The Weill Cornell Medicine commencement was held earlier this month where a medical graduate from Gaza used his time on stage to condemn the university and its leadership for their complicity in the genocide on Gaza and implored his fellow graduates to stay true to their oath and stand with the hundreds of healthcare workers who have been killed by the IOF. In response the university have done everything they can to minimise this young graduate from speaking truth to power from his own graduation records by cutting away from him during the ceremony’s livestream and erasing his time on stage in the released footage.

Hussam managed to put together 150 food packages with feta cheese, halva, biscuits, sugar, salt, yeast, cooking oil, tomato sauce, and canned legumes! He also put together another set of 200 vegetable packages.
Thanks to all your help, Hussam’s able to put together packages like these to feed the people of Gaza in the midst of such a difficult time! There’s a special message in the video to everyone, so please take the time to watch it!
Please continue donating and spreading the word — every penny means so much! Feel free to share our campaign link to other platforms as well!
Donate to our GoFundMe which goes directly to Hussam, who manages camps in Rafah, with NO middleman in between!

There is a 'Tumblr' sign in front the packages and the '#helpgazachildren' tag underneath them. There is a second part to the video where we see plastic bags of veggies. The tumblr sign is infront of these packages as well.]

A little update of what happened recently:
This GoFundMe related:
Good news: we reached 5 750 euros, meaning this was enough for one person. We all agreed on letting my grandma evacuate first and my brother (owner of the gofundme) went to Egypt for to bring her out.
Bad news: it got rejected not so long after due to the borders closing, giving us the money back.
Good news (not related to my gofundme but my cousin's):
my aunt and her daughters got to evacuate to Egypt. But sadly, my uncle couldn't evacuate with them since he's a man, therefore has to help fight or something (I have no idea why but its something like that)
What will happen next is what I don't know, but I'll try and update as soon as possible. News comes everyday and every second but processing it takes a while, or at least for me.
Keep reblogging this post and other people's posts from Gaza/Congo/etc... and if you can, donate. Even if it is a dollar, it can change another person's life.
Hi, I know I haven't been active on my socials much, but it's been very hard for recently.
I am a Palestinian who refuged in 2015 after the 2014 massacre at the age of 5.
I haven't seen them ever since 2015. Only contact was through calls and messages, which is now nearly impossible due to the war.
Yes, it's still going right now. It's not recent at all. It's since 1948, nothing new. Living in Gaza was like an open jailhouse due to the occupation, and I am speaking from experience and memories.
2014 was no small conflict. It was an attack by the Israeli against innocent Palestinians. I could go on about my near death experiences, but this post is about my family now.
Knowing that this war is 10 times worse gives me on and on nightmare. I can't believe how inhumane we humans can get.
Houses are ruined, mothers become widows, children become orphans... This needs to stop.
as you may know, israel has begun its ground operation in rafah. they dropped leaflets last night ordering people to evacuate, and bombing in east rafah has already begun.
The border is about to become unreachable.
Rafah is trapped.
We have literal hours until no-one, all the GoFundMe's you've scrolled past, all the people desperately begging on TikTok, will be able to escape.
Give now. Give whatever you can.
I am fundraising for the Odeh family, which is only 3k away from meeting its goal.
you will not get another chance.
I recently saw tweets about this website called Hamas .com.
It is a site made by Israel to steal your information.
Its just another way that Israel will harm Palestinians by making a fake website to confuse advocates
I won't be posting anything about palestine anymore due to mental issues I've been facing recently (regarding the war, post-trauma from 2014, family I've lost, etc...)
I also wish to not be tagged in any other gofundme's/news about Palestine since it would trigger my PTSD and I wish to be left alone to have some space to cope with my surroundings.
As for the gofundme of my family, it's being managed by my parents and older brother (as it always has been). My parents have chosen for me not to be included for the sake of my mental health. Therefore, I have no control over it. If you have any questions, feel free to contact them, not me. As my parents say: "I'm still a kid, this isn't my responsibility, and it shouldn't really be."
As selfish as it sounds, sometimes it's important to help yourself before helping others. Cause if you can't handle your own problems, you won't be able to handle the ones of others (and you won't be in much use and instead cause more stress for yourself, from what I've learned).
I want to get back to what I used to post on the account (mainly art and other fun stuff) and find my 'will to live' again, a way to cope with everything. Recently, I couldn't draw due to the pressure, and when I did, it wasn't as enjoyable as before. I wanna find that joy again. I'm sorry once more for saying this. I want to help, but I know I do not have much power. But I don't want to give up, neither should you, neither should we all in this matter.
Thank you all for understanding, and I'm sorry for not being in state to help, as much as I do want to.
Sincerely,
Schketbook

Welcome, guys. I want my message to reach you clearly. I want our picture to reach you in a beautiful way that expresses the beauty of our lives before the seventh of October. How distinguished we were. I always excelled in my studies in a great and great way. I used to give many lectures at my university because of my excellence and continued success. I used to work in... A large company, Jawwal Company, which is considered the largest company in the Gaza Strip. I was always the first supporter of my family. Our life was very joyful. I cannot believe what is happening to us now. We struggle with everything in order to stay alive. The conditions become worse every day, making you not believe what is happening to you in a short period of time. Request The occupation is that we are displaced from Khan Yunis to the displacement areas. We are really tired until we can see a place to put a small tent that can barely accommodate 17 people. Imagine with me, if for one minute, what is happening to me. There is no home, there is no food, there is no electricity, there is no medicine there is nothing. Imagine what is happening to me, just for a minute. However, you have to fight all of this. It is a struggle to live and save your family. You must fight with all your ability. Therefore, my message to you to all the world, wake up and fight for Shaad and for the family of Shahad. Donate, publish, share and support my story. Fight for To stay
‼️ Fight for Shahd for my family🙏

I was fucking 4 in the 2014 massacre, what the fuck did I have to do with a fucking military
Should it still be surprising to see how people could be so inhumane and fucked up?
Wonder what's next people would accuse children of war of
