GUYS, GUYS, GUYS !!!
I JUST REWATCHED THE TRAILER OF ARCANE SEASON 2 AND I THINK WE MIGHT GET JINX AND EKKO TEAMING UP
Look!
GREEN AND PINK LIGHTING ON WARRIORS SUITS aka EKKO and JINX COLORS
TECHNOLOGY THAT EKKO USES FOR THE HOVERBOARDS + GREEN LIGHTING
JINX WANTED PAPERS ARE IN FRONT OF A GREEN HOURGLASS aka EKKO'S SYMBOL
timebomb is literally so crazy like. i do not usually fuck with enemies to lovers as a trope but childhood friends to enemies to lovers just hits Different. and even when they were enemies they still cared about each other? ekko never being one of the voices in jinx’s head even when she thought she had killed him on the bridge? ekko admitting that he gave up on her realizing he never quite stopped loving her? fucks me up so bad. ekko surviving the bridge fight becoming the only person jinx has failed to kill ensuring he’s the only one who could have brought her out of her spiral, the living proof that she can be more than just a jinx… they fuck me up soooo bad
"Hey how long ago was that mural initially painted?"
"That? Oh Ekko started it years ago before the community got this big"
"So the people Ekko painted there are all dead people that he cared about right"
"I mean i'd hope so, no way he'd be painting people that are alive"
"Yeah, right... So who is that blue haired girl?"
"No idea, why are you getting so curious all of a sudden"
"Nothing.....just that.... doesn't Jinx have a tooth gap?"
"Why have you been staring at her teeth? Don't tell you too-"
"HELL NO. I mean she's prett- NO, Im just thinking, you know... her and Ekko clearly know each other much more personally than he's let on"
"Soooo? Get to the fucking point man im getting old here"
"Hear me out, blue hair, blue eyes, tooth gap, adopted daughter of Silco's, when did he paint that mural?"
"Oh...oh.... HOLD THE FUCK O-"
The possibilities are infinite i love the firelight community

Why is everyone so upset about the idea of Jude having a baby ten years after the end of her story? You do know that a woman's personality and mind don't get vacuumed out when they get pregnant right? She wouldn't change into some simpering caricature with no agency, Sarah J Maas really did a number on you guys...
Family has always been a major theme in this series: Jude was motivated in the first book by a need to protect her little brother. There has never been any suggestion from her that she doesn't want children, only an expression early in the first book that she's scared to always be powerless, and even her fairy children would be able to be cruel to her, which speaks to her desire to find her own power not a genuine drive not to have children.
It's completely understandable to be tired of all your characters having the same end: marriage to a guy, crown, babies, but I don't think this one character's fate after the conclusion of this one fantasy/romance series is the hill to die on.
Anyway, I love the idea and every time I imagine Jude as a mother I think of Najwa Nimri's amazing performance in La Casa de Papel, it was sooo Jude
good lord .

Blue thing red thing. (This meme has grown a bit predictable…)
I think that Jinx and Isha's relationship will parallel three separate dynamics:
1) Sibling dynamic - Vi and Jinx. Obvious parallel with Jinx being an older sister this time around. Perhaps it will make Jinx reminisce about her childhood and make her understand how much Vi actually loved her.
2) Parent/child dynamic - Where do I start? Jinx and her mom, Jinx and Vander, Jinx and Silco, Jinx and... Vi (yes, if you didn't notice, Vi was also a motherly figure for Powder after their mother's death). It will possibly make Jinx not just take responsibility but finally realise why parents protect their children at all cost and are ready to give up anything, including their own life.
3) Old/young self dynamic - Jinx and Powder - basically Jinx accepting and loving her younger self through Isha. It is the most important lesson she may learn, actually!
"Always a dance with you."
