ok but the fact that I was literally thinking about this whole thing earlier today- what are you, a mind reader? (I kid I kid)

I do really like the concept of Baiken being somewhere on the ace spectrum, cuz I always appreciate ace headcanons gimmie more of them, but then I was also thinking about how trauma would possibly play a part in her relationships too, and maybe that's another reason why she doesn't really bother with romance all that much. Can't get hurt if you don't get attached, maybe she doesn't see it as something worth her while with revenge at the end of the line, all that stuff.

But I think that with Anji it's interesting, because in essence, he really does love her. Doesn't even have to be in a romantic way, he truly cares about her. He wants to see her prosper and do well for herself, he wants her to live. I don't even think he'd care that much if she didn't want him back, just as long as he can be by her side or at least make sure she's doing alright. I think that kind of love in and of itself is just as valuable too.

Just finished Another Story and Oh My God I wish there was more than 40 minutes of these characters

I've actually had that song in my likes playlist for a while now! I never really considered it before, but I can see the first verse being from Anji's POV now that I think about it. Also the following motif that's prevalent in their relationship, following her no matter what path she takes perhaps.

So you did Delilah as a lamb but what if you did Dizzy as a dragon? Hypothetically

That could work! Might be better than my other option for Dizzy, actually. I was initially gonna go with a spaniel dog cuz I thought the floppy ears could mimic her original pigtails.
