The nature goddess Rhiannon, Queen of Faeries, dwells within the Faerie Realm, an alternate Prime Material plane consisting of endless magical forests. Her long hair appears yellow in spring, brown in summer, red in autumn, and white in winter. (Robert Klasnich, from “The Folk of the Faerie Kingdom” by Vince Garcia, Dragon 155, March 1990)
Hiii!
So correct me if I'm wrong, you work with deities, right? I was wondering if someone gave a food/drink offering to a deity, would it rot? Do they have to replace the offering every few days or nah?
Hi! Yes I do :)
So, this really depends. Back in the yknow ancient days, people would typically leave the offering alone. However, most people nowadays aren't comfortable with "wasting" food like that, so I would say most people who work with deities will either not offer food or they'll eat the offered food themselves.
Now, I have seen people just leave the food, I see it more with Chthonic deities, and oftentimes they'll either compose the food afterward or just throw it out (but again, most people aren't comfortable with just throwing it out so they're usually not doing so).
How often you offer something to a deity depends on the deity you work with and yourself. Some people try to do it every day while others can only do it every now and then. And there are other kinds of offerings, not just food! For example, every time I'm listening to music, I can offer it to Apollo.
Now that I think of it though, you could totally just manifest that the food never rots hahah
GUYSS VOID IS LITERALLY TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION THAT MILLIONS ARE DOING ON DAILY BASIS. YOU CANNOT NOT ENTER VOID LMAOOO. CHECK THIS AND THIS AND THIS AND
MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS AND THIS.
WE WERE OVER COMPLICATING FOR NOTHING AND THIS IS LITERALY A MEDITATION YOU CANNOT FAIL AT UNLESS YOU OVERCOMPLICATE AND DOUBT IT. KUDOS TO HINDUISM WHICH HAD THIS IN THEIR SCRIPTURES THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO BEFORE NEVILLE EVEN FOUNDED THIS.
YOU DONT NEED TO DO ANY METHODS AT ALL. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS:
CALM YOUR BODY
CALM YOUR MIND (MEDITATION- BREATH WORK)
AFFIRM FOR THE VOID (CUSTOM YOUR AFFIRMATIONS)
BOOOOOOOOMMM
Any given reversed card can mean one of three:
The opposite of the upright
The upright watered down
The upright made bad or worse
To illustrate:
If The Devil upright is “addiction”, reversed it is “overcoming addiction” — the opposite.
If the Nine of Cups is “fulfillment”, reversed it is “fulfillment delayed” — watered down.
If the Seven of Swords upright is “manipulation”, reversed it is “betrayal” — made worse.
For every reading, your intuition will tell you which one applies. But remembering these tried-and-tested lists would also be wise:

do you have any recommendations for where to read about herb and crystal correspondences and that kind of stuff for beginners? there is so much info out there and i want to know what's actually right agghh
Hi :) I would suggest going to multiple sources and cross-referencing them to see which correspondences are repeated. For example, if I go to 3 different sources and they all say that oregano is good for bringing in money, it’s pretty safe to say that one of oregano’s correspondences is money or wealth.
However, I understand if you don’t really want to do that, so here are some resources that I find to be pretty accurate:

I thought about this yesterday, while I was having a conversation with @sonofreddoinverno and He reminded me the existence of this technique.
I thought this could be useful somehow...
Shadow work ain't something easy. Looking into ourselves isn't always nice, especially when we've been avoiding it for a while.
In psychology there's something called "projection", to sum up: is the act of projecting something we don't like about ourselves on another person. This will cause a negative feeling towards the person we project on, instead of ourselves. By doing this, our brain protects our self-esteem and our sense of internal coherence. (Keep this info in your mind a little, I'm about to get to the point)
Most of the people tend to solve this in an "abstract way" with meditation, for example. But since we're not all the same...this technique is something more physical, It require a lil bit of..."trusting the process".
Take a chair, place it in front of you.
Focus. Imagine a person sitting on that chair (Yourself or someone else).
You're going to have a dialogue, talk about events/things you need to work on/things you don't like about someone, or even yourself. Whatever you think your shadow work needs to be. Project everything you have on that person on the chair. Ask for explanations, say your needs at loud...
Now you're going to change your pov, sit on the other chair and reply to yourself.
End the practice when you feel like you've had enough.
Take it easy, cause you're going to be at ease only after a while, it may be really weird at the beginning.
After you get used to it you may start to perceive that chair in a different way (example: it might become hot/cold/far/near etc.). Try to pay attention to how you feel because that is going to be one of the hints to work on, find an explanation to your feelings.
It's not over yet...
After every time you practice this... you're going to feel in a certain way... sometimes relieved, sometimes not so good.
Write it down, read it, give yourself an interpretation and choose the next step to take
Good luck ✨
this is not wasted time. time spent healing and growing and letting yourself feel all the things is never wasted.
People often seek out gods with an end goal of receiving assistance or guidance.
But you can also just interact with them for their company. You can hail them, give blot, or even just be in their presence for no other reason then you can.
Easy. Simply refer to the cards’ symbology. Because when you have a deep connection with tarot, the cards will always speak to you. Not just when you are using them, but even in your dreams too.
When you dream of a vehicle…
…remember The Chariot, the card that represents all forms of transportation. It means ambitiousness and triumph. Perhaps you are being advised to keep going and stay driven. Or your success in a situation is being predicted.
When you dream of a fire…
…think of The Tower, the card of Mars, who stokes the fire in all of us. Maybe you are being asked to watch your temper, lest you do something you will regret later. Or perhaps a shocking ending in your life is being prophesied.
When you dream of a microphone…
…look to Judgement, the card of amplifiers, trumpets and other musical instruments. The Divine might be asking you to wake up and open your eyes. Perhaps because somebody in your life is the Devil wearing a disguise.
When you dream of arrows…
…remember the Eight of Wands, also named “Arrows of Love”. Maybe it is time to ask someone out, or begin exploring your options once more. Then again, perhaps your soulmate is simply arriving, and you do not need to do anything.
When you dream of the number five…
…think of what it means in tarot. The Five of Wands is conflict. The Five of Pentacles is poverty. The Five of Swords is defeat. The Five of Cups is grief. Perhaps difficulties are coming, and you are being told to stay strong and keep believing.
When you dream of a child…
…look to The Sun, where a little boy is enjoying his ride. This is the card of pure joy and emotional fulfillment. Maybe you will soon experience that kind of happiness. Perhaps in your life, the sun is about to shine again.
When you dream of a stranger…
…try to recall what he or she looked like. Young like a Page? Dashing like a knight? Beautiful like a queen? Which of tarot’s court cards does the stranger remind you of? Remember that card’s meaning to understand what your dream is saying.
When you dream of gold coins…
…see if you can remember how many there were. Seven, and look to the Seven of Pentacles. It means your harvest is assured, but you need to be patient. One, and look to the Ace of Pentacles. A financial opportunity should be coming to you shortly.
When you dream of a weighing scale…
…think of Justice. Did you wrong someone recently? Or was it the other way around? Because karma is coming. Hopefully not for you. Or perhaps you are just being told to look out for a Libra. Other than karma’s, this card is theirs too.
When you dream of an old man…
…remember The Hermit. Perhaps the Universe is asking you to retreat like him. Maybe being alone is what you need right now. But then again, this is the card of Virgo. So if you know one, maybe you are being asked never to let them go.
