You know what else is crazy? I probably should've noticed this sooner but anyways...
Monty is probably freaked out by what happened in ch 120, because Will kissed him, died in his arms, and reappeared perfectly fine within like, 5 minutes.
BUT
I think one of the reasons he is most freaked out is maybe because Will was bleeding from his mouth, right? So when they kissed, and when Will's blood got on Monty's face, it also GOT IN HIS MOUTH.
Like, think about it. Monty can TASTE Will's blood from the kiss. And Will is now DEAD. That is his LAST remnant of Will.
THEN WILL SHOWS UP, NOT A SCRATCH ON HIM.
So obviously Monty's questioning everything because he can taste his DEAD friend's blood in his mouth AFTER THEY KISSED, and his friend just SHOWS UP completely HEALTHY.
And we've seen that the clone's blood doesn't melt into wax (at least not yet?) so Monty will just be walking around with Will, TASTING the reminder of Will's DEATH and their KISS.
It's morbidly romantic and i absolutely love it!
(This was meant to be a short post but you know how that goes :P )
Will would lay over Monty's grave like a dog and starve there
helllooo sorry if this is disrespectful somehow but can I ask you some questions since you're on the ace spec? (since im writing a fic lmao, specifically about forming a qpr)
did you ever think you had 'romantic' feelings and if so, what made you realize it wasn't?
and idk if you do but what would you do if you want to be in a qpr?
thank you again!! sorry if this odd,,,, have a nice day!
heya!! no worries lol this is a perfectly alright question to ask
the thing that made me realize it wasnt romantic feelings was weirdly after they were over. after i stopped having a "crush" i felt weirdly disgusted with myself and my feelings my that person in general. and uhh apparently that's not normal. so i did some digging and learned more about being aromantic (i already knew i was ace at this point) and eventually accepted the label
also the disgusted feeling with the person really depends on who it is. i personally can't really revive the relationship after this point but there have been a few cases where i could and it was epic
uhhh i currently have no particular desire to be in a qpr but if i wanted to be in one with another aroace person i would probably just do what people normally do with crushes except with the end goal being platonic. like spending time with the person and getting to know them better. the stuffs
no worries!! i don't mind answering questions and letting people learn about my experiences. good luck with your fic and have a nice day as well!!

Punctuating Dialogue
✧
➸ “This is a sentence.”
➸ “This is a sentence with a dialogue tag at the end,” she said.
➸ “This,” he said, “is a sentence split by a dialogue tag.”
➸ “This is a sentence,” she said. “This is a new sentence. New sentences are capitalized.”
➸ “This is a sentence followed by an action.” He stood. “They are separate sentences because he did not speak by standing.”
➸ She said, “Use a comma to introduce dialogue. The quote is capitalized when the dialogue tag is at the beginning.”
➸ “Use a comma when a dialogue tag follows a quote,” he said.
“Unless there is a question mark?” she asked.
“Or an exclamation point!” he answered. “The dialogue tag still remains uncapitalized because it’s not truly the end of the sentence.”
➸ “Periods and commas should be inside closing quotations.”
➸ “Hey!” she shouted, “Sometimes exclamation points are inside quotations.”
However, if it’s not dialogue exclamation points can also be “outside”!
➸ “Does this apply to question marks too?” he asked.
If it’s not dialogue, can question marks be “outside”? (Yes, they can.)
➸ “This applies to dashes too. Inside quotations dashes typically express—“
“Interruption” — but there are situations dashes may be outside.
➸ “You’ll notice that exclamation marks, question marks, and dashes do not have a comma after them. Ellipses don’t have a comma after them either…” she said.
➸ “My teacher said, ‘Use single quotation marks when quoting within dialogue.’”
➸ “Use paragraph breaks to indicate a new speaker,” he said.
“The readers will know it’s someone else speaking.”
➸ “If it’s the same speaker but different paragraph, keep the closing quotation off.
“This shows it’s the same character continuing to speak.”
