im making my own religion for myself idk if ir would fit for anyone else but 🤷‍♂️

its gonna be centered around jewellery as a important part along with the people im very close to, they dont have to be in the religion (idk if it counts as a religion or mote so rules for myself)

basically if i do something i deam bad like for example thats in my othe(i cant spell), if i dont stay away from people i cant get along with i have to deal with the consequences i made for myself for a set amount of days, the days go into affect the next day because one of the consequences is not being able to talk to the people i care about and the next day time period is so i can warn them of the punishment

i want to be a better person and in a better mood most of the time and if i have to punish myself then hopefully it'll work

if it doesn't i will find something else

ive been slowly developing this religion for months and it will be worked on as long as i practice it

Honestly, the main problem I have with the live action HTTYD trailer has nothing to do with turning an already perfect animated film into a live-action remake. (I did a speech on this topic. I could go on for DAYS.) It has nothing to do with any possible differences that will be made (or a lack thereof).

It has to do with THIS.

THIS SHOT RIGHT HERE.

TOOTHLESS’ PUPIL. IS NOT A SLIT. IT IS WIDE FUCKING OPEN.

Throughout the ENTIRE animated universe of HTTYD — every SINGLE movie and TV show — a dragon’s emotion is conveyed through the size of their pupil. A slit signifies typically negative emotions, like anger and discomfort. A wide-open pupil indicates emotions like love and comfort. In the animated movie, Toothless’ pupil cannot be interpreted as anything other than a slit in this scene.

In fact, the creators of the animated film have talked about this decision. It was very intentional. To remove this detail pisses me off, actually. It’s a very clever way to convey emotion in in-human characters in a very effective way. Toothless is probably more scared than he has ever been in his entire life. Of course his pupil is going to be thin as fuck. I just don’t understand why this incredibly emotional detail has been taken out of this incredibly emotional moment between Hiccup and Toothless.
