I've got to wonder, how many attempted rebellions were there, did other tributes try and break the games, try to upthrow the capitol, were all their efforts erased
Imagine Asterid resenting Haymitch for how he cut everyone he loved off after Lenore dove died, only to understand him when Burdock died.
and btw nobody else has s4
lenore dove HAS curly bangs
Wyatt callow my autism king
haymitch mentioning multiple times that he is not a drinker and even trading in the alcohol he got absolutely DESTROYED me. that poor boy he didnt deserve this he went through so much.
not being funny but if i gave birth without pain relief or a doctor after eating my best friend to stay alive and literally everyone in my life started praying to my dead baby and acting as if they have some ownership over and connection to him that i dont even get to feel because i had to hold his tiny dead body in my arms and accept i'd never get a chance to know him i would also probably become the villian
Though I do hate the belief that Annie was a weak tribute, I dislike how much people try to erase any trauma that Annie received from the games
Yes Annie was more than the “mad girl from D4” but she DID get ill and traumatized. Not acknowledging what the Capitol did to her or trying to say she was the same afterwards is just untrue. Annie wasn’t the same afterwards (Johanna even says this in Mockingjay) and why should she? She wasn’t the same girl who entered the arena and the Capitol took it away. Why try to sugar coat what the Capitol did to her?
It’s just like trying to say Katniss ear didn’t totally became deaf or Peeta leg getting cut off wasn’t as bad as we think it was
It also just make Annie a stronger character because of her overcoming her trauma and knowing what to do when she’s “hysterical” while it’s still apart of her
If anybody is wondering, Sunrise on the Reaping has ruined my life 👍🏼
haymitch is fine and alive and well and i know with absolute certainty that he spends plenty of time with the toastbabies before moving on to the sweet old hereafter
i fear the stunt with the milk is what made plutarch really believe that haymitch could pull off the explosion in the arena
he watched this 16yo down half a jug of milk because he knows the milk might save the president of the country's life. & he's like "oh! that's the one"
