Sony has launched the new tablet Xperia Z2

At Mobile World Congress Sony has decided to submit not only the Xperia Z2 smartphone but also Xperia Z2 Tablet. Of course the new tablet will be  thinner and lighter than the other model, plus IP55/58 protection against dust and water.

The Xperia Z2 Tablet got a 10.1-inch Triluminos FullHD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, quad core Qualcom Snapdragon 801 - 2.3GHz processor, Adreno 330 GPU, 3GB of RAM and storage space 16GB with expandable by MicroSD cards.

Xperia Z2 Tablet equipped with a 2.2-megapixel front facing camera and an impressive 8.1-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and Exmor RS. This tablet will come with a 6000mAh battery and latest version of mobile Google’s OS - Android 4.4 KitKat. It has Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and certainly Wi-Fi.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will ship in the end of the month with a new S Pen

This week Samsung has proclaimed about new reincarnation of the most popular smartphone from the Galaxy Note series - Galaxy Note 4. Brand new device takes on board the new upgraded S Pen, which has become even lighter than before.

You could easily get the S Pen from the device's tunnel-groove to use it, but the Samsung engineers have decided that the way it used to be is still not perfect. And to be frankly, they are right, as the process of removal and placing it back is too complicated comparing to a simple notebook and pen usage, therefore this sophisticated process was improved had to be improved first of all.

Other smartphone specs were not changed. There is still a Samsung Exynos 5433 processor, Adreno 420 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32/64GB of internal memory. There are two cameras: one are 16-megapixel and 3.7-megapixel, which can be used as a Selfie sensor together with IP67 waterproof casing resistance status. All kinds of wireless connectivity, which you may need are also supported in this device.

The new Galaxy Note 4 is equipped with S Pen stylus from Samsung making it much more easier to make the notes and drawings on the 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display.

New development from Samsung is already released in South Korea and China and is expected it will set sail to West Coast in the end of this month. Estimated date of arrival is 17th of October 2014.

Olympus has added ruggedized camera

After presentation of OM-D EM-10, Olympus announced the launch of Olympus Stylus Tough TG-850 camera.This camera is resistant to falls and dust. Stylus Tough TG-850 is also waterproof to 10m which makes it suitable for use in the most challenging weather conditions.

TG-850 is enclosed in a solid sealed body that allows to withstand compressive load up to 100kg and the preservation of operability after falling from a height of 2 meters. In addition, the camera can be used at temperatures up to minus 10 degrees Celsius (14F).

At the heart of Olympus waterproof camera is 16MP (1/2,3-inch) CMOS sensor and high-performance image processor TruePic VII. The shutter speed range is 1/2000-1/2s. Stylus Tough supports video recording with a resolution of 1920x1080 (60p, 30p) or 1280x720 (60p) and burst mode at 7 fps. F3.5-F5.7 lens provides a 5x zoom and the focal length is 21-105mm. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is now official

It seems like Samsung has completely revealed all details. In earlier known specifications there were some changes and they are waving in front of us with new details about Galaxy Note 4 right now.

The Galaxy Note 4 will come with a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display at a demented resolution of 2560x1440 pixels (515 ppi). Inside of the body itself the quad core 2.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 or eight core Samsung Exynos 5433 processors by choice, Adreno 420 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32/64GB of internal memory for both models will be located. This device also got an excellent 16-megapixel back camera with Optical Image Stabilization system, 3.7-megapixel module for Selfies and a fingerprint sensor. The body of Note 4 is a dust and waterproof and conforms to the IP67 standard, that indeed corresponds to the established tradition. The handset also comes with a new Samsung S pen.

The fourth generation of Galaxy Note will be launched globally in October, so it will go on sale in the US with Android 4.4.4 KitKat on board.  It costs $299 on-contract and $799 off-contract. The Note 4 is available on AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and certainly Verizon.

The second generation of Motorola Moto G slips out

We have heard that Motorola is working on a new version of the Moto X. Furthermore now it looks like the company has dropped out from their pocket a new version of the Moto G with the prefix 2.

There is only a bit of information about the specifications which were disclosed recently. Inside we can expect a similar to the Moto G 4.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and density of 326 ppi. Under the hood a significant performance boost is expected. Сurrent prototype of the new Motorola Moto G2 is equipped with a quad core processor ARMv7 VFPv4 NEON, 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 305 graphics accelerator chip.

A controversial issue is also camera's armament. The novelty will get a 2MP camera in front and a rear camera 8MP caliber on the backside. The big question is how many SIM cards will support Moto G2. We are inclined to assume that both options make sense. Like its predecessor the new Motorola handset took on board the same Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, port MicroUSB 2.0 and Android 4.4 KitKat as operating system.

As yet there are no details about capacity of the battery or price. The official launch date was appointed to September 4th, but we can presume for sure it is planned for fall, as it will make Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, for example.

The new Ricoh Theta M15 camera is not just a stick like camera, but a real 360 degree panoramic view shooter

The new 13-inch Alienware gaming laptop will land on Earth

Alienware that is supervised by Dell has introduced a new laptop for gaming. Regarding the design the gaming PC is slightly different from the existing models by back light, but the most interesting hidden in the Alien head.

This 13-inch version of the gaming laptop is a new venture for Alienware, while the size screen for an ordinary gaming PCs includes minimum one inch more. The complex has lost weight and now it is much thinner than the current 14-inch Alienware, but still remains considerably larger than its non-gaming counterparts.

Alienware 13 will work on ultra-low-voltage processors from Intel Core the standard i7-series and mobile GPU Nvidia GeForce 860M that supports a resolution of IPS screen up to 2560x1440 pixels. There's no word about 4K resolution, possibly because it is still too highest pixel density for such a diagonal. Alienware offers to choose an 8 or 16GB of RAM and capacity each of two SSD. Other forward-looking specs are a WiFi: 802.11ac, USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 4.0.

Alienware still hides exact spec details, price, and release date.  We expect a new generations of Alien products including 13-inch laptop that will be released before the end of 2014.

Samsung Galaxy S6 - rumors start right now!

The most and the only prestigious and premium flagship on the market, ready to compete with Apple's devastators, is making its build somewhere in the Samsung's final testing labs. Start preparing yourselves for the new Galaxy S6!

As it is not a secret that Galaxy S series release date come at April right after the new Galaxy Note start, as it was with S4 and S5 in 2013 and 2014 respectively. So we might presume that S6 would launch on April 2015, as all the precedents, such as Galaxy Note 4 release, were already made.

Speaking truth there are no leaked photos or specific rumors to speak about and we know nothing about the concrete or merely presumable details of the upcoming device, but the consumer should realize that the smartphone will not be another simple upgrade of the previous S5 and make himself ready for the new surprises from Samsung, speaking of which we can start today.

There should be something innovative to make a real competition to the major rivals. Samsung has already showed the world their fascinating experiments, such as Samsung Alpha with its full metal frame all along the device and the curved part of the Samsung Note Edge's display, which amazed and confounded the experts.

Or Samsung may go even further by making the whole device be exposed to curving with no harm to it. But suppose, this part of the expectations should be kept for future, as the minds of simple users are not ready for such turn of events, so such trump, even if it's ready in Samsung labs, should be kept for S7 or any other device, for example, called Galaxy Nova.

As told before, we don't know any specific dates or prices connected with the release. But we know that it would not be cheaper than the S5 was on April during the shipping. So if S6 will have some outstanding features, then the price would vary in range of $900-1000. And that will be a big mistake if the device's price will jump over the $1000 mark.
