For safe keeping
A game that is marketed as your standard fishing game and for the first 20 minutes or so you catch normal fish like bluegill and bass and what have you. But the further you go into the lake you start to catch fish with mutations and it gets more and more intense until you’re pulling in Eldritch horror monsters and sometimes severed human limbs. You realize you don’t recall how you got to this lake in the first place and the objective becomes to find your way back to shore. You have no real weapons but you can throw the creatures you’ve caught far away from the boat as a means to distract whatever is underneath you, bumping into the boat sometimes. Additional items for the game.
A fishing pole with a radar that starts out with just beeps but later includes noises with hidden messages.
A GPS that displays texts and story elements.
You meet other boaters, all from various backgrounds, countries, and time periods. Some are friendly, others want to sacrifice you to the lake monsters.
You can also take the route of sacrificing others to the lake monster.
Or you can assemble a party and work to keep them safe.
The more fucked up looking the fish you catch, the closer you’re getting to a boss fight, which is usually running from something you can only see part of in the water.
????
And that’s my game idea.
Salt. Just salt.
i don’t have a brain actually. my head is just filled with lots and lots of dried flowers

“I just want to be remembered as a good guy, because it’s what’s most important.” - Cameron Boyce Rest in peace, Cameron.
As a side note, you build credit through other means besides a credit card.
If you choose to go to college, and you take out student loans, paying those back on time monthly will attribute to your credit score.
Almost anything that can be tracked in that way will contribute to it.
If you pay rent, even if it's with multiple people, make sure your name is on the lease- this will count towards the number as well.
Doesn't have to be a card, if you're not ready for it!
I think I left the teller at the bank genuinely disturbed when I told him that “If I can’t afford it, I just don’t buy it.” “What about a car? Do you drive a car?” he inquired, his voice toning on the edge of fear. I told him, “Yeah, I have a vehicle. I bought it used for under $3,000.” He looked physically pained. “What about if you want to buy some kind of new appliance? Or furniture?” he persisted. I stared at him blankly. “My couch was $5.00 at Goodwill. Like…I just buy shit cheap or I don’t buy it at all. The only thing in my life that I make payments on is my house, my bills, and my insurance, and that’s split five ways because I have housemates.” The young man looked horrified? Appalled? And somehow also awed? This guy couldn’t have been much older than me. But it seemed that he’d never even considered the option before of saving up for something to purchase it outright instead of using a credit card. Am I the only person in my general age group (just turned 26) who’s never owned a credit card, and who has forgone basic comforts in order to save up for items so you don’t owe money to anyone, like, ever?
She is amazingly. 🐍

Iroh: Pride is not the opposite of shame, but its source. True humility is the only antidote to shame.
Iroh: There is nothing wrong with a life of peace and propserity. I suggest you think about what it is you want from your life, and why.
Iroh: While it’s always best to belive in one’s self, a little help from others can be a great blessing!
Iroh: You must never give in to despair. Allow yourself to slip down that road and you surrender to your lowest instincts. In the darkest times, hope is something you give yourself. That is the meaning of inner strength.
Iroh: It is important to draw wisdom from many places. If you tale it from only one place, it becomes rigid and stale.
Iroh: Protection and power are overrated. I think you are very wise to choose happiness and love.
Iroh: Sometimes life is like this tunnel. You can’t always see the light at the end of the tunnel, but if you keep moving, you will come to a better place.
Iroh: There is nothing wrong with letting the people who love you help you. Not that I love you, I just met you!
Iroh: Sharing tea with a fascinating stranger is one of life’s true delights!
Iroh: Are you so busy fighting you cannot see your own ship has set sail? (hehe)
Iroh: With a poor stance you are unbalanced and can be easily knocked over. With a solid stance you are a much more serious threat!
Iroh: Is it your own destiny, or is it a destiny someone else has tried to force on you?
Iroh: It’s time for you to look inward and begin asking yourself the big questions: Who are you? and What do you want?
Iroh: Now you’ve come to the crossroads of your destiny. It’s time for you to choose. It’s time for you to choose good.
Iroh: I was never angry with you. I was sad, because I was afraid you’d lost your way.
Iroh: Life happens wherever you are, whether you make it or not.
Iroh: Leaves from the vine, falling so slow, like fragile, tiny shells, drifting in the foam. Little soldier boy, come marching home. Brave soldier boy, comes marching home.
Lion Turtle: The true mind can weather all lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can tough the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginningless time, darkness thrives in the world, but always yields to purifying light.
Lion Turtle: To bend another’s energy, your own spirit must be unbendable… or else you will be corrupted and destroyed.
Avatar Roku: Some frienships are so strong, they can even transcend lifetimes.
Avatar Roku: When love is real, it finds a way.
Aang: It’s easy to do nothing, it’s hard to forgive.
Aang: The past can be a great teacher.
Aang: When we hit our lowest point, we are open to the greatest change.
Aang: What?! I’m saying I’d rather kiss you than die! That’s a compliment! :/
Aang: If anything, their story proves anyone is capable of great good and great evil. Everyone, even the Fire Lord and the Fire Nation, have to be treated like they’re worth giving a chance.
Aang: Baby, you’re my forever girl. ;)
Avatar State Aang: FIRE LORD OZAI, YOU AND YOUR FOREFATHERS HAVE DEVASTATED THE BALANCE OF THIS WORLD. AND NOW, YOU SHALL PAY THE ULTIMATE PRICE!
Alternatively
Aang: No, Firelord Ozai, you’re not wearing any pants! >:(
Katara: But now you’re not letting yourself feel anything. I know sometimes it hurts more to hope and it hurts more to care. But you have to promise me that you won’t stop caring.
Katara: Yes, they have taken away your ability to bend, but they can’t take away your courage and it is your courage they should truly fear! Because it runs deeper than any mine you’ve been forced to dig, any ocean that keeps you far from home. It is the strength of your hearts that make you who you are, hearts that will remain unbroken when all rock and stone has eroded away. The time to fight back is now!
Guru Pathik: You must learn to let go.
Guru Pathik: The greatest illusion of this world is the illusion of separation.
Alternatively
Huu: Pants are an illusion, and so is death.
Huu: You think you’re any different from me, or your friends, or this tree? If you listen hard enough, you can hear every living thing breathing together. You can feel everything growing. We are all living together, even if most folks don’t act like it. We all have the same roots, and we are all branches of the same tree.
Zuko: I know now that no one can give you your honour. It’s something you earn for yourself by doing what is right.
Zuko: Sometimes clouds have two sides, a dark and light, and a silver lining in between. It’s like a silver sandwich! So when life seems hard, take a bite out of the silver sandwich!
Zuko: You must look within yourself, to save yourself from your other self. Only then, your true self will reveal itself. :’)
Sifu Pakku: With fierce determination, passion, and hard work, you can accomplish anything.
Bumi: You need to find someone who waits and listens before striking.
Smellerbee: As long as I’m confident with who I am, it doesn’t matter what other people think.
Cave of Lovers Inscription: Love is brightest in the dark
Reason why, based on past and current experiences, I would be the worst main character in a horror movie:
1. One time I was babysitting my siblings and I heard a loud thump so I went up to check on my five year old brother and he was sitting in the middle of his floor. I asked what he was doing and he said “It’ll all be over soon.” so I kissed his head and said goodnight and left.
2. When I was thirteen my door fell off it’s hinges while I was reading in my bed and I found screws and fixed it and never told anyone or thought about it again.
3. I woke up in my backyard with a bible on my chest, brushed myself off, and went and ate some cereal.
4. My sister woke me up terrified and brought me to my older sister who was banging her head on a wall while asleep, I walked her to bed and tucked her in, and none of us said anything about it again.
5. My grandma told me our house was haunted and I said “they seem to be pretty quiet ghosts then.” Right as a cup fell off the counter without anyone near it, I said “that was petty.” And asked my grandma if she wanted to play cards.
6. The heirloom doll that sits in a box under my bed randomly showed up in my windowsill. I figured it was a better spot anyway and left it. It never moved again.
7. I planted some seeds from a box I found in the garage, and the next day all our plants died so I dug them up and put them back, and everything went back to normal.
8. I moved from a room upstairs to one downstairs and my things kept getting thrown into the hall when I wasn’t home, so I stood in the middle of the room and said, “I’m here now. Deal with it.” My stuff never got thrown out after that.
9. My dad told me he’d been hearing strange noises in the living room at night so I moved the bird cage in there and my dad said it stopped that night.
10. I watched a bunch of my books fall off my shelves so I picked up all the fallen ones and gave them to my grandpa and that was the end of it.
i’m up at 1 am thinking about the fact that 1) andi and Jonah never looked back at one another, 2) Buffy and Marty never looked back at one another, but who has looked back at one another? who is the only pairing on the show that has looked back at one another?
3) tj and cyrus
a testament to what will be a long and happy relationship for years to come !
