As most of you know, my financial situation has become dire & dangerous. The help my lovely followers & their kind friends have given has been a godsend in such dark times.

This upcoming month will be the hardest yet because of the large funds needed to simply maintain a safe living situation for my dog & I.

I understand this goal is a lot to ask, & I in no way expect donations to be the sole provider of these funds. I’m trying every day to navigate my difficult situation in a way that can get these necessary bills payed, & will adjust the Ko-fi goal accordingly, but your tips are always a massive help to me. Most tips range from 1 to 5 dollars & that has managed to save my skin twice now!!

If my goal is reached, any Ko-fi funds left over on March 1st will be donated to the Abdul-Jawad & Hilles families in Palestine.

Here’s my entry for @adastracalendar (which is now 50% off on Etsy, just sayin'!) :D I loved working on this one- it's about the very first star you can see in the evening, something that has always made me a tad emotional for some reason... a parallelism with these two was inevitable! I've been lucky to work with Chamyl, who wrote the lovely fic that accompanies this artwork: she 's been so incredibly kind and obliging, moving and changing things around when I offered my personal preference on something. I just adore the final result, it's everything I would have hoped and so, so much more :') GAH I LOVE IT, I REALLY LOVE IT

 FUN FACT: that first star you see at night isn’t actually a star, but the planet Venus! According to the Kabbalah archangel Anael (or Aniel, from Hebrew: "Joy of God") is the ruler of Venus (they're also called Aphrodite by the Greeks, Venus by the Romans and Osiris/Isis by the Egyptians).
