Today I read an awesome fic on ao3. In that it was written that Chuuya isn't a lightweight. Rather he acted like one because then everyone( mainly his enemies) would see him as a weak target and then it would be easy to catch them.

And now I have a hc related to this.

See, he has a god inside him, a god of destruction( another hc). So maybe that god uses too much of Chuuya's energy. Like Chuuya needs more food than others because his energy is used up pretty quickly by Arahabaki. Now this also means that he is not a lightweight, he just acts like one. When he was in Sheep, he heard someone say that a drunk person can say whatever they want to and no one will ever question it too much because the person was drunk. So maybe from then Chuuya also stared acting drunk as it was the only way he would tell someone what he maybe feels about them, or maybe what is bothering him. And it became a habit, which he didn't break even in mafia. Now, after the Verlaine incident, Chuuya definitely didn't get time to process the loss of flags, and other people. so maybe on night he drank a whole bottle of wine, but wasn't drunk. Then he accidently broke that bottle, and while picking up the shattered glasses, he injures his hands. And he felt a wave of euphoria, relief pass through him.

He had heard from Dazai that he self harms because it makes him feel like he was in control of everything. But Chuuya is not Dazai, he is not suicidal. And he definitely didn't do self harm. But the relief was awesome. So he picked up another glass, injures his hands again, repeated it and by the time he has cleaned the shreds, his hands were bleeding, not to deep but they were stinging. He felt grounded. He now no longer felt numb, rather he was feeling excited. And he decided to put the blame for this on wine, that he was drunk( even he knows that he can never get drunk just by a bottle). He made an excuse that he was drunk that's why he made a mistake by not picking the glass neatly. And then, it repeated. Whenever he felt numb, he would drink a bottle, break it, 'accidentally' injures himself while picking the glass, and will blame it on him being drunk. It is not self harm, because he is not Dazai. What he does was always a 'drunk mistake'. And since he always wears gloves outside his home, so no one would see the scars, see his 'drunk mistakes' .

New BSD Fic

I wanna find this skk(???) fic(once again 😔)

I read it a very longggg time ago. I think it was mostly about Chuuya only. Where he use the book again and again to prevent something (I don't know) and every time he fails, his life restarts again(maybe??) . But I remember, in the end , Chuuya uses the book again and choses to forget everything and then next time, he wakes up in Shuribachi City with no memory (the canon one).

You guys know what, I just got a midnight thought.

If we observe closely, then we will find out that four (main) members of Port Mafia had tried or wanted to leave it or have succeeded in leaving it.

First was Kouyou with the man, when she tried to run away but failed.

Second was Murase and Chuuya where Murase wanted Chuuya to leave Mafia but failed.

( I am pretty sure that if Chuuya had heard Murase's last words like Dazai did, there would have been 60 to 70% chance of Chuuya leaving the Mafia.)

Third was Dazai and Odasaku, where Odasaku on his last breath told Dazai to leave and he succeeded.

And finally we got Koyka and Atsushi, where Atsushi helped Koyka get out of Mafia.

So we can see a pattern here.

One wanting to leave but failed and dead, other wanting someone else to leave but failed and dead , another wanting other to leave, succeeded but dead and finally last on wanting other to leave, succeeded and alive.

This trying to leave Mafia pattern just got brighter with each attempt....

Just a midnight thought....

HELP ME FIND THIS ONE [SKK] AO3 FAN FIC

The only thing I remember about it was that dazai and chuuya are in relationship and ada knows about it. Then dazai is going to therapy and he is having some dreams or something. And chuuya is being over protective of dazai and is scared to mess up things an he talked to yosano . and also went to therapy with dazai.

Ive been searching my whole damn bookmark, related tags and history and still couldn't find it- help this desperate fella pls.
