alright, so I'll explain why I've been down in the dumps for the last couple of days.

I have premenstrual dysphoric disorder, or pmdd. It means that you get very depressed and anxious the days before, and sometimes during, your period.

My period makes me very sensitive and sad to things happening.

My girlfriend broke up with me about two weeks ago, and then, I was fine with it, but now it just makes me really sad.

My friends were also in an argument last week, which didn't bother me as much as it does now. It's not even happening anymore.

I'm sorry for being so negative. I promise I'll try to look on the bright side and be happier.
