reason they don’t have earth and lightning is 1) i am too attached to cole and jay and 2) by the time opal and synthia’s powers were supposed to be realized, the merge happened, which created new elemental powers (the reason and elements are cringe and stupid i know but listen i came up with it on a whim,,)

- was ten when the merge happened; ended up in the crossroads alone; was fourteen when she met arin and sora

- actual besties with lloyd (he’s so relieved to find her post-merge)

- wears cole’s denim jacket all the time

- adds a drop of lava to her coffee

- was named after a brave little girl cole met during a disaster in ninjago city

- resting bitch face just like cole; has piercings almost just like him too

inherited from cole: single fang, ghost scar (on back), hair color, eyebrows, lip, face shape

inherited from jay: hair texture, freckles, eye shape, nose

mix of both: skin color, eye color

personality + traits! stubborn, innovative, foodie, confident

SYNTHIA LIBBER BROOKSTONE:

- master of crystal

- doesn’t really like using her powers bc she blames them for her lack of genuine connections and she just wants to be “normal” (y’all ever heard of rose winters¿)

- the “born from a well” was from an re8 au i made (which is why they were made in the first place lol),, in normal canon she was not born from a well i promise

- ended up in shintaro after the merge; loves their kingdom and way of living; but she doesn’t understand her powers or have much control over them so she avoids the mines

- probably has adhd

- synthia because synth ig idk jay named her

inherited from cole: ghost scar (above her left eye), nose, face shape, eye shape, skin color

inherited from jay: hair texture, eyebrows, two fangs (they are very small though + no venom)

mix of both: hair color, eye color

personality + traits! stubborn, socially inept/naive, lively/peppy, loud, super insecure
