I don't know what writers thinking when they made Danny end up with Sam.
Seriously, this girl is so toxic that i could write an essay. Except that, she didn't have chemistry with Danny! Not even as friends!
Danny and Valerie, on the other hand, made so much sense. First of all, they actually had chemistry. They were the classic trope enemies to lovers. They had similar lives. They understood each other. And even when they were fighting, they acted like an old married couple. Valerie loved him for him and not the superhero he was like Sam who dumped him when he decided to be normal again.
Writers should show the reaction of Valerie when she learned the truth and they should made them endgame.
Valerie was way better as character. She had a backstory, we saw her difficult life and how she is trying to help her father. She is the villain Danny made and i love that.
Sam "i am different from the other girls" Manson is just being annoying.
Change my mind.
Book 1, Chapter 7: Things get ugly when the bullies decide to push the sisters into a lake. This was so fun to draw, I hope you like ❤️
I think that Jinx and Isha's relationship will parallel three separate dynamics:
1) Sibling dynamic - Vi and Jinx. Obvious parallel with Jinx being an older sister this time around. Perhaps it will make Jinx reminisce about her childhood and make her understand how much Vi actually loved her.
2) Parent/child dynamic - Where do I start? Jinx and her mom, Jinx and Vander, Jinx and Silco, Jinx and... Vi (yes, if you didn't notice, Vi was also a motherly figure for Powder after their mother's death). It will possibly make Jinx not just take responsibility but finally realise why parents protect their children at all cost and are ready to give up anything, including their own life.
3) Old/young self dynamic - Jinx and Powder - basically Jinx accepting and loving her younger self through Isha. It is the most important lesson she may learn, actually!
It's them
"Pink goes good with Green."

Arcane god au
Ekko, the god of time and rebellion
Powder, aka Jinx, the trickster goddess of destruction, chaos, anarchy, and creation
Vi the goddess of war, protection, and loyalty
Caitlyn Kiramman, the goddess of law, justice, and order
Viktor the god of evolution, sacrifice, and technology
Jayce Talis the god of innovation, ambition, pride, metalworking, and craftsmanship
Mel Medarda the goddess of light, wisdom, strategy, and influence
Because on first watch, I expected this was going to be something negative. Ekko trying to defend why he'd been so hostile to Powder. 'You're not the kind of person who helps... because you destroy things,' or something to that effect.
But no.
oh
What a way to look at Jinx?? Even with everything she's done... He looks at this well-adjusted, 'ideal' Powder, and still thinks she's missing something that his Jinx has. The Powder that he knew was so determined to make something that mattered... it's a Powder who's content to play second-fiddle to the people around her, a Powder that settles that feels off to him.
And that ties into why he can't stay here. Our Ekko isn't the kind of person who settles either.
I want someone to draw Peri (Poof) visiting Timmy's grave, saying, "Hi, (big) brother"
So I was listening to the MME music video and I noticed this in the extended verse
Sure that’s indirectly calling Jinx Ekko’s goddess but remember- Zaun’s main goddess is Janna, the god of fresh air
The lyrics are implying that Jinx isn’t just Ekko’s goddess but his breath and his salvation.
Happy sad thought, possessed by the snippet of this song.
What if Ekko calls Jinx ‘my dear enemy’ as a ward and solace for Jinx?
She believes she kills all those who she loves and love her. So Ekko says enemy while meaning ‘my dear love/friend’ as a comfort to her. To ‘confuse’ her curse.
But between them, unspoken, they know the true meaning.
And maybe there's something Isha left Jinx with. Not everything needs to be spoken. Sometimes, you just know.
Isn't just pathetic when people hate a character just because they're HUMANS!? MAKING HUMAN MISTAKES!? Or, you know, they are just teens trying their best? And hate them for that? I would like to see them in such situation
