For example, if you’re manifesting a car, then you should be in the state of a car owner. Another example is if you’re manifesting to have kids / get pregnant, you should be in the state of a mom. And so on …
2. EMBODY IT: live in the end or knowing ⌵
Living in the end or knowing should not feel like “pretending.” You live in the end or knowing when you know that you have your desire and you think and act as the person that has it already. You stop obsessively thinking about it, you stop trying to get it and you stop noticing the lack of it in the 3D. I recommend you to often ask yourself “if my desire was here now, would I be doing this or thinking this?” Lastly, you can use techniques / methods to help you live in the end or knowing (SATs, interview method, etc …) You can live in the end or knowing without techniques. However, it helps people a lot to live in the end / knowing, so I recommend it!
- regarding techniques: ✉️ do not see them as techniques, but see them as reality. for example, SATs; when you do SATs, you shouldn’t see it as just visualizing your desire, but as something you know is reality, like the shirt you’re wearing; you know you’re wearing it. Another example, affirming; don't affirm with the intention of making it happen because you are not affirming in order to get something, affirming is you declaring you having your desire. You should have that same knowing / ‘feeling it as real’ while you do any technique!
❝ You must mentally adjust your thoughts to proceed from the desired state, all within yourself. You fell into your present state either deliberately or unwittingly; and because you are its life, the state became alive and grew like a tree, bearing its fruit which you do not like. Its fruit may be that of poverty, or distress, heartache, or pain. There are all kinds of unlovely fruit. But you can detach yourself from your unlovely harvest by making an adjustment in your human imagination. ❞ - Neville Goddard
3. PERSIST ⌵
Listen man, you gotta apply and persist, because at the end of the day, only YOU can get yourself out of the undesired state. It’s not your fault for how things are now, but you have to take responsibility to pick yourself up and put in the work to reach your desires. You have all the tools and information available, but if you aren’t willing to put in the simple work and keep persisting, then you will remain in the undesired state. So, continue persisting and you shall get in your desired state. Even if it feels unnatural, keep persisting. Neville himself has said that it will at first be unnatural, but if you persist, it will become natural, SO PERSIST!
❝ Now most of us, knowing what we want, construct it in our minds eye, but never occupy it. We never move into the state and remain there. I call this perpetual construction, deferred occupancy. I could dream of owning a lovely home and hope to go there one day; but if I do not occupy it now, in my imagination, I postpone it to another day. I may wish my friend had a better job. I may have imagined him having it; but if I don't occupy that state by believing he is already there, I have merely constructed the state for him but not occupied it. All day long I can wish he or she were different; but if I don't go into the state and view him from it, I don't occupy the state, so he remains in the unlovely state relative to me. This is the world in which we live ❞ - Neville Goddard
4. YOUR STATES CHANGE ⌵
This isn’t really a step, but just the result of steps 1-3! Your state will naturally change after living in the end or knowing and when you persist in that state, your desire will come into fruition in the 3D. How do you know if you changed your state? Well, you’ll completely become the person that HAS the desire. Your first and last thought will naturally be in line of having that desire. Your daily thoughts, not affirming but your autopilot thoughts, will be as if you have your desire. You will notice yourself naturally making room for your desires. You don't question or feel weird about any of this. The feeling of knowingness is heavily present, just like how you know your name, how you know you’re wearing a shirt right now, etc. From that state you will no longer notice lack, and you won't feel the need to do techniques.
Before anyone says something like: “I’m expressing a state of success, yet I am still not successful 😕” … Um. No. You are not expressing a state of success because you are still dwelling in a state of unsuccessfulness; this applies to any desire, not just success!

❝ I simply mean a certain attitude of mind. Well, I mean that state or that attitude of mind to which I must constantly return constitutes my dwelling place. And so I dwell in it. So if night after night I dwell in the feeling of feeling sorry for myself, that’s my state. ❞
❝ So, when I speak of states I am speaking of states of consciousness, attitudes of mind which create a body of belief. ❞
❝ I urge you to use your own wonderful creative power and deliberately move into the state of your choice. Make it now by occupying the state long enough so that it feels natural. Haven't you had a suit of clothes that felt so new you were conscious of them every moment? I know when I bought my first suit I walked down Fifth Avenue thinking everyone I passed knew my suit was new. People passing paid no attention to me, but I was so aware, so conscious of my new suit. That's exactly that happens when you move into a new state. If the state of affluence is new, you think everyone knows it, but no one knows or cares whether you are rich or poor, so walk in the state until it becomes natural. The moment the feeling is natural, wealth is yours! ❞
❝ Your attitude need not be towards another, but an attitude regarding self. ❞
❝ I paid thirty dollars for my first suit. Today a suit will cost me $200.00, but regardless of the cost, when the suit is new I am aware of it. But let me wear it long enough for it to feel natural and I will no longer be conscious of it. The same is true for a state. You may desire the state of fame. If you will think you are famous and remain conscious of the state long enough to make it natural, as the thoughts flow from you they become a natural part of your body of beliefs, and the world will proclaim your fame. ❞
❝ You don't have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. ❞
❝ the state, the attitude of mind to which you most constantly return, constitutes your dwelling place. If you dwell in self- pity you will express the state ❞
❝ If we do not know we’re always expressing a state, then we identify ourselves with the state, and we say ‘I am poor or I am rich, I am known or I am unknown, I am wanted, I am unwanted’ and we go on indefinitely because there are unnumbered states into which we fall. ❞
❝ You can satisfy self by appropriating the feeling that you are what you want to be. And this assumption though false, that is, although reason and the senses deny it, if persisted in will harden into fact ❞
❝ Now, while we’re here in states, you can change in a twinkle of an eye, change the state. But the chances are you are not going to remain in that change, for it is also made up of a body of beliefs. So if I actually now operate morning, noon and night from a certain base which is my body of beliefs, the chances are tonight when I go to sleep I’ll sleep in it. I know I can get out of it, but how long will I remain out of it to make that state into which I go a natural one? ❞
❝ How do you get out of a state? Through belief! You must believe in the doctrine. You are told: "Whatsoever you desire, believe you have received it and you will." ❞
❝ Disengage yourself from the whole vast belief that you formerly entertained, and hold on in your imagination to the concept that you ARE the man that you want to be… For you will RESSURECT and make alive the state that began only as a concept. If you remain faithful to the concept you will be led right into the fulfillment of that state. It is called, in the Bible, re-birth. ❞
❝ I will dare to assume that this thing is true. I will assume that I am now the person that I want to be; and assuming it, I will know if I’m really persuaded by the feeling of certainty that it inspires in me. Because if it inspires that in me, I will act upon it, I will act upon that conviction. If I don’t act upon it, well then, I am not persuaded. ❞
highly inspired by this, this, and this post! credits to them for much of the information and some of the wording!
anyway, I hope you enjoyed reading! enjoy changing states and happy manifesting, darlings! ໒꒰ྀི∩˃ ᵕ ˂∩꒱ྀི১
“Interpreting the last card does not mean you are done. You have ten more things to do before the reading is through.”
1. Count the major arcana.
The more there are, the stronger the reading’s predictions will impact the querent’s life. If there are none or just one, almost none of it will matter in the long run.
2. Note the sequence of the major arcana.
If the querent is asking about someone, and the major arcana are between 0 and 16, that person is not meant to stay in their life. If the question is about a dream or an opportunity, and the cards fall between 17 and 21, it will manifest completely.
3. Count the cards from each suit.
The presence of all suits predicts a balanced outcome. More Wands means strong passion. More Swords means anxiety or manipulation. More Cups means the heart is running the show. More Pentacles means wealth is about to diminish or grow.
4. Mind the aces and the tens.
Two or more aces means the situation is only just beginning. Two or more tens means it is now coming to a good or bad ending.
5. Note the multiples between two and nine.
Twos mean clever thinking is of paramount importance. Threes speak of infidelity or the need for cooperation. Fours guarantee stability, just as sixes do harmony. Fives and sevens spell difficult challenges, but eights and nines promise that the labor is almost over.
6. Regard the ruling colors.
A dominant black predicts burdens and hindrances. Red and yellow combined ensure passion, clarity and manifestation. Blue and white together advise that the solution can be found through spirituality and intuition.
7. Count the court cards.
Nine times out of ten, court cards are people, not influences. They are doing the manipulation or they need to be manipulated.
8. Notice the suits of the courts.
Wands and Swords are friendly. So are Cups and Pentacles. Any other combination spells rivalry and obstacles.
9. Watch where the cards are facing.
“Is the woman in The World looking at The Tower? A tragedy has to occur before success can take over. Is the King of Cups facing away from his Queen? Their relationship is suffering. His love for her has begun fading.”
10. Look at the bottom of the deck.
If the outcome is good, embodying this energy will make it even better. If the outcome is bad, this is the hidden connection that needs to be severed.
❦Pure Consciousness/The Void State; and why it’s the easiest thing ever
1. Pure Consciousness
Pure consciousness, the void state, is the infinite stillness that resides within you, beyond the noise of your mind, beyond the chatter of your daily life. It is not something you need to search for or fight to attain it is your natural state, always present and waiting for you to remember. It is the silent observer, the deep, unshakable awareness that witnesses all things but is untouched by them. It is the vast sky, clear and endless, while the clouds of thoughts, emotions, and experiences simply float by. This state is not a destination; it’s the journey of remembering who you are. It is the absence of effort, the shedding of layers, the return to your truest self. The void is where time fades and all that remains is the stillness, the pure essence of being. So don’t stress it cuz it’s simple.
2. The Illusion of Effort
We live in a world that glorifies effort. We are taught that to achieve, to grow, to be worthy, we must do. But pure consciousness is the art of undoing. It is not a thing to achieve or a task to complete; it is the simple recognition that you have been whole all along. You don’t need to labor over it, or chase after it. In fact, the more you strive, the further you drift from it. The mind tells you that peace requires work, but the truth is, peace is already here beneath the surface of your thoughts, in the depths of your being. When you stop struggling, when you stop clinging to the fleeting waves of your mental landscape, you find that the ocean of pure consciousness has always been still and waiting for you. It was never out of reach. It has always been the space you breathe, the air you exist within.
3. Letting Thoughts Flow Like Rivers
In pure consciousness, you are not bound by your thoughts, nor are you defined by them. Thoughts arise, like waves in the ocean, but you are not the wave you are the boundless water. Emotions may stir like winds, but you are the sky. The more you detach from the stories your mind tells you, the more you experience the freedom that lies in simply observing. In the void, you learn to let go. Not by force, but by grace. There is no need to grab hold of the passing thoughts, the fleeting emotions. You simply let them come, let them go. In that letting go, you are free. Thoughts, like clouds, can float across the sky of your mind, but they do not change the sky itself. You are the sky vast, open, untouched by the weather.
4. The Lightness of Being
There is nothing you need to do in pure consciousness. There is no striving, no trying. In fact, the more you stop trying, the more you awaken to the truth of who you are. It is the stillness that exists before any thought arises, the space between breaths. It is the effortless awareness of simply being. This is where the beauty lies when you stop chasing the future, when you stop worrying about the past, when you simply are everything becomes light. There is no pressure. No need to change, to improve, to become. You are enough. In pure consciousness, you rest in the present moment, and that moment is all you need. The present is where your power lies cuz basically you are already home.
5. Accepting
Pure consciousness is also the art of surrender. It is not passive resignation, but an active acceptance of what is. Accept you are void. In the void state, you no longer fight against the current. You no longer struggle to shape reality into something that fits your desires or expectations. You surrender to what is, knowing that in this surrender, there is no loss only liberation. You stop fighting the flow of life and instead, you become one with it. You cease resisting, and in that moment of surrender, you discover an unshakeable peace. Life, in all its messy beauty, becomes a dance, and you are both the dancer and the dance. You are not separate from what happens; you are the witness, the experiencer, and the experience itself.
6. The Simplicity
The void state is where simplicity resides. It is not a place of complication, not a space filled with endless quests for meaning or purpose. It is the recognition that all of that is unnecessary. You are here, now. You are enough. In the void, the mind can no longer hold you captive with its endless distractions. In the stillness, you are free to simply be. You no longer need to grasp at external achievements or validation. You realize that all of life’s complexities are just ripples on the surface. Beneath, there is peace. Beneath, there is truth. The void is a place where all the questions fall away, where there are no answers needed, because you realize that you are the answer. You are the stillness. You are the peace. You are the awareness behind it all.
7. Pure Consciousness Is Who You Are
The deepest truth of pure consciousness is that it is you. It is the essence of who you are, the eternal self that has always existed, and will always exist. You are not separate from the void. You are the void. You are not your thoughts, your body, or your experiences—you are the awareness that holds them all. When you realize this, you stop searching for fulfillment, for meaning, for happiness outside yourself. You recognize that you are already whole. There is no need to earn it, no need to prove it. You are consciousness itself—unlimited, boundless, free. This recognition is not a distant goal; it is the simplest, most natural state you can return to at any moment.
8. Fear
The fear that “what if my family doesn’t come with me” when you shift to your desired life after the fear that “will my family die?? 🙁🙁” nooooo it’s all within you nobodies gonna die nobodies gonna disappear so calm downnn 🩷
9. Conclusion: The Easiest Thing to Do
Pure consciousness, the void state, is not something you need to strive for or work toward. It is not a destination, but a natural unfolding—a delicate blossoming that happens when you let go. Like petals slowly unfurling in the morning sun, pure consciousness reveals itself with ease, effortlessly and naturally. There is no force, no strain in its opening—just the soft, graceful unfolding of the truth of who you are. Each layer of thought, each wave of emotion, is like a petal gently peeling away, revealing the stillness beneath. At the center of all things lies the vast space of pure awareness, untouched by time or experience. You don’t need to chase it, grasp it, or push yourself to find it. It’s always been there, like the quiet center of a flower, waiting for you to notice. The petals of your thoughts, emotions, and external distractions may flutter and fall, but at the heart of it all lies the stillness of pure consciousness—the essence that has always been present, untouched by time. In the rush of life, we often forget that the beauty of a flower is not in its striving to bloom, but in the natural grace with which it does. Pure consciousness is just like that—it does not require effort or pushing; it simply is. It unfolds like a flower opening to the sun, in its own perfect time, with no urgency. When you let go of the need to force, to control, or to chase, you return to the effortless, silent blooming of your own awareness. In this space, you simply be. It’s not about doing, but about resting in the delicate simplicity of being. Each moment is a petal unfolding, revealing the truth that you are already whole, already one with the vastness of existence. No effort is needed, only the quiet trust in the process, in the natural unfolding of your own awareness. Like a flower in bloom, pure consciousness is not something to achieve—it’s the effortless, gentle return to the center of your being. It’s not about reaching for something outside of you. It is about peeling back the layers, one by one, until you reveal the truth that has always been inside. With each soft petal that unfurls, you get closer to the realization that you are the beauty, the stillness, the quiet force of nature itself. You are the flower, and the petals are just the expression of your being. Each layer you shed takes you deeper into the silence, the purity, the vastness of who you are. You do not have to force it, for just like the bloom, your awareness unfolds when you allow it to. And in that gentle, effortless unfolding, you return home to yourself, to the truth that you have always been pure consciousness, already whole, already complete. There is nothing to do. You are pure consciousness. You are void. You are god. Read that over and over until you understand.
A message from Arcturus
You are not broken. You have never been and can never be broken.
You are of direct lineage from source itself. You are a direct manifestation of the universe/creators thoughts and feelings wanting to learn more about themselves.
What about that sounds unholy or less than complete to you?
You are here to learn lessons regarding kindness and self mastery. You are here to relearn the secrets of the universe and discover hidden facets to its vastness.
You are here to be wholly yourself. You are here to grow closer to the entirety of source that rests within you.
You are not broken. You have never been and can never be broken.
Unless you choose to be.
Let go of the idea that “broken is beautiful”. This was an idea created by the matrix in order to keep you passive. It gives the illusion of being empowered and proud of yourself while silently reenforcing the idea that you are not enough on your own, and encouraging you to be okay with that.
The Amulet of Samarkand, Jonathan Stroud//Small Favors, Erin A. Craig//Spirited Away: Themes, SparkNotes//Incantation (2022), Kevin Ko
you don’t have to be “fully healed” in order to love and be loved. you don’t need to “fix” yourself so that you can feel like you’re okay enough to experience the gifts of a life well lived. you are not damaged goods. you are not broken. you are not some object “beyond fixing”. you’re a person with a soul who’s been through so much. you are always worthy and deserving of what you desire and more. you’ve had your lowest moments and went through what you did— that’s all the more reason why it doesn’t make you less deserving of all the good things you want in life. in oneness with your experiences, the highs and lows, your perfect imperfections, and underneath all the conditioning; you are whole. you always were and you always will be.
I don’t care what anybody says, its impossible for me to miss my “window”. I am the window, I create the window myself. People believe so much into the logic of “oh it doesn’t work like that” well for you it may not. but for me, I’m going to get whats mine, and thats that.

I thought about this yesterday, while I was having a conversation with @sonofreddoinverno and He reminded me the existence of this technique.
I thought this could be useful somehow...
Shadow work ain't something easy. Looking into ourselves isn't always nice, especially when we've been avoiding it for a while.
In psychology there's something called "projection", to sum up: is the act of projecting something we don't like about ourselves on another person. This will cause a negative feeling towards the person we project on, instead of ourselves. By doing this, our brain protects our self-esteem and our sense of internal coherence. (Keep this info in your mind a little, I'm about to get to the point)
Most of the people tend to solve this in an "abstract way" with meditation, for example. But since we're not all the same...this technique is something more physical, It require a lil bit of..."trusting the process".
Take a chair, place it in front of you.
Focus. Imagine a person sitting on that chair (Yourself or someone else).
You're going to have a dialogue, talk about events/things you need to work on/things you don't like about someone, or even yourself. Whatever you think your shadow work needs to be. Project everything you have on that person on the chair. Ask for explanations, say your needs at loud...
Now you're going to change your pov, sit on the other chair and reply to yourself.
End the practice when you feel like you've had enough.
Take it easy, cause you're going to be at ease only after a while, it may be really weird at the beginning.
After you get used to it you may start to perceive that chair in a different way (example: it might become hot/cold/far/near etc.). Try to pay attention to how you feel because that is going to be one of the hints to work on, find an explanation to your feelings.
It's not over yet...
After every time you practice this... you're going to feel in a certain way... sometimes relieved, sometimes not so good.
Write it down, read it, give yourself an interpretation and choose the next step to take
Good luck ✨
