the oc is named Friday (they/she), and the comic takes place in my original world, Solitaire, a four-realmed system of worlds where all sorts of little guys roam. Friday is a Joker, a sort of creature from the world of Clubs that has a non-human form that is often activated by strong emotion :^)

There's something really appealing about the concept of a spooky cryptid creature becoming weirdly attached to a completely ordinary human person (who probably works in customer service or something)
