I'm still thinking about Hobie letting Gwen crash with him regularly. Considering how big and busy the Spider Society building is, I would assume they have bedrooms or at least a couch she could have crashed on after she first got there. I think Hobie let her stay with him in part to make her less dependent on Miguel and Jessica. Considering how fast he prepared to help Miles out, I find it hard to believe he wasn't trying to convince Gwen something was wrong too. Though I wonder if she still would have visited Miles without Hobie guaranteeing that she would still have shelter and not be ratted out.

Did you know Disney sells lesbian flag pins? Bob Iger profits off the flag I designed for our community!
On another note, I can't afford to pay for my medication this month! Any help would be appreciated.

Yup.
There it is. Definitive.
alright for the millionth time I'm seeing yet another author I admire talk about how they literally can barely afford to live & yet there are people openly admitting to pirating their books so, like
i guess it needs to be said again
pirating books is not the same as pirating your favourite Disney movie or whatever. book piracy kills author's incomes and can genuinely ruin someone's career
True for me, true for you ๐
You deserve to be seen, you deserve to be loved as you are right now, not by proving how useful you can be to someone because youโre not a machine. Youโre not an object. Youโre just another human, as valuable as anyone else.
Posted elsewhere before remembering her freckles.... Fineliners, correction pen.
To live, and live safely.
My heart aches for our community and what we've all been facing lately. Please hang in there, everybody.
An old and homely grandmother accidentally summons a demon. She mistakes him for her gothic-phase teenage grandson and takes care of him. The demon decides to stay at his new home.
i hate the "meta glasses" with their invisible cameras i hate when people record strangers just-living-their-lives i hate the culture of "it's not illegal so it's fine". people deserve to walk around the city without some nameless freak recording their faces and putting them up on the internet. like dude you don't show your own face how's that for irony huh.
i hate those "testing strangers to see if they're friendly and kind! kindness wins! kindness pays!" clickbait recordings where overwhelmingly it is young, attractive people (largely women) who are being scouted for views and free advertising . they're making you model for them and they reap the benefits. they profit now off of testing you while you fucking exist. i do not want to be fucking tested. i hate the commodification of "kindness" like dude just give random people the money, not because they fucking smiled for it. none of the people recording has any idea about the origin of the term "emotional labor" and none of us could get them to even think about it. i did not apply for this job! and you know what! i actually super am a nice person! i still don't want to be fucking recorded!
& it's so normalized that the comments are always so fucking ignorant like wow the brunette is so evil so mean so twisted just because she didn't smile at a random guy in an intersection. god forbid any person is in hiding due to an abusive situation. no, we need to see if they'll say good morning to a stranger approaching them. i am trying to walk towards my job i am not "unkind" just because i didn't notice your fucked up "social experiment". you fucking weirdo. stop doing this.
The Garbage:
Real simple. Here's what you do:
Go to vote.gov and check your registration, or register to vote if you haven't already. If you will be 18 by election day (Tuesday, November 5), you can register right now.
Even if you can vote by mail, know where your polling place, and your nearest ballot drop box are.
Make a plan to vote with at least two friends or family members to vote on or before November 5th. I'm not the boss of you, but voting as early as you can is always a good idea.
Save Democracy.
