Alberu, looking at the people Cale gathered: I didn't know we had so many strong allies.
Cale: Wait till you see the dragons
Alberu: What?
Cale: What
I literally started today, I'm in ch 4 and I don't know how I feel about it 🏌️
But congrats to the actors that are getting married, good for them honestly
I'm watching Supernatural for the first time in 2024. So that's... uh...
a choice.
Kim Rok-Soo is one problem away from killing a bitch.
It may or may not be because one specific guild (that he sent his subordinates to work with) almost killed half of his attack team. 'Due to an unexpected situation', they said. Bullshit.
So he resolved that the next step is to get rid of one of said problems.
When he came out of his office, everyone walked away quickly. Kim Roksoo couldn't care even less why.
"Kim Min-Ah, I'm going to leave for a while; you are in charge of the next mission. The draft plan is in my office," Kim Rok-Soo said calmly.
(If the next day he had the paper work of that specific guild on his desk and he was looking for someone to put in charge of it, nobody said a word.)
They are so special to me
I have a type and it's Red. It you get it, you get it.
Me two years ago when I had Kim Roksoo/Beacrox fever:
Beacrox doesn't look anything like him because back then I didn't know his official design. Should I redraw it?
Cale: Why is there air conditioning in hospitals?
Choi Han: I dont know, why?
Cale: To keep the vegetables cool and fresh.
Choi Han: *snorts*
This novel was one of the first novels I read, so imagine my surprise when I was looking for something else, and nothing was even close to being as good at this.
How it treats KRS past life, his character and how intersects with the rest. And, yes, acting like an actual adult was refreshing, I also read a stupid amount of romantic Isekai and it's so weird for these women to act like they are 25 or 30 like they are supposed to be.
And thank every cosmic power, when he isekaided on a younger body, he didn't feel attracted to a minor. Because that apparently is a common factor in the rest of the novels I tried to read.
You know one of my favorite things about this novel?
Is that Cale (Well, Kim Roku Soo) actually acts his age (36)
I personally haven't read many Isekais aimed at male audiences, so I can't speak for those
I have, however read quite a bit of Otome Isekais
And one of the things that annoys me the most about the genre, is when the protagonist, usually an adult woman, gets reincarnated into a baby, a child or a teenager and you sometimes forget their actual age because some of the things they do, some of the decisions they make are /baffling/ when you remember they're a grown ass adult
But with Cale is quite the opposite, people around him are often left scratching their heads at some of his actions and level of maturity ("Aren't you supposed to be 18-20?")
Hell, one time he told Raon that he is "30 years older than him" only to remember mid-phrase that nope, he's actually supposed to be only 15 years older
-Spoilers for P1-
And it's also very funny when Alberu finds out that Cale is, in fact actually older than him, his reaction is pure gold because he's supposed to be the hyung around here you know?
Batman's kids all being low-key way more terrifying than he is is so funny to me. like yeah, batman is scary with his whole 'I am the night' thing, but hes widely accepted as being good. he works with the food guys, he helps people, he doesn't kill. his kids on the other hand? barely a hop skip and a jump away from becoming super villains at any given time.
dick? worked with Deathstroke, former secret agent, court of owls, spyral, much more chill with operating in the moral grey areas.. beat the joker to death, chose murder vengeance st the ripe old age of 8
Jason? the whole red hood thing speaks for itself, plus his history with the league of assassins, and the outlaws. hes more open to the whole 'some people need to die to protect others' thing.
Tim? insane. joker jr, his weird thing with the league of assassins, general crazy borderline supervillain tendencies when left unsupervised for more than a week
cass? angel baby but SCARY AS FUCK!!! THE SKILLS. THE MASK. SCARY
Damian? tiny but very violent and suggestible
Steph? down to clown. insane. will go full send chaos gremlin if left unchecked
The follow up in the comments is sending me 😭
Love when the Justice League thinks Batman is a cryptid. This believe is only further enhanced by the face his sidekick, Robin, is clearly a shapeshifter, what with changing their height, hair style, skin tone, and even gender.
Batman clearly thinks that by having Robin look different every couple of years, it will show that they aren't cryptids like it would if Robin didn't age.
But the Justice League is too smart for that. They figured it out! But they are good friends (colleagues) and won't spill Batman's secret, but they will drop hints to him that they know, to show that they are smarter than he gives them credit for (they aren't.)

When the batkids learn that the league thinks this, they start periodically going to the Watchtower with Bruce, taking turns dressed up as Robin.
The League is surprised as Robin seems to prefer taking the form of a child, perhaps to have villains underestimate them? But they just assume Robin is trying out something new.
The batkids definitely tell eachother about what was said/happened as to further sell the act of Robin being a shapeshifter, because clearly it has to be the same person, Robin knows what happened, so it couldn't of been someone else dressed as Robin.
Attempting to finish supernatural as fast as humanly possible without failing school so I can type the words “Dean/castiel” into the ao3 search bar and finally read the 16 years worth of gay fanfiction I know is on there
|19 y.o – She/Her| I need to practice my english. I chose writing about everything that came to my mind. If you saw a grammatical error, no, you didn't.
