I actually like this book. Its starting to get good

ACOMAF

So, I am the person who when I'm not even fully into the Beginning of a book, I'll go and read the last paragraph on the last page. So when I did this with ACOMAF, and I read, 'So the High Lord of spring unwittingly lead the High lady of the Night Court into the heart of his territory' (or something like that) I was like, "Tamilin, what did you do this time'. At the beginning. and when I finished it I was all, 'Fuck you Tamilin! Go Feyre! Kill him!" That shows how much my veiws of him had changed.

This is true. And I love Skyrim even more when its worded this way

reasons to play skyrim:

interspecies and gay marriage is allowed (you can be a lizard guy and marry a werewolf dude if you want)

you can kill things by yelling at them

you can punch bears

you can secretly shove 100 potatoes in someone’s pocket

It looks like an owl/parakeet/hawk/eagle thingy.

Chaol is from Anniel—a people known for their guardian warriors. And yes Chaol carried around/threw away his eagle pommel sword when he chose loyalty to Dorian over the king. It could be the pommel.

I still think the ruby in Damaris is a maybe witch mirror which has nothing to do with this cover other than if this is a sword pommel then all the emphasis on swords in this series is probably not a coincidence.

Last thought: We still don’t know if the creepy owl that sometimes follows Maeve around is a person or not. Was it @sparkleywonderful who thought it was her “dead” sister? (And before you all start to post that the owl is Maeve’s shift form, go back and reread. It chills in the room with her in HoF and it’s never clear when it flies off if it’s Maeve in a shift form or the owl that chills with her.)

I got really confused and started panicking, but then found out everything was all right. Now every time I read ACOMAF around my friends, they joke like, "Oh, your not going to freak out again, are you?" It pisses me off. But I will never forget the feeling of thinking the bond was broken.

I remember when I read acotar and acomaf for the first time

It was a month after acomaf was released so I knew that Tamlin was a tool and Rhys was bae and that chapter 55 was a thing. I knew everything.

BUT THEN I GET TO THOSE LAST CHAPTERS AND THE MATING BIND BEING “BROKEN” AND I FUCKING FREAKED BECAUSE NO ONE ON TUMBLR MENTIONED THAT AND I REMEMBER THE PANIC AND THE FEAR AND THE FUCKING FEELS AND WOW if that’s what you guys had to feel throughout both novels then fuck I missed out on a lot of panic attacks.

How cozy and wonderful does that sound? Aaaah! Read it! It’s an amazing series! It’s got a badass main character and tbh just totally badass characters in general, it’s got a great plot and incredible plot twists, great romance and smut, and it will make you laugh and cry and want to throw the book across the room (sometimes all at the same time). Just read it!
