His name is Mailo (my-low), he's a 19 y/o Human/Nymph (water nymph to be exact). He knows how to use magic but because of being riped from his world it messed up his ability to use it.

Had to take down my human au versions of the cold family. I took too long drawing it, there were massive gaps between working on it and I pushed through it in the end while in artist block. So in my opinion it's bad. REAL bad. May redo it after I get out of this artblock.
