Shrine lit a candle and prayed for someone memory is bad so i took these pictures to remember this place by a nun said i could so it is okay so much comfort in places like these

remember you are the only one that can see into your own inner mind the things you make you should make for yourself to enjoy as you are the only one that can make something completely appeal to yourself and it may even help others to feel seen and comforted through the work you put out to bring comfort to yourself

i always find these things so interesting deeply resonate with this

it's so interesting i remember once i visited my grandmothers house in arizona when i was very young in her basement she had something that kind of resembled this i asked her about it and she said dont bring stuff like that into my home now i say theres nothing down there i know that and yelled at me in italian and kept calling me a witch i had no idea what that meant and i was obviously very scared being that of a child that night i had a dream of the thing in her basement crawling its way into the room and climbing up the dresser and watching me sleep and i remeber being so scared when i awoke i went to my grandmas room with my sister and we slept in her bed and she slept in ours and it never happened again and i never went back down there and i still dont know what that was i asked her about that night briefly again a year ago when i visted her in west virginia and she started spouting something in italian and shoeing me away she wouldnt answer maybe all grandparents secretly have things like this in their home but its taboo to talk about i really cant think of any reason otherwise i know the thing wasnt friendly tho and i never saw it again after that
