He owns you.

That moment when your mind goes empty. You feel, you know, that your control is dripping out of you as you submit once again to him. And feels so fucking good.

He owns you. That is clear. When he talks, when he turns his Master mode on there is nothing you can do. In one moment you can be chatting as two normal bros. But then you see it in his eyes. You notice on his voice. Something has changed. He wants to own you NOW.

You start stutter, you forget what you were saying. You just stare at his eyes. Until in a natural way you put your head down waiting for him to do... whatever he wants. He is your Master. And then here it comes the touch. His hands on you. That touch that you were missing so much. Your muscles tense when he touches you. Your breathing goes deeper and slower but your heart goes at 100 miles per hour. Your brain shuts off and all your animal instincts wake up. You are a beast now. A tamed beast. A muscle beast with an owner that doesn't need chains anymore to control you. He owns your body. He owns your mind. And feels so fucking right.

Day 7 of a real Extreme Jocktoy Week

Day 7. Seven days using the same jock. Seven day wearing a chain and a lock around my neck. 7 days becoming a muscled jock, a Jocktoy.

I feel stronger after this 7 days. Physically and mentally. I have pushed harder than ever at the gym. I increased the weights in every single workout. My clothe is tighter. And now I think I can achieve anything I want. I don’t care what people think and I feel proud to be who I am.

Today I went to the gym early in the morning. Before leave the house I grabbed a T-shirt and I cut it with some scissors. I’m improving my jock look. And it fit me. Was Shoulder day.

*Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press x 4 8-10

*Side Lateral Dumbbell Raises x 4 10-12 reps

*Standing Cable Face Pulls x 4 10-12 reps

*Standing Military Press x 4 8-10

*Dumbbell Arnold Press x 4 8-10

*Seated Dumbbell Rear Deltoid Raise x 4 10-12

*Dumbbell Shrugs x 4 15-20

Nothing like a good shoulder workout to make you feel wider and bigger.

At home I worked just wearing my chain and jock. But my mind was not 100% at work. I spend every 5 minutes looking at the window looking for the UPS truck. Last Friday I bought my first Pump! jock and today it supposed to arrive... finally did!

Now I’m waiting for my Sir to comeback and give me permission to put it on. I can’t wait.

Round 3 60 pushups 60 situps 35 squat with 35 kg 25 pull ups

Round 4 80 push ups 80 sit ups 30 squat with 30 kg 25 pull ups Round 5 100 push ups 100 sit ups 20 squat with 50 kg 30 pull ups Rest between round 2 min max  If you can finish the forced workout you have a punishment, after 15 minutes of rest:

250 Sit ups no stop 250 push ups with 2 stop it’s too hard for you?

Pack’s Friday Challange

What is a pack of alpha jocks without a good challenge between them?

Now is becoming a tradition in our Pack have #FridayChallange and this last Friday was brutal.

Squats. 24 hrs to see who can make more squats thru the day. At the street, at the office, at home, public bathrooms and parking lots.

There is no doubt that the Pack is getting stronger and more competitive. Trash talk, teasing each other and cocky attitudes. Jocks being jocks.

@brounderconstruction Daniel had an early and impressive start rising the bar high. But one by one the jocks start waking up and doing their part. Fran, @becumbigdumbjockboi Colt, @primalenergy1 AJ and myself joined the race doing at least one more than the other competitor. Then, @mummifymenow Tim came and quickly proclame to be a strong competitor. Even the newbies did their part showing that they deserve to be part of the Pack.

The whole morning the number where stacked, but real battle is at night, when we are running out of time.

The final sprint was between Colty and Tim. They fought as beasts burning their legs and ass. But the end, Tim was the champion of the challenge with 1550 squats... for this week.

I have never thought that I would be available to do so many squats myself, but when you have a Pack of alpha jocks pushing you, encouraging you, chalking you... believing in you, you do more, and you become stronger and better.

I’m in a journey, but my journey is also somebody else’s journey. We are a Pack. We are a fucking unstoppable muscled jocks pack!

Day 6 of a real Extreme Jocktoy Week

Sunday. I never workout in Sunday’s. Is my rest day. But this is Extreme Jocktoy Week so there is not rest day. First I did some fixings at home. Wearing just my jock and chain. I felt like Tarzan, Conan, or just a primal man that relay in his body and muscles to fix problems.

Later I started my hour of edging. This time I did it in front of a mirror. I flex. I grunted. I show off my muscles to myself. I punched my chest like a gorilla and I even licked my biceps. All this while I sniffed my jock. But I Did Not Cum.

With all that energy I was ready to go to the gym. Being challenged for a member of the pack, I did chest and biceps.

Chest

*Incline Dumbbell Press x 4 8-10 reps

*Incline Barbell Press x 4 6-8 reps

*Incline Dumbbell Flies x 4 8-10 reps

*Flat Barbell Press x 4 6-8 reps

*Flat Dumbbell Flies x 4 8-10 reps

Bicep

*Seated Alternating Curls x 3 8-10 reps

*Wide Grip EZ Curls x 3 8-10 reps

*Hammer Curls x 3 8-10 reps

*Curl DBs up alternatively, across body x 3 8-10

At the locker room, after my shower, I got dress and I put my chain on. Some guys saw me do it. It was amazing when I looked them at their eyes and they looked down in silence.

The rest of the afternoon I spend it feeding my body, drinking protein shakes and resting on my bed watching TV. Tomorrow is Monday. Back to work, but my jock and chain stay on me. I’m a beast. I’m a muscled Jocktoy
