Images I Screenshotted Towards The End Of This Video Clip:

Original Tweet/X Post states: Presenting, "your sustainable future with eV batteries" Brought to you by: Cobalt Mines of Congo.

Twitter/X User Response: What scares me is so much "green" technology and products and such are built off human suffering. The entire world is built on this. The entire world is irrevobaly tied to mass exploitation and I desperately hope that changes in my lifetime. #CongoGenocide #CongoIsBleeding

I have attached a video below these Tweet/X images of Congolese people in Cobalt mines. Video Description: Men, in front of a large, dark brown and muddy area of the mine are digging other men out of a hole that have been inside, excavating for Cobalt. These men are not wearing any protective equipment, other than something to cover their eyes, like goggles and lights attached to them. There are crowd of people are them, cheering them on as a few men are pulled out due to the velocity/force of being pushed out of the mine area they are coming out from. It looks like the mine is opening up like a beastly mouth and closing several times during this video, I took a screenshot at the end of the people, to showcase how many people have gathered, and there appears to be hundreds.

Palestinians are not "animals."

They are not "children of darkness."

Little kids are rescuing cats and trying to comfort them when they themselves are terrified.

A doctor broke down when his father and brother came into the trauma unit.

And several of his colleagues hugged and gathered to comfort him.

Journalists are playing with babies.

Doctors are refusing to evacuate hospitals because their patients can't and refuse to leave them.

There's a little boy who gives tea to the journalists and thanks them for spreading their stories.

He's displaced at the hospital, his home is gone.

A kid was asked what he wants to be when he grows up and he said kids in Gaza don't grow up.

Kids are writing their names on their arms so they can be identified.

Momin Kireka is a Palestinian journalist who was disabled by an Israeli attack in 2008.

And despite the difficulty in moving around, he vows to continue to show the world the truth.

Awni, a young Palestinian boy has a gaming YouTube channel he loved so much.

He was killed in the bombing.

Mohammed Sami was an artist who's dream was to open an art gallery.

He was playing with the kids to raise their spirits. And the next day he was killed.

They are victims.

They are going through unimaginable horrors and still find it in their hearts to be kind.

They have hopes and dreams just like you and I.

They are people.

And they deserve to be recognised and known as such.

You can’t ship that the characters have too large a gpa gap which means it’s a power imbalance

Just so we're clear.

Fictives are not a sign of faking.

Quiet/Loud switches are not a sign of faking.

Large systems are not a sign of faking.

Switching a lot is not a sign of faking.

Not switching much is not a sign of faking.

Emotional amnesia is still amnesia.

Don't force people to address trauma they may not even remember.

Don't force people to remember trauma.

Childhood traumas don't have to be what an adult would consider extreme. Kids are a lot more sensitive to stimuli and cruelty.

And some systems have done fucked up shit in their childhoods, it's not their fault they had to survive.

Be kind, people need it.

I find people just hate the comic because the characters are all guys. I saw someone make an all girls version of boyfriends (without changing any of the personalities) and a lot of antis clung onto it and said it was better than “fetishizing mlm”

Every damn time

AMAZING news: the Reproductive Freedom Act in Ohio has now officially been CERTIFIED to be on the ballot in this November's election. It gathered 495,938 signatures from 55 counties across Ohio. Republicans messed around & women & young people will make them find out.

The more I get back into liking, loving and lusting on people, the more I'm reminded what a sanitized, segregated lie queers have been built into.

I've met the sweetest, prettiest queens who tell me "Well, I'm a transsexual. Sometimes I call myself a transman because both my trans self and my manhood are me."

New friends tell me about the sexcapades their closed polycule gets up to that they just watch because they're a kinky ace.

There's staunch lesbians who helped the love of their life transition as a transmasc, gay men begging to be topped by trans men with the fattest tits.

Older queers don't hesitate to shout "oh, like Prince!" when I tell them I'm androgyne. Vanilla questioning men will text me day after day before shyly confessing I'm their dream guy. Closeted trans women ask to kiss me because I'm their dream girl. Doms and subs who melt when they realize I'm both and neither, and they didn't know somebody like me existed.

There's vanilla lesbians on Grindr and acearos who have shown me love deeper than I thought possible and guydykes kissing girlfags and MtFtMtX elders and throuples that have so much affection that they just collectively parent babygays who got disowned.

Everybody is so beautiful! There is so much love! It is no wonder a cruel world has a vested interest in suppressing queerness when humanity is so expansive to us.

Hey there,

Not sure if you've heard, but the employees at Powell's City of Books in Portland are sharing a petition to get Powell's to pay them fairly.

Seems pretty pathetic that an establishment that is considered iconic, a destination for so many visitors, won't treat their employees as a valuable part of that reputation.

Anyway, I'm sure it'd do nothing but help their cause if could give them some support?

To make sure another book store doesn't go down in flames.

Absolutely. That's

Sign the Petition

Tell Powell’s Books: Workers Deserve a Fair Contract with a Living Wage

And as they stress, Please note: this is not a call for a boycott; it’s a call for signatures! Please sign and share!

Finding a new favorite fictional character is like, will you be temporary or will you become a permanent part of my personality for the next 10 years?
