Hate to say it but Inumaki/Yuta AU fics where Inumaki can talk completely strip away all the interesting parts of the ship.

Even when it's just a fic where they text a lot somehow it ruins it.

My theory is that because Inumaki's voice isn't developed in the story, writers revert to using their own voice instead.

Also Inumaki's inability to talk DOES make his character more interesting and it IS a very significant part of his life that definitely has had an effect on how he lives and acts so taking that away sort of changes his character.

Take what you will from this... please.
