Sanji walks in on him holding a mirror to his crotch checking himself out and the next thing Sanji knows he's doubled over wheezing as Zoro helplessly explains himself—"I'm not doing shit! I'm not a pervert! I-I'm just—no way you don't even deserve an explanation, fuck you!"

Sanji showering Zoro in affirmations, like how much deeper his voice sounds, the little hint of facial hair, even the excess acne and unfortunate ass hair aren't safe from his praise. Zoro is absolutely glowing and he hates how it affects him. Zoro's most proud of his bottom growth and Sanji knows this so he's always bringing it up positively.

Years later when Sanji starts her own transition, Zoro returns the same kind of energy. On his first day of hrt, he tells Sanji his boobs already look bigger and beautiful. He looks fantastic. And she absolutely glows under the praise, just like Zoro had.
