Stillness & the Weight of Regrets

My final illustration for the Reverse Big Bang!! I worked for a while on this one, there's so much happening in it at every little corner (I recommend zooming in to get the full experience, I will also include a link to the art station post if you want to really get a good look at it) There's a lot of meaning, of emotions and symbolism put behind this piece. From the infinity symbol tying together the composition, to all the hands reaching out to one another and grasping something fleeting, the wisps of colours bleeding into each other before they become one. Vegas reaching out to Johnny through the endless cycle of pain, the hand on Kerry's throat, Alt being the beginning of the thread.... Yeah. It was particularly hard not to post it anywhere before the end date of the event! Anyways, that's my part! A fic was beautifully written by the talented @mrssimply and beta'd by @thornwild !
