"Stanley?"
Tik tok edits drove me insane enough to do this.
Inspired by SAD-ist YouTube series, "Clock Out."
i’m still learning anatomy myself so i wouldn’t use this as more than just a general tip but…. I am fascinated by speculative monster anatomy and this is something i discovered years ago and thought i would impart amongst my fellow monster enthusiasts :)
mind you, the second set of pectorals can look kind of funky so i understand aesthetically why people would prefer not to draw them but! if you are someone interested in anatomy, i think this is a thing people dont really think about when giving their OCs wings/extra limbs and i think it’s kind of neat!

oooo is there any lore you can drop about Seiv and the crew?
After doing some more brainstorming, indeed there is!
“Giant Country” is separated from the rest of society by something called The Stepp—a huge tectonic plate boundary that forms a 1,000ft cliff across the entire length of the continent. Giants used to be more wide-spread, but moved atop the cliff as smaller humanoid populations exploded.
Thaddeus is the prince of a human kingdom, but the world also has dwarves, elves, etc. Thad has 2 elves & a dwarf with him (naming them soon.) The relic he’s looking for is known in legend, but most common people doubt it exists. If his family or the giants’ elite find it, war could break out. This is precisely what Thaddeus wants to prevent.
Giant Lore~: Giants tend to live in small towns & only have a few major cities. Food has huge cultural importance, to the point that stealing from someone’s plate is super rude & fancy dinners are a common form of courting. Seiv works at a bakery, but loves cooking most. This bish would absolutely have a cooking tiktok, those artsy ones with just music. He’s always has a soft spot & fascination with smaller people, one he’s learned to keep to himself over the years. Thaddeus is guilty of the inverse. Bonus tidbit: Their mattresses are slightly rounded cuz giants like to make blanket nests <3
Time to show some love and appreciate these heroes.
Seconds after, Narrator fell over. He… doesn’t know how to walk just yet. He made this form because he wants tumblr to love him.
For SOME REASON (*looks pointedly at Agnes Nutter*) this comes up a lot in the Good Omens fandom and I thought it might be useful to have a reference out there for folks who are interested!
(And to be clear: I personally do not think it is a big deal if you don’t get it right, I’m not here for judging anyone’s ability to correctly use pronouns that went out of fashion several centuries ago. But I know people like to know this stuff.)
1. Thou & Thee
The difference here is the same as the difference between I & Me or She & Her - the first one is the subject of the sentence (doing the action) and the second one is the object of the sentence (having the action done to them). So the pattern is:
“I gave her a flaming sword” vs “She gave me a flaming sword.”
“Thou gave me a flaming sword.” vs “I gave thee a flaming sword”
“Thou gave her a flaming sword” vs “She gave thee a flaming sword”
2. Thy & Thine
Similarly, the difference here is the same as between My & Mine and Her & Hers.
“I gave away my flaming sword!”
“Thou gave away thy flaming sword?!” (Greek Chorus: ”She gave away her flaming sword??!”)
“It was mine to give away!”
“And it was also thine to keep…” (Greek Chorus: “And hers to lose, and hers to seek…”)
3. BUT SOMETIMES THE AESTHETIC
You do sometimes use “thine” in places where grammatically it should be “thy”, for the same reason as the most famous example of using “mine” in a place where it should be “my”:
MINE EYES HAVE SEEN THE GLORY OF THE COMING OF THE LORD
– simply because “eyes” starts with a vowel and “my eyes” is slightly more difficult to sing when you’ve got important grape-trampling to be getting on with. So a Mighty Angel Of The Lord who was feeling particularly poetic and hoping to inspire a few songs might appear before some poor goatherder and declare:
“Avert thine eyes oh mortal, lest thy sight be robbed from thee by glory!”
But honestly, just like most modern songs are quite happy using “my eyes”, I personally think if you just stick to the one rule to avoid confusion, it’s also fine:
“Avert thy eyes oh mortal, lest thy sight be– wait where art thou going get back here I’ve got a message to deliver– oh bugger.”
I’ve recently (like 30 mins ago help) seen that Article 13 is a thing and...let’s just say I have concerns.
If Article 13 is put into place as it is right now then loads of YouTubers will loose their jobs. Social media sites (especially Tumblr) could crumble. Fandom content will be deleted and stopped.
I don’t know as much as others do, but I’m looking further into it.
MatPat’s Video explains it better: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GbXHrj8k7dg
Here is a petition to change Article 13: https://www.change.org/p/european-parliament-stop-the-censorship-machinery-save-the-internet

Nothing will change if we don’t do something
Ok. So. We all know this iconic scene right? Cool, I really wanna unpack it a bit tho.
Let start with the way Sam positions himself:
Sam moves himself so that when he catches Bucky he's the one who will likely hit the ground first and take the brunt of the damage/impact. Sam goes out of his way to save the supersoldier with a metal arm and around a century of combat experience. And you can tell that the supersoldier in question didn't fucking expect it.
Bucky looks really fucking confused and slightly on edge when the camera flips to him while Sam's diving at him. I don't want to say that Bucky isn't used to being saved (Im hoping this expression doesn't mean he was expecting to get attacked) but I don't think that Bucky is used to being saved. Not only is he getting rescued, he's being treated as carefully/gently as possible considering the situation. For example, the way Sam grabs him:
HE SUPPORTS HIS HEAD!!!!!! HE FUCKING SUPPORTED HIS HEAD AND NECK!!! HEAT OF THE GODAMN MOMENT AND SAM'S IMMEDIATE INSTINCT IS TO PREVENT AS MANY INJURIES AS POSSIBLE!!! AND NOT EVEN ON HIMSELF HE IS LITTERALY ONLY SUPPORTING BUCKY IN THIS MOMENT BCS HIS WINGS ARE FOLDED IN AS HE FUCKING GRABS HIM!!!! AND THEN THIS:
Sam tucks Bucky's head into his shoulder as they are sliding across the gound infront of a tire the size of a small child that could easily crush them both (also this screenshot was really hard to fucking get cause this shit all happened within the span of a second). Sam keeps Bucky's head tucked through the rest of the time that they're under the truck before they both get catapulted across a field of flowers (top comedy because Im a slut for irony). And in the shot that they come out from under the truck you can see that Sam is still holding Bucky above him and off the ground, still taking the full force of the impact. He even has his fucking legs off the ground:
(It's a fucking hilarious screenshot without context). This is really great cause Bucky is usually used as something of a battering ram or a tool bcs of his inhuman strength and the metal arm, but right now he's the one being protected while Sam uses himself as a shield. This is repayed in the next few shots that show them skidding/rolling (I would say tumbling but it's more violent then that) across the field:
Fellas is it gay to hold you partner/coworker close to your chest as you roll down a hill to evenly distribute the force of the fall? Aside from how not-hetero this one shot is, Sam is now the one with his head tucked in but he still has his arms wrapped tightly around Bucky's torso whereas Bucky has his grip around Sam's shoulders. (idk if yall have ever been put in a situation similar to this but i have, obviously not to this fucking extent, but the person whose arms are around the other's shoulders usually takes more damage as they're shielding the other). Anyways, we all know how they end up:
Sam, now holding onto the straps of Bucky's vest thing, is on the bottom (sexualize that and i'll block you 😘) and still holding him off the ground. I think it's safe to say that Bucky is heavier then Sam but was still man handled into that position for his own good. I wanna revisit my claim of Bucky not being used to getting saved when we look at his expression when he rolls off of Sam:
He looks... idek ig this is what people mean when they say "unreadable expression" because his face is kinda blank but you can also tell he's thinking about something. Im gonna go ahead and assume he's confused because, again, why??? was he treated??? so gently??? (up until he was a smart ass about the shield ofc). Anyways, that's basically it for this post I just wanted to point out some details that were sticking out to me.
I made these as a way to compile all the geographical vocabulary that I thought was useful and interesting for writers. Some descriptors share categories, and some are simplified, but for the most part everything is in its proper place. Not all the words are as useable as others, and some might take tricky wording to pull off, but I hope these prove useful to all you writers out there!

I spent years just lurking on tumblr but recently I’ve been making TSP content so I guess this is a TSP account now?they/void/ink/star/eye(Always feel free to message me or send in an ask <3)
