kacchan realising he doesn’t just think of deku as a rival and a friend. it confuses him, because it’s deku, someone who’s constantly getting under his skin.
it’s nothing like the flowery descriptions he’s always seen and heard of, but he’s not so stupid not to notice that it isn’t normal to suddenly catch yourself with a strong urge to kiss someone who supposedly have platonic feelings for
many people would call him an idiot for not noticing sooner, but the way romance or crushes are normally described just isn’t enough to encompass the gravity of how kacchan feels
it’s hard to notice something that’s been there for a long time
their relationship just isn’t the innocent first love that gives you butterflies. no, the thought of deku doesn’t make him break out into a cold, nervous sweat. it lights him aflame, encourages him to do better than the previous day, to keep those eyes on him
he’s seen the way others behave around the ones they’re attracted to, how they get so tongue tied and flustered, behaving so differently from themselves, and kacchan feels the opposite with deku. with him, kacchan feels the most like himself; in his rawest and most unfiltered form
a lot of what they have is long standing, already established, but deku continues to surprise him. keeps him on his toes, keeps him challenged.
it’s nothing like cherry blossom confessions and puppy love. and because he never had a proper form of comparison, he’s never been able to put a proper word to it.
Hawks and Tokoyami
He’s got a point, to be honest.

I think it’s incredible how seals experience the world.
Many of the deep-diving seals can go blind during their lifetime and live just fine.
Round whiskers flap around in the water and create their own turbulence, but the specific whisker shape they have cancels turbulence, so they can pinpoint trails of turbulence from prey. Other places to see my posts: INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK / ETSY / KICKSTARTER
I don't know why, but I always associated Izuku with a sunflower😅
Izuku: Kacchan, would you still love me if I got a bowl cut?
Bakugou: Deku, I swear to god -
Izuku: TODOROKI SAID HE KNEW HOW TO CUT HAIR
“We have ways of making you-” Villain suddenly cuts off and looks down at the toddler pulling on his cape. “Timmy not right now, daddy’s working.” He whispers, lowering his knife slightly. The boy holds out a piece of paper, his other hand still tightly clenching to Villain’s cape. “Ohh my goodness, did you make this?” He beams down at the boy and ruffles him on the head before handing the paper back. The boy toddles off.“-of making you talk.” Villain resumes, the cold look back in his eyes.

It wasn’t easy, being the only kid in class who still hadn’t gotten their powers. Everyone else your age had already developed theirs the year before or during the school break. But it was nearing the end of term, and you still hadn’t show any signs of your power.
“You’re just a late bloomer”, your parents would console you, though truthfully it never really helped.
Sighing down at your lunch, you push around your food listlessly while listening to the other kids play. Suddenly, there’s a thunderous boom and a loud series of screams, forcing your head to jerk up in fright. You’re just in time to witness the whole side wall of the school, start crashing down towards the terrified kids below, only some managing to use their powers to escape. Apparently, one of the more popular kids in your year, had been showing off his new powers, and lost control. Gasping in horror, you unthinkingly throw out your hands, desperately wishing you had the power to save them.
A strange jolt pulses through your body, and everything just…..stops.
