Bagi's last name is Webber. Cellbit's is Balanar.

But, if Cellbit had stayed with his birth parents, he'd be 'Cellbit Webber'. But he... didn't... and so he uses his actual parents' name instead. Sure, he's reconnected with his sister after almost two full decades of being away from her, but he doesn't have any real attachment to his birth parents. The Balanars adopted him, and they raised them, and he misses them more every passing day. So he keeps their last name in honor of their memory and because, well. They were his parents, and he is their son. He's never even met the Webbers, not really, why should he have to share their name?
