If there were a bunch of posts about how women are morally obligated to be sleep with butches (a group of which I am a part of, and is often considered unattractive for patriarchal reasons) I would be horrified that people were trying to make others feel guilt about their sex lives supposedly on my behalf. I’d throw a fit.

the “block op they’re a terf” movement was so thorough that now none of the libfems have any idea what radical feminism is about. I just saw a post saying that we enforce rigid gender roles and most of us are white like…not only are there a LOT of radfems of color (including myself), our whole thing is abolishing gender while acknowledging sex based oppression

i got diagnosed with cancer just a few weeks after starting testosterone. after going through the trauma of the diagnosis, surgery and recovery, and finally processing everything that happened to me... i realised i don't want any gender-affirming surgeries, ever. i want to keep all the healthy tissue that i can. if these people could understand what it feels like to have to give up physical parts of you, they would probably change their minds too. it makes you a lot more grateful for what you have, i think.

You shouldn’t have to be trans to get any sex characteristic-related surgery. It’s not a limited resource. Plenty of cis men get implants and cis women get breast reductions. From Colby Gordon today and Leslie Feinberg in Transgender Warriors (1996).

You can disagree with everything I say, but I want you to listen to this one thing.

You're not wrong for being exclusively same-sex attracted.

Before I was gender critical, I thought something was wrong with me because I was only attracted to "afab" individuals. It's okay to not want to interact with a dick. It's okay to not want to interact with a pussy.

No matter what your friends/the internet want you to think, you can actively desire one sex. It's not hateful. It's homosexuality.

Your sexuality doesn't have to be passive. You don't have to close your eyes or pretend that the dick/vagina isn't there. You can actively want only vagina or only dick.

It's not evil. It's not wrong. It's not discrimination. You are not a bigot for not wanting to date/have sex with the opposite sex, no matter what they say.

I honestly hate how I feel the need to say this. But, I think more LG individuals need to hear it.
