Maturing is getting back into the anime you loved in your early teens that you low key stopped watching because everyone was saying it was so bad and because of an arc you weren't massively enjoying (potentially because of the hate towards the show at the time) lead to burnout. But now you feel you can watch it because enough time has passed and you've grown up realising the anime community was toxic and most of the opinions were just regurgitated from some youtubers you didn't give a shit about anyway. ✌️

Having MAIN PROTAGONISTS being a strong and masculine women, a plus size man comfortable with his body image, and a woman of color with an alternative style is so cool.
