The villain stumbled back, as the hero pushed him against the wall. His hands on the villain’s waist, their lips on each other. The villain held the hero by his face, deepening their kiss.
Not long after, they pulled back. “You’re such a good kisser, you know that?” The villain panted, his chest heaved up and down.
The hero chuckled, a low sound from his throat. “I learned from the best.” He winked. He let go of his hold on the villain’s waist, and turned around. The villain followed through, back hugging the hero.
“You know, you were here to battle me to death, not chase after my lips.” The villain whispered in the hero’s ears. The hero raised an eyebrow, and turned around.
"Well, you asked for it." The hero returned, smiling faintly. "And, anyway, I'm not on duty right now. No obligations." The villain pulled him close for another kiss. He knew, in his heart, he won't get to do this for too long. Someday, they'll be separated like the sun and the moon.

“Let me get your favorite pjs, and then we can nod off, yeah?” The villain whispered, as the hero moved closer to him in the wide bed they were lying on. He smiled a bit before, getting rolling out of the soft sheets carefully. Making sure to not disturb the hero in the process.
The villain came back in less than 3 minutes with the said pjs and nudged the hero’s cheek a bit to let him know he was going to change him. The hero draped himself on the villain, tired. He looked just like a little baby, the villain thought.
Soon, the hero was in his favorite pair of pjs, and the villain put him on the mattress softly with a hand wrapped around his head. The hero let out a small ‘I love you’, as he fell back to slumber. The villain gave him a cheek, muttering back “I love you too”.

OMG THERE WERE SO MANY ERRORS IM SORRY IM NEVER USING GRAMMARLY AGAIN

The villain swore they could smell the hero's very prominent cologne in the dark office, and they had to resist the urge and not take every little thing away with them.
But no, they were on a mission. And they needed to focus, or else the supervillain would-
"You're the recruit, aren't you?" Someone spoke up, the voice was deep and smooth. They sounded amused.
The vilian froze, in the process of sniffing the hero's coat that hung on the chair behind their desk. They look up, alerted. And take out their gun. The person walked closer, and their face glowed under the moonlight. The village's eyes widened when they saw who it was.
The hero grinned. "Relax. I'm in no mood to fight."
The vilian's heart beat wildly in their chest. They didn't lower the gun, scared and in awe at the same time. The hero was even more good-looking in person as if that was possible. They gulped, and when the hero didn't come closer, they lowered the gun slowly.
The hero's grin only broadened. "Care to tell me why you were sniffing around my coat?" The villain's face immediately went scarlet, their heart dropping in their stomach. '
"Uhh…" They started. "I was searching…for potential information about your- next mission?" They really hadn't meant for it to come out as a question, but it did anyway and they cursed under their breath.
"And what is this crucial information you would find in there?" The hero played along, cocking their head to the side.
The villain opened their mouth and closed it, not sure how to tell the hero they were…curious. Well, curious is putting it lightly, they were obsessed, really. "Good question." They said, a second later.
The hero looked more entertained by the minute. They took a few more steps that brought them right in front of the villain, meeting their eyes. The hero's eyes were gray, like the moon, and glowing with mirth.
The cvilian checked out the hero before they could stop themself, their mouth drying at the sight.
The hero chuckled, "You're terrible at keeping a blank face. A really bad quality for a civilian if I say so myself."
Okay. That's it. Everything they had read about the hero was wrong. The hero wasn't stoic and ruthless as listed in their 'bio', they were something worse: flirty and dangerously good-looking.
“You know you really shouldn’t have fallen in love, especially with a hero.” The hero said, pressing the dagger deeper into the villain’s stomach, attaching their foreheads, with a sad smile and tears running down their face.
The villain let out a shaky breath. “Forgive me for loving you, then.” They said, before collapsing on the ground as the hero let go of them. They gave the hero a trembling smile as their eyes closed. Forever.

"You've changed." The hero said, carefully. It had been years since they last saw the villain. They had disappeared after their last fight without a trace. The hero, despite themself, had tried to track them down, find out about their whereabouts. But, in the end, they had come up with nothing. It was like the villain never existed.
The villain chuckled. "Yes, I have better ways to annoy you now." The hero's brows knitted together.
"You're no longer causing trouble." The hero continues, ignoring the villain's comment.
The villain glanced away, their expression turning serious.
"Why?" The hero asks, taking a tentative step forward.
"I got bored. Besides, it's not fun anymore. We fight, one of us wins, we fight again. The whole routine." They gesture in the air dismissively.
The hero didn't quite believe them. "You got bored of fighting?" They asked, a little in disbelief. The villain loved to fight, they loved the thrill. Both of them did. So, it didn't make sense when they said it wasn't fun anymore.
"Yes, hero." The villain responded, staring into their eyes.
"I don't believe you."
"It's the truth."
"Then look me in the eyes when you say it."
The villain clenched their jaw, tensing up. The hero knew them so well. But they couldn't just tell them that it was because of the hero, that the hero had somewhere along the way convinced the villain that there was more to life than fighting and empty battles. That they could let go of the hatred and not resist life anymore.
The hero took a step closer, filling the gap between them. "Villain." They whispered.
The villain gulped, their eyes flickering with uncertainty. "What?"
"You can say it." The hero coaxed, their voice quiet, expression gentle.
The villain didn't want to. They wanted to resist, hold on to the last bit of what they were before the hero entered their life. However, it was all in vain. "Fine. It's because of you."
The hero smiled faintly, their fingers intertwining with the villain's. "I'm glad you're back."
“I wonder how you always manage to smile in front of the world.” The villain stated, his eyes grim.
“I wonder how the world doesn’t see the grimace behind it.” The hero said, his voice small. And, perhaps, tired.

"Oh, shit. Is that a hickey on your neck?" The villain asked, eyes narrowing. He stepped closer, to take a more keen look. The hero blushed and nodded. The villain's eyes went wide, "Who-who gave you that?"
"You." The hero replied, his eyes filling with sadness. He took a deep breath. The villain's memory had gotten worse since the day he found out that the other had Alzheimer's. The doctors were hopeless because the villain was on stage 4 of the disease.
‘It can’t be helped anymore than the treatment that we have him on’, They had said. The hero had gotten mad, how could they lose hope when his villain was still this young? Couldn’t they do something about it rather than shaking their heads with pity plastered on their damn faces? The hero wanted to lash out, but, he couldn’t. He wouldn’t, not with the villain by his side, looking gloom.
"Me?" The villain frowned, and continued shortly, "But we haven't met since two days ago." The hero went close to him, his steps heavy and filled with anxiety. He raised his hand, and brought it to the villain's cheek. “My condition’s getting worse, isn’t it?” The villain murmured again, concern lacing his eyes. The hero shook his head.
“No, no. You’re right. We met two days ago, that’s when you gave me the hickey.” The hero whispered, kissing the villain. The villain kissed him back with tenderness. The hero broke the kiss, and saw the villain’s beautiful face now stained with too bitter of tears.

The hero back-hugged the villain, and sighed. “How are you always so warm?” They said, and nuzzled their face in the villain’s neck.
“Because your love radiates like the sun on me.” The villain replied, grinning from ear to ear. The hero blushed and kissed them.
"You know, your dad used to call me da-"
"Dumb. I used to call him dumb because he always got himself in trouble." The hero cut off the villain, glaring at him. "He's 17, for Christ's sake."
The seventeen-year-old in question just narrowed his eyes at them, secretly knowing what the villain was going to say before his dad interrupted.

If the hero was angry previously, they were furious now. They had gotten to the place where the villain had planned to fight them, on a rooftop of some burned looking building. It wasn’t what the villain went for usually, because in their opinion, it was more “fun” to damage the skyscrapers. But that’s not the reason the hero is mad. They are mad because the villain still hasn’t arrived. It has been two hours, almost three in less than 15 minutes. Honestly, where were they?!
They gazed at the empty sky that was darkening by the passing seconds. They were about to get off the floor, and leave, when they heard footsteps behind them. They stopped, their expression hardening as they frowned determinedly. They were going to make sure the villain knew that they didn’t have all day for them. They turned around, and their frowned fell just as quickly as it appeared as they saw the villain.
The villain was in no condition to fight, in fact, they looked like they might pass out the next minute. The hero’s eyes faltered and they quickly went to the villain’s side. The villain grimaced, their right hand clutching their left arm. They were breathing heavily, and the hero swore they could hear their heartbeat. Their eyebrows knitted in concern and confusion. “What happened?” They asked, willing the villain to sit down slowly. The villain winced at the uncomfortable movement, and sat down.
The villain could barely make out the words, as they whispered it: "Your fellow hero friends took the liberty of hunting me down, and beating me to death." They mumbled, the left side of their lip a little bruised, and pinkish red.
The hero's eyebrows pinched together in concentration. “Why didn’t you fight back?-” The hero started, tracing circles on the villain’s back in a gentle motion. The villain glared in response, their eyes like burning out fire, barely there, but the hero could see it. They flinched.
“Because I thought you’d come. I tried to fight back, I tried. But, then I couldn’t. And I waited and waited for you but you never came to save me.”
“I didn’t know.” The hero replied, now frowning in somewhat of a fury of their own. How could the villain blame them? They had done nothing wrong, they didn’t even know the villain was being tortured by those heroes.
“That’s not the point! You knew where my hideout was, you could have! Besides, how did the other heroes find me? Only you knew of my location…oh my god, please don’t tell me you gave them my location.” The villain’s furious face was now turning into one of a sad and terrified. The realization that the hero could have betrayed them makes them want to die right then and there. Of course, it was an assumption, but that made it all the worse. The fact that they could even think as far as that.
The hero’s eyes widened in disbelief that the villain could ever think of such a thing of them. They would never do that. “I would never. Why would I do that? I didn’t do it. I promise.” They said, softly.
The villain swallowed, and looked down. This was all getting to their head right now. The injuries, the wounds, the pain. “I’m sorry. I don’t know what I was thinking…of course you wouldn’t.” They said, meeting the villain’s eyes again, but this time with more calmness and understanding.
The hero nodded slowly, even though the villain could trace hints of sadness in their eyes at the assumption the villain made. The villain gently cradled the hero’s cheek. “I’m so sorry.” They whispered again. The hero nodded, smiling slightly.
“Let’s get your injuries treated.” They said, and lifted the villain up in their arms.

When the villain woke up, they did not expect to find themselves tied to a bed, their hands and legs binded. Their eyes shot out of their sockets, eyebrows frowning, as their hands twitched by their side to be let free. Panic. They could make out a patient gown that they were wearing for reasons unknown.
They struggled against the heavy metal chain that somehow seemed to wait more by the passing second. However, it wasn’t long before footsteps could be faintly heard coming towards them. Realization.
They held their breath, frozen, and their head throbbed in response. The hero. It was the hero, with a grin well too ingrained in the villain’s head, it was impossible to erase it.
They clenched their jaw at the sight of smiling teeth, and snatched at the chains again which in response tightened, and they let out a scream.
The hero shook their head with a sigh. “Don’t. Don’t try to be free of them, they’ll only strengthen in result.” They said.
The villain stayed silent for a moment, after stopping the fumbling around. They breathed heavily, looking at the hero. “Let me go.” They said, weakly, however the hero could detect the underline of threat they were trying to seep into their words. It didn’t work.
“No. I’m having way too much fun seeing you like this. Finally under my control.” The hero mused, smirking slightly.
“Let. Me. Go.” The villain repeated themself, clenching their jaw which increased the hammering of the headache.
The hero simply sighed again, as if in disappointment. They lightly treaded the ground until they were in front of the villain. “How about you stay still and wait until the scientists come, mhmm? They should be here any moment.”
The villain’s heart raced further, fear and confusion and anger filled their eyes, and they couldn’t help but grab at the chains again in order to espace. “What do you mean?” They asked, voice high but at the same time so afraid. And if it were anyone other than the hero, they wouldn’t have detected it. The hero did, however. And they took great pleasure in it.
“They’re going to experiment on you a little. See what goes in that little head of yours.” The hero smiled, delighted.
The villain’s anger only grew, and they tried to wrestle the chains again. It didn’t help, only made them cry out in sheer pain. They threw curses at the hero. Threats, promises to destroy the hero and the city, but it wasn’t enough. The hero had left by the time the villain was too tired to fight. And they had drifted off to sleep, more like fainted of dizziness.
The drugs did work, the hero pondered, walking out of the room.
