I feel like if Penny didn’t want to date anyone on Earth she wouldn’t have hesitated before saying male and would have said something like “I just do not wish to date an Earthian”. 

But the fact that she hesitated before she specified male, makes me believe she would want to date an Earth female, specifically Della. 

Penny is totally a lesbian. 

Now I just hope the show makes Penny x Della happen
