meet cute, meet god
We think about how depressed Wambus would be if Triffany dies at the end of the game, but what if it's the other way around?
What if growing a garden as a memorial to Wmabus isn't enough for her? She never really realized how lonely Wambus seemed without her until she got a good look at the Cactus. Wambus always seemed embarrassed of it to her, and now that he's gone she takes care of it a lot more than she thought she would. But it eventually dawns on her the idea of it. He was too stubborn to apologize, so he made a cactus version of her to replace her...! No, that's not right... it's not in his nature to do that. Maybe he was afraid to tell her how sorry he was, embarrassed of the idea that she was right and he wasn't. But despite their shambles of a relationship, he still loved her.
But she spent all that time of him showing her his love out in the desert, looking far and wide, above and underground for something that deep dark she knew she wouldn't find. She loved him too, she didn't know why for so long she didn't show it. She didn't know why she put herself above him, she didn't understand why she was so invested in the past that she didn't look at the future. The future she could've had with Wambus.
Now all that she has of his is this stupid cactus, a constant reminder of what she lost, and why she's trying to do what he did best. The idea of him thinking he failed her, when in reality it felt like she failed him. Triffany couldn't handle it, the thought of never getting to say goodbye to the one she loved the most, the idea of waking up everyday to an empty spot next to her till she's bones... bones that someone like her will find soon. In time...
But in time she'll be with him again. Thats what she hoped, atleast.

Just fucking lie about the previous poster

My newly arrived hyperfixation on Welcome Home inspired me to create this
i fucking love beffica and I'm tired of the hate she gets. 'She's a bad person' 'She's mean to filbo' 'She sucks'. She's a bad person yes, she's horrible to filbo. But that doesn't mean she's pure evil, that doesn't mean she's not an interesting character with her own feelings and emotions. She's a complex grumpus that proves throughout the game she has emotions, she's a lot sweeter than we presumably believe. Beffica is more than some mean girl, she's a character with a past. She's obviously went through something that makes her so insecure to the point where she's got to push grumps away because of her fear of being too close to someone. She has to learn the secrets of grumpuses so she doesn't get hurt first. She's aggressive to the grumps around her because she's afraid of being hurt again. Her aggression, her negativity and snoopiness is from her insecurities, from her past experiences with others who have probably used and hurt her. She's a beautiful character, and she has so much potential to the point where it physically hurts. I loved seeing her throughout the game, seeing her grow and being able to understand her. How she feels and thinks.
This is a beffica appreciation post. Because she deserves the world 💕💕💕 She deserves sm more than the fandom has given her. They treat her horribly, and ik she was shitty to filbo but idgaf. Honestly.
