Hi, I wanted to ask since you seem to be a good reader, how do you clear your energy before tarot? I know not having a clear head or energy can sometimes mess with the reading and I want to get as objective as possible here but I don’t know what to do aside from taking deep breaths so any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
hello!
i use intention. intention is very powerful! when creating my blog, or posts i set intentions in it. i’m a person who generally has a neutral view on things, yet sometimes mental illnesses can get in the way, so what i do is ‘distract myself’ so i can focus on the readings better. for the readings i use the intention ‘’please, show me what i can/should say!’’ and get then messages through cards and intention.
personally, i’m flattered you call me a good reader because like, unlike many i don’t do meditation, or i don’t clean energies the ways it’s normally done so i don’t know whether what i do is right or wrong. mostly, my intuition is correct because of trusting that whatever card/message i get is right. like, when i do readings, there are certain things that come to my head, and then my ego could deny it or be confused, that lets me know that the first thought i had was correct!
when i did personal astrology mini readings, i just said whatever came to my mind (without cards), details, energy, auras - and i tried to write down the things that instantly came to my mind (it’s like, you need to recognize what you think for the first milisecond) and that practiced my intuition. which is why now, most of the time, i don’t really do anything? i come to tumblr with the intention of waiting for asks/messages, i answer asks with the intention to help and answer questions and i do readings with the intention of reading for others. everything has intention.
when you open the fridge, you do it with the intention to eat. when you organize your desk, you do it with the intention of clearing your energy. doing things with intention can help you believe things and manifest even! you can say ‘’i intend to drink this tea, and everytime i drink it i will be lucky in my studies’’. intention is like a good luck charm! i mentioned a lot of this in me healing with me vol 1. but for reading it’s the same. instead of overthinking and worrying whether it’s right or wrong, just ‘trust’ that your guides will give you the cards you are meant to see/show and give you messages you were meant to hear. by intending while shuffling, for example ‘’the cards will show me the answer to the question of (...) without my mind interfering’’ you could get answers that have nothing to do with you! you could also try asking your guides per cards things like, ‘’are these cards the answer?’’ ‘’is this answer correct?’’ or ‘’did my mind/energy interfere with it?’’

into another world
When you want something, and you know it's right for you, then you know it will come to you. The only thing that can "block" it or slow it down are your subconscious limitations, which are now melting away with all this beautiful and difficult spiritual work we've been doing. When something is "blocked" or unfolding slowly, it doesn't mean anything is going wrong. This is the work.
Your success and happiness is inevitable. And it's important. Your happiness raises the vibration of the whole planet.
Going back to that feeling of want: Let each feeling of want that arises be immediately followed by a delicious sense of inevitability and gratitude. Wanting something is the contrast or vacuum that pulls new things to you. And keep working on unlocking your subconscious minimum allowances.

A deity is a mystical presence, like a god, that is worshipped by individuals who believe it commands or wields influence over a characteristic of existence. In the witch world, many worship or work with deities or spirits. However, you never need to do this to be a valid witch, and always hold magic within yourself as well.
Worshipping is to believe, honor, and venerate a spirit or deity. This means not only believing in their existence, but admiring their power and displaying gratitude and loyalty towards them.
Working with an entity is different than worshipping, although many consider it important to start worship before working with any spirit or deity. (That doesn’t mean stop when you start working with them though!) This is when an entity comes through with energy, messages, and is willing to guide you.
Aspects are a phrase utilized across various beliefs and in theology to illustrate a particular manifestation or perception of a deity or spirit. Subject on the religion, these may possibly be separate, overlapping, or methods of perceiving or conceptualizing the deity in a distinct context.
A passionate or fervent believer in a particular religion, deity, or spirit. To explain further, an individual who is completely devoted and given almost exclusively to conviction, and one who is spiritually committed to conscientious obligations, principles, and ceremonies.
An act of prayer, offering, or ritual, generally cast in private. This can range from playing music, to writing poetry for them. Devotions are often considered to occur solely in the mornings in some cultures.
In Hellenic and European primitive times, an epithet was a informative term to be associated with or occurring in place of the name of a deity or spirit. These epithets are repeated continuously in their ancient literary works, and this phrase is used to specify the characteristics of a deity or spirit.
A distinct Goddess you feel most linked and relaxed working in alongside, and can often be demonstrated within themselves. The amount of Matrons an individual may have is a subject to preference.
An offering is to put forward something to a deity is to show and recognize allegiance, appreciation, and passion. Offerings are usually given in devotions, in veneration of, and general rituals.
A human being that an entity is conducted to answer when consulted, they convey messages through this deity with the ability of communication of them. Oracles are considered to be dead to many, although there are reconstructionists today.
A distinct Goddess or God you feel most connected and comfortable working in conjunction with, and is often displayed within their temperament. The number of patrons a human can have is a matter of choice, although most individuals choose one as their principal spirit.
A priest is a human certified to execute the blessed traditions of a religion, deity, or spirit. A Priest is regarded as an authority, and often requires an initiation. This is also sometimes referred to as a High Priest.
A priestess is a woman certified to execute the blessed traditions of a religion, deity, or spirit. A Priestess is regarded as an authority, and often requires an initiation. This is also sometimes referred to as a High Priestess.
To venerate is to worship, respect, and admire another. Metaphysically, veneration is often used as a term of worship to a spirit or deity. Unquestionable and unconditional belief can be associated with this term.
