• lunch:
3 homemade chicken meatballs, 68g of carrots, 25g of broccoli (126kcal and 20g of protein)
• snack:
40g of cottage cheese (37kcal and 5g of protein)
• dinner:
strawberry protein ice cream - 140g of frozen strawberries processed with 20g of white chocolate flavored protein powder (130kcal and 16g of protein)
total: 293kcal and 41g of protein

yesterday at around 7pm i went to the kitchen to make me a tea and then go back to studying
it's 8:30am and i just got home from my exam and opened the microwave to make tea again: yesterday's mug of water was still inside it 🙃 😅 adhd or brain fog from fasting? i guess we'll never know
