Have I ever mentioned how freaking refreshing it was to finally see a character (Wolf in this case) who has a past friend that they very clearly have bad blood with, have those feelings of anger be SUPPORTED by their current friends???

Like too often when the “past bad friend trying to make amends” trope comes up the character’s current group of friends will do the whole:

“oh but at least they’re trying to make up with you! Can’t you meet them halfway? <:))”

And even more so the character’s friends get WAY TOO chummy with the person, and it typically ends in the “oh no they actually were still bad this whole time!! We’re sorry, we should’ve listened! :((“

But nope, here Benson, Dave and even FREAKING KIPO of all people said “You hurt our adopted little sister??? We don’t like you and we will never like you also we are prepared to inflict physical pain given the opportunity.”

And those feelings stay throughout the WHOLE EPISODE. Not once do Dave or Benson try hear out Margot. The three of them stayed on Wolf’s side the entire time.
