my brain: hey you ever think about how when the operator showed up in their apartment and alex’s IMMEDIATE reaction was “get amy to safety”? like, his top priority was getting her the hell out of there, promising he’d be right behind her?

ever think about that photo of amy that jay and tim found beneath the pillow in the attic where alex had been hiding out? you ever think about how that was probably the one comfort item/the one thing from his old life that alex held on to? how he wouldn’t have just held on to that for no reason? eve think about how much he must have missed her? (incidentally, remember that one video clip you saw months ago where joseph delage said he wants to believe alex DIDN’T kill amy?)

even think about that phone call in the car where alex told amy he was thinking about transferring to her school, partly b/c the film classes there were better, but also/mostly because he didn’t like being far away from her?

ever think about how alex’s first film he wrote was a cheesy romance?

ever think about how good of a boyfriend alex was/tried to be? and then the operator came along and ruined everything?

ok to start off Hey bram enjoyers. you know what i love. bram. and you know what this au has. bram. so here we go

- these three sillies hang out in the saloon every friday evening to just chill with each other and to take a break off of work! every once in a while they decide to play billiards together, and it usually ends with a funny commotion being caused. brians really good at billiards, and is pretty lucky when it comes to it, so he usually ends up giving everyone at the table a reaally smug look once he wins. tim on the other hand, not too great, not very lucky, and has to end up facing brians cheeky smirk when he loses. lastly jay is pretty decent when it comes to billiards! is a little lucky as well, but definitely wouldnt be able to beat bri on a regular basis.

- in cindersap forest bram ever so often goes on little picnic dates by the pond there when the weather is good. if the three of them are in an exploration sorta mood, they usually end up going into the secret woods as well and look at the weird little statue there

- since brian is a blacksmith, he likes to make gifts for the other two! stuff like jewellery, little trinkets, or even weapons sometimes. its cute i think. because imagine brian going up to them being like "i made gifts for both of you :-)" and jay and tim are just expecting it to be some cool matching jewellery but then bri walks back in with two daggers like "look, i made the sheaths look pretty and theyre your favourite colours :D i also carved our names into the hilts!! do you guys like them?"

- adding onto the gift thing, he would totally forge engagement rings for tim and jay and i just think its really Cute. he spends months in the mine looking for the right ores and precious stones to use, and ends up spending more time in his shop than usual making sure hes getting everything just right; trying his best to keep what hes doing a secret from the other two so that itll be a big surprise!! (except. they already know. because bri tends to talk in his sleep a lot and they find it sooo endearing)

- and since the two of them already know what hes up to, they decide to be teases about it. they pop into his shop "by surprise" while hes working on the rings, both of them watching him scramble to hide what hes doing. or once they start looking more ring shaped they tease him by being like "ooh what are you working on? are those rings? who in the town ordered those? :-)" and they just both think that this entire thing is adorable

- but like seriously. the idea of brian making their rings literally turns my heart to mush. going through various levels of the mine to find certain gems and stones. fighting through the ghosts, bats, slimes, etc. before finding what he needed. continuing to keep it all a "secret" until he was finished with the rings and could finally set up this long awaited proposal. sorry for being a huge romance lover but they mean the worrlld to me

- and if he doesnt forge rings and instead gets mermaid pendants. it would all be so funny just to see the three of them meeting up together, one of them proposes, and the other two are like "wait wait waaiit WAIT i had mermaid pendants to give you guys as well?? oh my gosh"
