✧Koby Mermaid AU✧
Koby was a merman on Fish-Man Island (possibly one of the princes?) who was kidnapped as a child and was going to be sold as a slave, but an unexpected storm caused the boat he was on to overturn, and Koby managed to escape. He followed a shoal of fish to the calmer sea (East Blue), where he met Luffy (saved him from drowning). Luffy removed his handcuffs and since then, they both have a crush on each other until the time-skip (when they finally start dating). Koby is the 'guy that saves Luffy when he falls into the water' of the crew.
Additionally:
- Sabo grows up with his brothers because Coby was nearby when the accident with the Celestial Dragon happened and saved him.
- Even better if Coby is mute and can only communicate accurately with Luffy (because they invented their own sign language, and no one else understands it).

Hottest yet (somewhat) simple outfit from the few that koby has(as far as I know).
As for the Luffy ,well. His outfits are generally fabulous and fitting but tbh, the ripped coat from drum island and the one seen in vegapunk are my personal favourites. Better than most in my opinion.

(I was actually gonna use film red casual attire from the start of the movie for koby. Wanted to make it different and paid the price.)

Pink for the childish innocence and light-heartedness.
Black for elegance, power and sophistication.
Lastly, white is for purity, simplicity and minimalism.

This was by far the hardest. I couldn't think of anything. I could've gone and made it about Lu sneaking in koby into his ship but it would probably end up with:
Koby: *being dragged like a rag doll by Luffy*
Luffy: SANJI! I'M HUNGRYYYY!!
Literally everyone else: oh hello there koby.
"hello everyone. It's been a while. 🥲"
Bonus
Moral of the story. Luffy found a bunch of mini him along with a box filled with his pictures. Instead of asking he just went:
koby has something that reminds him of me so I'm gonna take something that will remind of him.
Then this guy proceeds to snatch some of his hair.... Nah maybe he'll steal his bandanna collection :)
Idk something bizarre enough that Luffy wouldn't hesitate to take. Maybe he should ask him his den den number-

Pirate King invades a marine base and ends up fighting Admiral Koby. According to the information we have, no one was hurt and the damage was minimal, but who knows what Straw Hat Luffy will do next?

Koby was left behind by his crew but fear not! For the great Lu is there for the rescue!
Luffy is well known among the marines as the "unpredictable chaos magnet", they even have a special code in case he goes missing for more than five seconds XD
One day, a cute pink haired boy catches his eye and he just couldn't leave him be. He knows he's got to arrest him at some point but couldn't give a single shit about what the higher ups want.
*sigh* like grandfather like grandson I suppose :P
I'm thinking what kind of title he'd get.
Garp is "the hero of the marines", dragon is the "most dangerous man to ever live"
What would they call Luffy?

Carving the first letters and adding a heart is a weird concept that I can't seem to understand but I see it almost everywhere I go so why not.
