Prompt #38

CW: implied sexual content

“You can’t top me.” The villain said, frowning.

“Yeah, I can.” The hero spoke back.

“No, you can’t-,” The villain insisted, getting impatient.

“I can.” The hero narrowed his eyes challengingly.

The sidekick looked between them, confused. “Can you not talk about your sexual intercourse positions in front of me? Goodness!”

The hero raised his eyebrows, cracking up. The villain laughed as well, turning a bit red. He shook his head, “We’re talking about who will score the most highest in the game we play every night.”

The sidekick stood there, staring in shock.

“And anyway, we all know who tops.” The hero winked at the villain, and the villain turned full on shade of crimson. He glared at the hero, but the hero just gave an innocent smile.

Prompt #78

@writingpromptsworld

“So…you lost the bet.” The villain mused, smirking what seemed to be tremendous amount of satisfaction.

The hero frowned. They didn’t even know what the villain was talking about. “What bet?” They asked.

“The bet that said that neither of us would ever fight each other again. But here we are.” The villain explained, nodding.

“Well, then you’ve lost the bet too. You’re here, aren’t you.”

“Oh, no no no. I’m just here to inform you that you’ve lost the bet.” The villain said hurriedly.

The hero stood puzzled for a moment. And then they smiled. “In that case, I’m also here to inform you that you’ve lost the bet.”

The villain pouted. Adorable, the hero thought. “You can’t use my reasoning against me.”

The hero tittered, almost fondly. They took a step forward, the hand raising to stroke the villain’s cheek.

“You’re adorable.” They said. The villain blushed, glaring at them half-heartedly.

“I still won the bet.” The villain insisted.

“Mhmm you did.” The hero responded.

When the hero later asked the villain-their head lying on hero’s lap- what was the prize for winning the bet, the villain realized they had forgotten to decide on the prize.

Prompt #81

It's not every day that the hero has a day off, so when they do get one, they decide to spend it by going on a blind date.

The moment they arrive outside the restaurant, though, their heart starts beating loudly. They tell themself it was most likely because they hadn't been on a date in years, and not because they knew it was also the villain's day off and couldn't help but think if they were the heroes-

No, that couldn't be. Ridiculous, they thought, shaking their head.

After parking their car, where they saw the same car that was identical to the villain's, they again told themself that it was just a coincidence. Surely, the villain couldn't be their blind date. Maybe someone just really liked the same designer car as the villain.

They walked inside, nervous but excited. Their date hadn't arrived yet, so the hero sat down at the table they had booked, anxiously looking around.

"Are you kidding me? You're my blind date?" A voice spoke up from behind them and the hero's heartbeat picked up again. Villain. What the-

The hero's head snapped to the left and they saw the villain in -God forbid- one of the best outfits they had ever worn. They stared at each other for a second and then stood up abruptly.

"Well..." The hero coughed. "What a surprise." They said, blushing slightly.

The villain rolled their eyes, raising a thick brow. "Yes. And not so pleasant one." They snorted. The hero's face reddened. The villain sat down in the chair opposite them.

The hero frowned in confusion. The villain just picked up the menu. "I'm not going to leave just because you're my date. I'm hungry, might as well order something." They said, glancing up. "Sit down already, and stop ogling me."

The hero felt as if their face was going to explode any second in embarrassment, but they sat down, trying to hide the growing smile on their face.

The date lasted longer than they expected. The villain didn't leave even after they were done eating, instead, they offered to pay for the dessert. And the hero couldn't be happier their blind date was the villain.

Snippet #3

The villain came forward, slow and unwavering. A mask was plastered on his face, but it failed to disguise his face completely. The hero recognized him immediately.

The ballroom echoed with music all around. People laughed and danced with joy spilling out of them. Each one of them was dressed in fancy gowns and suits. Everyone was having fun, except the hero.

Damn this mission, the hero thought.

The villain let on an almost sweet smile as he reached close to the hero. "May I have the pleasure of dancing with you, handsome?" The hero's heartbeat rose. Suffocating him, the room was.

The hero glanced around, begging for someone to come for him and stop this from happening. No one came. He hesitated, before giving his hand to the villain and letting him guide him.

The villain led him to the dance floor, and let his hands fall to the hero's waist. The hero felt himself doing the same.

"You know, the mask doesn't help in hiding your pretty face." The villain whispered in the hero's ears. His hands tightening around the hero's waist.

"I never meant to." The hero returned, suddenly confidence. If he was going to do this, he was going to do it right, he thought, as he squeezed the villain's waist back.

Prompt #29

“Tell me you love me, please”, the hero’s breath hitched as he clutched on the villain. His eyes swelling with salty tears. He longed to hear it, on the verge of death. The confession of love.

“I wish I knew how to lie to you. But, I don’t.” The villain voiced back, and shook his head. The hero cried and cried until silent enveloped them. Until there was nothing left of the hero, but his shattered heart in the growing darkness.

The villain sauntered towards the hero, a blurring of his vision, his elbows scrapped, and in a second he was on the ground with the hero. The hero groaned, a stream of red blood coming from his mouth. The villain’s hands ached to wiped it away. Kiss him. But, everything in him hurt. He could barely move anymore, the hero in the same condition.

All he could make out was a last breathy, “Thank you,” as his heart rate slowed and his body stilled. The hero shook his head, his eyes filling with tears. He tried to get on his elbows, and crawl a bit closer to the villain.

“No-no…you’re not g-going anywhere. Please.” The hero whispered, his voice hitching. The villain smiled, a withering of lips barely stretching. And, the hero’s heart ached more. Pain.

What followed was the silence, the hardly touching hands, and the shallow breaths. They could not cross the distance between them, for they were far two worlds apart.

Prompt #75

By @writingpromptsworld

"So, you don't mind?" The villain asked, leaning back against the desk, a smug expression on their face.

"What?" The hero replied, their voice slightly irritated.

The villain let out a low chortle. "You don't mind going on a date with me?"

"It's for a mission."

"You said the same thing last time...and we found ourselves in your bed." The villain reminded with a cheeky grin.

"It was a mistake." The hero scowled.

"A mistake you're willing to make again by going on another date with me."

"I'm being forced." The hero explained, their jaw clenched.

The villain moved a few steps forward, nodding as if in deep thought. "Just say you want me."

"I don't." The hero replied, gaze faltering and fleeting away.

The villain placed two fingers under the hero's chin and turned their face to them. "You're a bad liar." The villain whispered.

And that was all it took for the hero to crumble, and shove the villain back on to their desk, roughly pulling them in a kiss.

Prompt #76

By @writingpromptsworld

“Stay still, hero. We don’t want to ruin the design, do we?” The villain asks, keeping a firm hand around the hero’s wrist, while they get the things ready to imprint a tattoo on the hero’s arm.

The hero squirms under their hold, their wrists tied down. “You can’t be serious. You want to tattoo your name on my arm, why? Why are you doing this?”

“I told you before. It will be an act of reminder every time you decide to go on your little dates.” The villain explained patiently, smiling sweetly after wiping the swab on the hero’s arm.

The hero frowned, furious. “Two dates. I’ve gone on two dates this whole year.”

“Two dates too many.” The villain pouted like a petulant child.

“I won’t go on anymore dates. I promise.” The hero tried desperately.

The villain shook their head. “Why don’t you be still and quiet, it’ll be over in no time. And then we can go on a date.”

The hero sighed. “You’re possessive for no reason.”

“Shh.” The villain said, putting a finger on their lips. The hero rolled their eyes, and sat back.

Forcefully or not, the villain’s name was implanted on their skin in no time. And they couldn’t help it but like it, perhaps a little bit.

Prompt #46

"Wait, why are you holding my hand?" The hero raised an eyebrow, a smirk curling up their lips.

"I-I'm not holding your hand, you're holding my hand." The villain babbled, a blush arising on their cheeks.

The hero laughed, "Oh yeah? Your hand just squeezed my hand though."

"Fuck off." The villain grumbled as they tried to move their hand out of the hero's hand, but the hero just grabbed it and shoved it into their chest, grinning.
