Stinky stinky lad!
In 2003, Wario underwent a design change whereby the sleeves of his shirt were shortened, exposing his forearms. Games starting with Mario Party 5 featured the new, short-sleeved Wario design.
However, the last appearance of Wario's long-sleeved design was not in a finished game, but in a kiosk demo for Mario Kart DS, which was available in 2005. While the finished version of the game featured Wario's short-sleeved design which had at that point been standard for 2 years, the kiosk demo was a last glimpse at the long-sleeved design that was already phased out at that point.
