hey remember this post? well i got so attatched and impatient that i wrote over 1k words for a pilot type chapter for it <3

Techno Blade-Minecraft would call himself smart. He got good grades without trying, learned second, then third languages with ease, read textbooks for fun, etcetera etcetera. Wisdom without experience was a rare thing to possess, especially in a high school senior but techno had it tight in his grasp, easily making him a ‘Model Student’. He understood he got unneeded attention from that, which sucked, but it was an easy trade-off to be the automatic teacher’s favourite.

But Techno was a man of wisdom, not a man of sense. So naturally, he remembered a fact about baby birds he learnt when he was six years old:

‘Classical “imprinting”, as seen with for example, ducks or geese, means that the animal’s instinctive programming says “the first big animal you see after hatching is your mom, follow them and look to her for food, warmth, love and learning’

Actually, Techno decided he was the man of Most Sense because at that very moment, the tallest, yet somehow weakest looking freshmen he’d ever seen was being cornered by a group of hefty looking seniors.

And the baby bird, with its innocent, scared eyes was looking right at him.

A List of Things Jackie Has Definitely Done in the Superhero AU 

-Literally thrown someone (usually Henrik) out of the way of danger, more than once.

-Forgot he was still wearing his mask after changing back into his normal clothes and played it off as cosplay or something

-Gotten stuck on a high place for a while because uh oh, fear of heights

-Called Anti quite a few creative insults that would leave Chase wheezing and Henrik face-palming 

-Scared the shit out of Henrik by just casually dropping into his office. Literally. As in he came in through the office window instead of going to the door because it’s easier. 

-Accidentally broke something by hitting it too hard

-Jumped a solid 3 feet in the air after getting jump scared by something and almost broke the ceiling

-Given everyone nicknames. Everyone. Even Anti has nicknames and they’re all ridiculous.

-*Gets hurt by Anti* “Rude.”

-Got so excited about something he literally started vibrating and glowing a little

-Verbally key-smashed

-Yelled “yeet” while throwing something at a villain probably Anti

-Quietly hummed the Mission Impossible theme to himself while sneaking around somewhere 

In conclusion, Jackie’s a dork and I love him. Happy birthday buddy. 

“Where am I?” asks the newest ego, standing on unsteady legs. He’d dropped into the void only moments ago.

“We’re in the void,” Dark tells him. He smiles, all teeth and malice. “For now.”

“What am I?” the new ego asks. He stretches, the outlines of his physical form still hazy and blurred. His eyes, or rather, what will eventually solidify into his eyes, search the void for any scrap of reason. He’ll learn soon enough that there is none. Not here.

“You’re whatever you want to be,” Anti laughs. He glitches, ever so slightly, and places a hand on the new ego’s shoulder. It’s not comforting. It’s not meant to be.

“We’ll help you figure it out,” Dark says. His voice reverberates and his aura flexes, filling the infinite space of the void with as much ringing static as it can. The offer of help does not come from a place of compassion.

The thing that will eventually begin to look like Ethan shivers, but grins all the same.

No matter what happens with Tommy, if Dream brings him back or if he becomes a ghost or what, no matter how this goes down, Tommy’s definitely dead at the moment.

Which means he’s with Wilbur.
