“In fact, we all got along so well that Steve and I are having dinner with your sister and parents again next week, and Steve and your dad set up to go together to a baseball game this week.  Your dad even said that he wished you were a lot more like Steve, and then laughed and said that if you were, then maybe I wouldn’t be cuckolding you. Your sister asked your dad if he was going to invite you to go to the game also, but he said no, and we all agreed that it would be too awkward if you were at dinner with us next week. Life takes funny turns, doesn’t it.  I wouldn’t be surprised if Steve and I start socializing with your parents fairly regularly, and I bet that your family get togethers at the beach each summer start to include me and Steve instead of me and you – and same for Christmas at your parents.”
