Happy new year!!! From me who has finally returned from outstation! I rushed this just in time for the new year in my timezone haha!

Just now seeing TVNAT au and i might be falling in love with it just a little bit.

I wanted to ask how this version of dream sees himself? As someone who struggles with dissociation a lot and happens to be guilty of projecting onto our favorite villain, I'm curious on how the lack of pain and having gotten used to "playtime" would affect how he views his body

I remember pretty clearly how such a disconnect with my body and the things it felt would make me think of it more like an object, i thought that might be something interesting to play around with. Does he think of himself like a doll, knowing how easily his limbs can come apart just to be put back together? Does he see himself as one whole or does he see his body as more of a toy?

TVNAT!Dream sees himself as a 'tool' and has always been a mean to an end. He doesn't treasure it in the sense that he doesn't care about the amount of harm inflicted on it, but he also adores his body in the sense that it remembers all the experiences it went through. Is it complicated? Yes, but in his mind that is how it works.

He cares and doesn't care for his body at the same time. He would destroy it without a thought but also cradle it with care. Losing his sense of pain only further fuel his dissociation.

However, it did make him extra tanky. In addition to the fact that he is essentially immortal due to the revival book, he is an unstoppable force should he decide to go after someone.

the fact that drunz have been the dteam house together so many times and we never get pics of them is cruel and unusual punishment like guys please just one and ill be fed for the year

how are you going to sit on your twitter and INSIST that there has to be some kind of victim some kind of person harmed traumatized victimized because there cant be any way that this ONE GUY didnt groom abuse or sext a child. how is it that there is not a single world these people can imagine where dream isnt a predator preying on innocent fans. you would think after hearing and seeing "no, i didnt, and heres the proof" youd breathe a sigh of relief knowing that at the very least one person in this world escaped something so horribly negatively life altering and traumatic. but no, surely not, surely someone had to suffer at the hands of this guy i hate ! ! because if not then what did i do all this tweeting for ! ! ! ! ! !

Let it be said as well that dismissing Dream being upset about things younger creators like Tommy have done to/said about him because they’re young is ridiculous.

Teenagers can still hurt people. Do I think they should have a bit more grace than adults? Yes. But they can still be harmful and that still affects people regardless of age

If you think teenagers can’t do wrong and seriously hurt people, you have never been to a public school and/or didn’t know anyone at that age and/or are plain fucking stupid

I’m a teenager. I have many friends and family who are older than me who I have very much hurt before and that pain and stress I caused is entirely on me. And the difference between me and people like Tommy, is that I actually gave a shit and did my best to apologize and improve instead of trying to throw all the blame on them for literally just being older than me

All Tommy is doing is playing the victim for an autistic man setting boundaries with him and his echo chamber of creators who most of which were never remotely close to Dream is not helping him

Not to mention the absolute hypocrisy that many of these creators are very close friends with Tommy and are also older than him, some of which (Like Phil) are much older than him than Dream

Do you think they’ve seriously never had a serious conversation with him? Do you think they’ve never had to set boundaries with him? Do you think he’s never gotten on THEIR nerves before?

You can’t blame Dream for shit and paint him as manipulative for simply being friends with someone younger than him and being willing to communicate directly and no longer get walked all over by people who claimed to be his friends

and maybe we should all die ?
