heroes: phoenica, lorelai

vigilantes: ramsey, trixie

civilians: percy, howie, naven

giovanni runs his own organization that he recruited molly into, zora & moot work for bliss ocean, one of the largest villain organization, sylvie and rick are kind of a duo and everyone else runs solo
