Art by me! Please don’t trace blah blah thanks sm ☺️
Ps. This piece is also based off of this from an interview! Though I forget which one I’m sorry lol
Hot takes that will probably get me called a bigot on this hellhole
Anyway stop reblogging those pictures of Tom Holland and Zendaya because they were published thanks to an obsessed stan who has spent 3 fucking years trying to prove that their ship is real and now succeeded after stalking them and teaming up with a pap.
Tom and Zendaya didn't fucking "confirm" anything!
They got stalked and had their private lives exposed to the world because someone was THAT obsessed with the idea of two strangers theyve never fucking met being in a relationship and wanted proof to rub in the faces of all those "antis" on the internet.
Fuck IRL shipping. Please don't give this person validation over what they did.
bitches be like "this is my comfort book <3" and it's a book that makes them feel like they're walking through hell handed by satan himself
one of the only good things to come out of quarantine is watching everyone slowly but surely return to their old interests that they were forced to grow out of due to societal pressure and not being ashamed about them anymore
Them: *Get together by chapter 10*
The fic: *Has 20 chapters*
Me: Oh no...
Can you draw Michael, please? I want to see him on your style
I have no idea how I missed just how integral Micheal Afton is to FNAFs deeper story. Talk about missing a candle in a dark room X3
-----
I honestly love the contrast and duality between Micheal and William Afton. They're both set about on the exact same path for the exact opposite reason. One of madness one of mercy. But ultimately incur a similar fate regardless of their driving motivations. Its a somber 'sins of the father' story that is propelled onward by Williams sense of loss and desperation for family, although Micheal has been there all along. Its akin to abandoning all you have for all you've lost- and losing all humanity along the way.
I wonder if these two just -hate- each other. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts in the comments below. After all, it was Micheals actions that sent Afton on his stairway to hell..
I think in the AU where Richie gets taken instead of Bev and ends up in the deadlights, he likely still has to be kissed awake but I put forward this version of how Eddie would do it because I don't think it'd be same as Ben:
I think when the losers find Richie, Eddie has been trying to keep up a brave face since finding out Richie went missing cause he figured that's what Bill would've wanted but after pulling Richie down from where he was floating and seeing his eyes like that without his glasses, he just cracks and just hugs him and begins crying and won't move and the others try to begin coming up with a theory as to how to get him back to normal.
Stan checks his pulse and his breathing and it seems like they exist like he is breathing and has a pulse but they're fading. He calls it a sleep like death and jokes Richie would probably joke that he's a regular sleeping beauty but no one not even Stan laughs about that.
Bill suggests that maybe killing IT will free him cause maybe its a trance, it needs to be alive to actively be keeping him there and the others prepare to look with him and Eddie doesn't budge and he asks if he's gonna come with them but Eddie tells him he can't just leave Richie here like this out in the open, that that was exactly what got Stan killed earlier and what got Richie taken in the first place.
Bill, even though he's willing to let Eddie stay with Richie, isn't so keen on letting him stay there alone in the main room, even if only on the other side of the trash pile of missing kids' belongings, so as they're moving, he asks Stan to go back and stay with Eddie, seeing in his face that Stan is still pretty shaken from his last encounter with it
Stan agrees and also agrees to yell for.help if anything appears to them as he turns to head back, Bill watching him till he's out of sight. Stan walks over and sees Eddie seemingly trying to think of ways to wake Richie up, pleading to shaking to slapping him in the face quite hard and then profusely apologising when that didn't work.
Then he starts mumbling and thinking and Stan a little far away but knows he hears the phrases "sleep like death" "sleeping beauty"
Before Stan has a chance to announce himself, he watched as Eddie leans up quickly and kisses Richie before pulling back and hugging tightly, just repeatedly praying "please work please work please work"
Stan approached and as he does, sees that is beginning to seem less catatonic and is no longer floating at all, and his eyes as going back to normal and tells Eddie to look at him.
At first Eddie looks back at Stan terrified but then does what he said and steps back from him and sees Richie wake up from the deadlights.
Richie is super confused and a little frightened but gets tackled in a hug by Eddie, just crying and cheering about how he's so glad he's not dead.
Stan, who's been in possession of his glasses this whole time, gives them over and welcomes him back to the land of the living
Far after this and the battle when Stan gets some alone time with Eddie, who's been avoiding being strictly alone with him for weeks now, he finally asks why he thought to kiss Richie and why he thought that could work.
Eddie wasn't allowed to watch a lot of Disney movies or read fairytales, his mother didn't like the idea of her son reading books about a future where he left her to go start a life with someone else, so he doesn't remember the plot points of certain stories well.
So he tells Stan that cause he said sleeping beauty and they had to get someone to kiss her awake in the movie, that he thought cause he was the only one with Richie at the time it should probably be him.
"You mean like True Loves Kiss?"
"I thought it was just kiss..."
And in that moment, Stan becomes very aware that Eddie probably didn't know that epithet of the term before doing it and likely didn't want to think about it and was ready to right now either.
So Stan keeps quiet.
Which is why in Chapter 2, he'll need to show up when Eddie gets trapped in the Deadlights trying to save Mike, so that anyone actually knows how to wake him.
GRAN LIBRO. AMÉ TODO. única queja: no era bait. They did in fact both die.

A very self-indulgent idea
This scene hits so hard when you look back on it.
If you think about this scene on a deeper context, it relates to coming out, accepting who you are.
Amity’s confession here emphasizes on the fear and confusion you experience.
Emphasizes on the battle between your own identity and societal/familial expectations.
Emphasizes on how the world sucks, the inequality, and injustice, and reminds you that you’re a minority, How it’s not that easy for you. Like it is for heterosexuals.
There’s all these fearsome consequences and possibilities in your head that’s weighing you down. Weighing you down from accepting yourself.
And then Em says something so simple, something that makes it sound so easy.
“Is it so bad? You weren’t happy before.”
And it hits you. How easy it is.
Under all the fears, expectations and anxieties, it’s happiness that lays.
What you are, what this is, what you want, although foreign to the world, is the source to your happiness.
“Is it so bad?”
No, it’s not. The world makes it bad.
Girls liking girls is not bad. Boys liking boys isn’t bad. Identifying as a different gender isn’t bad. Transitioning between genders isn’t bad.
Different, but not bad.
“It’s not objective”.
“It doesn’t work.”
“Is it really worth it?”
Anything is worth it when it comes to happiness. Anything is worth it when it comes to being able to stop repressing, wearing a facade, and pretending to be someone you’re not just to appeal to societal and familial expectations.
Under the name of happiness, objectiveness is weak.
Under the name of happiness, homophobia is weak.
No amount of hate, objective expectations and societal standards should be able to compete with love and happiness.
And at the end of the day, you know what you want in the future. A basic human need.
Not respect or stability. Not being able to meet up with other’s expectations.
What you want is happiness.
And the first step to that is accepting yourself even with all the fear and confusion.
Why?
Because it makes you happy.
